in
April,
and
was
very
hesitant
to
join
a
gym
due
to
a
lack
of
knowledge
and
motivation.
I
approached
the
fitness
manager,
Stephen,
about
personal
training
and
how
to
lose
weight.
After
one
session
with
him,
I
was
assured
that
personal
training
was
the
right
fit
for
me.
Since
then,
my
personal
trainer
has
kept
me
motivated
and
on
track
throughout
my
fitness
journey,
and
to
date
I
have
lost
over
45
pounds
in
3
months.
I
have
seen
a
boost
in
self
esteem
and
confidence,
as
well
as
wearing
clothes
that
I
haven’t
been
able
to
fit
into
for
years.
I
feel
stronger
but
also
have
noticed
a
significant
difference
on
the
outside.
Having
compliments
from
coworkers
and
friends
has
also
helped
motivate
me
to
push
my
fitness
journey
further,
and
this
couldn’t
have
happened
without
personal
training.
My
PT
has
setup
a
great
program
to
help
me
lose
weight
but
also
gain
muscle.
Their
resources
to
keep
my
progress
on
track
has
allowed
me
to
see
my
results,
but
also
allows
me
to
know
what’s
happening
with
my
body
and
the
changes/progress
from
week
to
week.
I’d
highly
recommend
this
gym,
but
the
best
asset
this
gym
has
to
offer
is
the
outstanding
personal
training
service
led
by
the
fitness
manager
Stephen.
If
