    No-one to take the order. Manager with red hair didn’t had the hairnet; Which means she didn’t took safety procedures. If the managers are not responsible...how will the store will be providing safe food. How the employees will be following the covid safety measures. Employees are not even using gloves while handling food. Employees touching their mask while serving the food and itching their hair. Fixing their hair, while changing in their pony band while greeting the customer. Ref: check the camera for 11:30-11:36am ... ITS SERIOUS. The employee is fixing their nails not focused while taking the order. No gloves. Artificial nails are being used which are distracting. I HAD TO ASK THE EMPLOYEE TO WEAR GLOVES AND REMAKE MY FOOD. Pathetic 😞

    Food (McCrispy) is great. Service was sub-par today. After arriving for lunch, i decided to use the app for my order. I sat at table 9 and placed my order for table service. After a while, an employee yelled out from behind the counter, "Order 2173." No customer responded. She then proceeds to yell my name. I was surprised and replied, "That's for table service." She ignored me and walked away, leaving the food on the counter. After about a minute, she yelled again, and i replied that it was for table service." She ignored me. then I went to the counter and asked if the order was for table service, and she said she didn't know and she was busy. I asked for a refund, and she asked me what I ordered. Meanwhile, the order was still sitting on the counter getting cold with the receipt that said table 9. After getting the refund, I sat back at the table and proceeded to answer a phone call and then reposition myself to face the counter. At that moment, I heard her yelling at me again. "Are you filming me?" I kindly replied no. She said, "Well, it looks like you are filming me." At that moment, I decided to film a little and take a couple of pics. I also brought it to the attention of the manager.

    My go to location on the way to work never had an issues with orders and love the curbside option that's available. This location for drive thru is very busy due to the location right by Hwy 7.

    Worst mcdonald ever They can't toast a bagel properly imagine some other more elaborated meals. Dont bother to go to this location i lost 30 minutes trying but they did not even realized what it was wrong with my order. Bread complete burnt out without butter and hard.

    Ordered a coffee, the staff member opened a bag of coffee grounds with his mouth, then poured hot water about halfway up the cup until coffee started coming out of the maker, he spilt it all over the cup then gave me the hot water/coffee/soggy disgusting cup, I guess some workers friend was visiting and he was just splayed out all over the pickup counter and wouldn't move out of the way when I was trying to get my coffee. All around just gross.

    July 12, 2022: iced coffee light cream light sugar, still great !! 👊 June 17, 2021: Ice coffee, light cream, light sugar review: 4.5/5. Probably the best place to get an iced coffee with good flavour and not too sweet. The cashier lady who made it at around 2:45 did a great job. The playground is actually great for kids as it's opened again after the pandemic. The five star is because playground which adds to what a good McDonald's can be. It took a short while for someone to take the orders as so many people are doing a the drive-through or just pickups through the app, Uber eats, etc, nowadays.

    This is what they call extra everything? Literally nothing on the burger...there is no mustard at all let alone extra mustard.....horrible! Fries taste old and stale. Every single time they get the order wrong, no experience dealing with customers....it's like the staff was hired to provide provide worst service possible.

    I only had one person ahead of me in drive through so I didn't expect much in terms of irregularities. My double hamburger was a single hamburger and the drink I asked for no ice had half the cup with ice. Since this was overnight shift I don't know if this speaks for the entire store but was going over the reviews and apparently wrong orders are a thing here but people are most likely to leave a review after a bad experience so not sure if it's a norm or not

    Without a doubt the worst McDonald’s I've been to. Ordered 2 coffees on the app for curbside and waited 20mins. I had to go in and ask them for my coffee. Staff was rude saying "the coffee is backed up and you'll get them when you get them". Many customer orders was just sitting on the counter and mine wasn't even hot anymore.

    It’s not a drive-thru it’s a wait-thru we waited for about 20 minutes and at the window about 7 minutes at the window for our food. All that wait for only 2 drinks and 2 burgers. Real madness.

    I literally just opened a big mac i had ordered and a fruit fly comes flying out. Not from the bag but inside the cardboard box where the burger was. Even the fruit fly wanted to escape from the burger. Clearly their food is not fresh and ill be making the appropriate calls

    Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Worst experience ever and all I ordered was a FREE coffee that my son gifted me playing monopoly. This digital age of apps and points, mobile orders and mobile order kiosks has not improved customer service and satisfaction one bit. In fact it has turned somewhat intelligent minimum wage earning, incentive driven youths and gen-z's into neanderthals who can't do anything without looking at a screen. At McDonald's paying customers have been turned into numbers and employees into bumbling idiots with zero social skills and zero appreciation for efficiency. Mobile kiosk orders and mobile orders get priority over this old school consumer who just wanted a coffee. Instead I had to wait while incoming digital orders were prepared. I get the order of things but it took 5min and me leaning over the counter just to get someone's attention to come over to the vacant register that probably never gets used because everyone pays with their mobile device and digital currency before they even walk in! No "hello's" or "how can I help you's", just a "I'll be right with you" (and your easy-free-coffee-of-a-nothing-order) right after all these other people swaying back and forth get their orders. There was literally one person at the front to make sure all the paid, paying and waiting customers were being served. I'm telling you, it was like that scene from 2001 with all the monkeys staring at the strange monilyth. But instead, it was I who was staring cross-eyed at the order screen as my lowly coffee order number sat at the bottom and barely moved! Could somebody have just poured me a coffee because in principle it was that easy? Nope, that would be above and beyond. The age of multitasking, fast order prep, and good service, which is the essence of fast food has been lost at McDonald's, especially at this location, where my small "fair-trade arabica 2 cream and 1 sugar" took between 10 and 15min to get! I will never go into a McDonald's again. Guess going forward, should I choose McDonald's I'll have to waste expensive gas in the drive-thru as it appeared (from the inside of this location and maybe most locations) that there were more hands on deck to get to the customers in cars that there were to get to the customers inside. Que flashback... I did have good customer service at the McDonald's at Bayview and Major Mackenzie but it was so long ago that the disconnect due to consistent terrible service makes it feel like a dream. I may seem like the Grimace here but these are the facts Jack! Have fun tracking people's spending habits McDonald's... You won't get analytics from me.

    If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I complained to agent that fries were cold. She repurposed the fries and gave them to me. I tried it and still was cold and was forced to pull up to wait on fries. No apologies no anything. Horrible service! Avoid at all costs!

    I ordered 2 meals here, paid with my credit card, got an email notification that the transaction had gone through. However, the restaurant clerk distributing the food claims my card declined. When asked for a receipt for the decline, the store clerk claimed they couldn't produce one. No apology was offered and no real explanation why a receipt couldn't be produced. I have to now wait 5 business days for the owner of this franchise location to call me. The customer service at this location is beneath a 1 star. The clerk I spoke to and whomever she was consulting with have no customer service decorum. Clearly the training provided to these employees lack business ethics. Yes its Mcdonald's, but its also a well known business that should have knowledgeable staff conducting business.

    I barely come here and when I do, I wait too long for the 1-2 items I order and it’s come out wrong more than 80% of the time. Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had to deal with. I would recommend finding the nearest wall in your room and ordering thru there. Basically same results

    worst service at night drive thru. guy who taje the order is so slow to take and provide order on time. I always have to wait almost 4 minutes to give order and 4-5 minutes to get the order. That's why i have to go tim hortons for the fast service. Food is good but customer service 👎🏻👎🏻

    Great experience in the drive thru The staff are friendly. The staff are a bit slow with orders, however, it could have been that they we’re understaffed at that time (8:00 PM). Overall the food was tasty, and had good presentation.

    Service in the drive thru is terrible! I've never had to wait so long for hot beverages in the morning even if not busy. Then tried to go in to order food and 4 employees looked at me but left me standing there until I just left. I would honestly give negative stars if was possible. I will never return to this location! Go to a different McD's if u can or just Tim Hortons!

    The worst location I have ever been to. I took my daughter and a special needs client I support on a Saturday. The women’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting, dirty floors, no toilet paper, over flowing toilet with pee and paper. At the self serve pop area, it was dirty and barely any supplies (straws, napkins etc). My daughters milk was expired like 5 days earlier. There must of been at least 10 employees I saw and about 6 or 7 families in the restaurant, it was busy at all. No excuses.

    I visited the place on Feb 5 between 6-8pm and I want to say to all the ladies working there “ you are all amazing and very nice, you are working so hard and still helping those unpleasant customers even though they talked to you like they paid you millions.” I was not able to say to the staff because they were so busy and couldn’t stop for a chat for one sec. And I don’t want to interrupt them working so hard. Please don’t blame those fast food restaurants staff if they can’t keep the restaurant clean unless you see them gossiping but doing nothing. Those who left table dirty and couldn’t throw the garbage themselves are the ones to be shameful of.

    The food was really good for a McDonald's. But the service was so-so. Drive thru barely took my order and at the payment they didn't even want to talk or look in my direction just shoved the machine in my face. The second person who gave me my food was nice. Not a great place to go, but I was pleased with the food prepared.

    Worst McDonald's ever! I have gave it the benefit of a doubt, but for the past 2 months, my EVERY SINGLE order was wrong. They have no idea what is included in their menu, you literally have to spell it out for them line by line, item by number. I have no idea how they are still in business. No customer service, they don't care, clueless, cannot solve any problem, especially if it's through Uber eats, they never follow instructions. Embarrassing.

    Served burnt bagels!!! Was not even a mistake we had two bagels and both were burnt!!! And they do it on a drive-through near a highway, in other words, they serve you trash and you are already too far away when you find out and it does not worth it to get back and return the item anymore. This is definitely a fraudulent behaviour. I would have rated them 0/5 if there was an option here!

    Come here pretty frequently. Around the mornings there's never really any line ups in the drive thru, and they've never messed up any of my orders. The staff are all friendly and always wish you a great day.

    This is my Honest personal opinion and experience. (one of many) Overall the service was great but my concern is whether or not this location is following health safety procedures. My Mom and I both got really sick after eating our breakfast here. It was likely food poisoning from the coffee being contaminated. It begs to question: Are you changing your coffee out routinely/or is it expired? Tim Hortons changes theirs every half hour or so. Are your employees following health safety protocols? like keeping the work place sanitary, wearing gloves, keeping tools clean? The lady at the front desk was nice to us. we got our order quickly & accurately. We ordered 2 breakfast burgers & 2 Regular coffees. Upon entering the car, my mom and I realized the coffee had a Rotten Egg Smell & tasted rather strange. My mom went to work and immediately started feeling sick, she had symptoms like nausea, cold chills, sweating, unfocused, cloudiness, coughing and it was affecting her performance. I later started feeling sick at work too, I had to leave early because I had symptoms like Nausea, sweating, cold chills, stomach ache, lack of focus, spaciness/dizzines. I later got home and threw up everything I ate that day. my body had basically rejected everything, and if I tried to eat anything/drink anything I would vomit it back out. I had sleepless/restlessness most of the night, and threw up again at 5am and 7am. I ordered coffee to help me get through the day. Not a cup of food poisoning and day of vomiting my insides out. How do you mess up coffee? It's very basic. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I hope the management will look into their work place and make changes for the better. I wanted to put my honest experience out there so someone else won't have to experience what my mom and I did.
