Absolutely Terrible Experience at Massimo Dutti. As a regular shopper here, I cannot express how disappointed I am with my recent visit to Massimo Dutti. expecting the high-quality standards that Mussimo Dutti is known for, but unfortunately my experience dealing with damaged clothing and customer service has been terrible and far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the clothing I purchased online from Massimo Dutti was in terrible condition. The skirt I bought had a missing button and no spare button which is a clear sign of the store's lack of attention to quality control. It's unacceptable to sell products that are not in perfect condition, which it shows a complete disregard for their customers' satisfaction. Furthermore, the customer service I received during this incident was equally disappointing. I picked up my online order in store and that's when I saw that it was damaged. When I tried to express how upset I was, I was met with indifference and rudeness from one of the staff who surprisingly was one of the managers. The employee named Yeldana (employee number: 21222), who I presume was untrained and poorly managed, was incredibly disrespectful and added to my frustration. It was evident that she lacked proper training in handling customer complaints and issues. This only compounded the already unpleasant experience. In conclusion, I highly advise to provide comprehensive training to your staff, focusing on empathy, effective communication, and prompt issue resolution as well as addressing customer complaints promptly and take responsibility for any product defects or service shortcomings. Otherwise your clients will take their business elsewhere, where they will be treated with the respect and care they deserve as a customer.

This location used to offer a good experience when it first opened, now the quality of customer service is very poor. They donā€™t answer the phone, the change rooms are a mess with no one to clean them up or someone to stay there with you and monitor if someone wanted to steal it would be very easy. One of the change rooms has been out of service for weeks also. You guys need better management or restructure your staff because itā€™s hurting your brand.

No wonder there are 1 star reviews. I want to give 0 if I can. What experience and attitude I received today defintely stops me going there any more. I like the brand but not the customer rep and manager in this store. Today, I went to the store and there is only one cashier. The rep is helping the other couple customers before me. While I saw the couple was trying different perfumes in front the cashier, and I also saw the rep helped another guy skip the couple. I asked whether the cashier can help me first since these customers are still shopping around for the perfumes. The rep said she will ask the other rep to help me. Then she brought her manager. Her manager said she wonā€™t help me to cash out but asked me to be patient. I am very angry. Because: first of all, the rep told me someone will help me but instead of getting the help, she brought a manager and she didnā€™t help me cash out but instead I am still waiting. Second, they said the couple is not shopping around, but I saw they are tying perfumes in front of cashier for 10mins. At worst scenario, the rep can explain to me, rather than doing that, she brought the manager. Third, the manager could have cashed me out but she didnā€™t. When I questioned why there is only one cashier, she gave me a very bad attitude, very arrogantly saying itā€™s her store, she decided how to arrange it! Thatā€™s her exact words. Not mention she gave me a discrimated look and her employee Irene laugh at me! So I guess she is the owner of the brand or the daughter of the owner? Otherwise, how can she be so arrogant? If this is how Massimo Dutti brand image is, I can see a lot of customers leaving the brand! No wonder there are so many bad reviews on Google. I hope the brand owner can see it, Irene and the store manager of Yorkdaleā€™s store manager in Sep 2023, if either of these two ladies are your daughter, please take a look at the comments on Google, and think a way to improve your customer service. In this scenario, either the rep and the manager can either explain the situation, the manager can help me cash out or at least give me a good attitude. But none of this happens. This could be not end up like this. But unfortunatelyā€¦ Your brand only has one store in Toronto when I searched, especially Yorkdale must be your flagship store that facing all GTA customers or even Canada wide and worldwide travellers. I could not imagine how your brand image will be if you keep this kind of customer service and management in your store facing the world! If you keep this kind of arrogant employee and management, don't be suprised your sale is dropping as a normal human being no one can stand this kind of customer service.

Canā€™t leave review anywhere for their online store, so I have to leave it here let people know how awful their online customer service is and Iā€™ll never buy anything from this brand again. Here is what happens, I order a pair womenā€™s boots for Valentineā€™s Day that my girlfriend wants for a long time, and because she is currently work overseas and as soon as I receive the package I took out the receipt in the package out and mail it out so It can make it for the Valentineā€™s Day. The problem began when she open the package and look close of the boots, she notice someone wrote big 8 not one but both boots. And the reason didnā€™t notice it is they are both face the other side, so I didnā€™t realize it when I open the package took the receipt out. Of course, I called customer service line to get it sort out and see what they can do. They are not only donā€™t have any empathy for how I frustrate I was for a defect gift and offer zero help and no compensation for their poor quality control. They just told me they canā€™t do anything when the boots is not in Canada and told me mail back boots first to Canada then they will issue ship label for the boots to ship back to their warehouse and refund me for the item since itā€™s out of stock for the size I want. So I basically wasted few hundreds bucks for international shipping and get nothing. That just unacceptable in my book especially itā€™s their poor quality control. Not only they are not willing to cover the international shipping but didnā€™t offer any kind coupon for their huge mistake. That is just poor customer service. So they are cut forever now.

While this used to be one of my preferred stores, my recent experiences have been disappointing. On multiple occasions, I've left empty-handed due to slow and uninterested employees. Inquiries about sizes result in vague responses, they answer they will look at the back and someone will bring it now, the wait takes a long time, where is this ā€œbackā€ it is not clear, at the other end of the Yorkdale Mall? Additionally, the brand's quality has noticeably declined, with cheap fabrics prone to deterioration after just one wash, and outdated styles. It's regrettable to see a once reputable brand in this location falter.

I am not someone who generally posts negative reviews, but I feel the need to warn people away from purchasing any products from this company. Horrid customer service, makes it intentionally difficult to do things as simple as returning a product for the same of a different size. It almost sounds like their customer service is run by a poorly designed AI. I will never shop here again, and I will tell my friends/loved ones to never buy me things from here either.

such an unpleasant experience Every time you enter the store and ANY of the salespeople you meet!! They simply ignore you , give you an arrogant , cold attitude and overall you regret spending money there ,no matter what you buy. Massimo Dutti either has to shut down this location to save the brand name in Toronto or refresh the customer service with more trained polite workers.

Customer service was just ridiculous!! The girl on the floor was standing there , ā€œfixingā€ already neat clothing pretending she didnā€™t see me for few minutes! Anyway, I asked her if she could help and she took her time to finish fixing the perfect geometry on the table and finally paid her attention to me. There was literally no one to help except her. Then, another girl appeared bringing my boots to me. I kindly asked her to bring another size as well. After that she disappeared and I had to wait for another size of boots which looked WORN for 20 mins!!! I kindly asked her to bring another pair which was new and they thought I had all time in the world for thatā€¦ Itā€™s horrible for such a store like Massimo Dutti to have that kind of employees!!! The only girl who was very fast and helpful - a cashier!!

I had the worst experience ever. The manager was so rude and she does not care about costumers at all. I have not had this kind of issue in any retail store before. I bought a pair of shoes online and just used them once. They were so uncomfortable and I was really unsatisfied with this item. Donā€™t get me wrong, I have been using Massimo Dutti products for very long time and I like them but this was the first time I asked for return. The manager was like no we cannot accept your request as you used them multiple times. She was acting like I was lying- very unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour. She does not deserve this position as she does not know how to keep their costumers satisfied. The day after this, I went to Massimo Dutti at another location and just said I was unsatisfied with this item and without further questioning my reasoning they accepted the return.

Worst Shopping Experience Ever!!! The other complaints regarding customer service at the Yorkdale location are accurate.... This Yorkdale store does not care about their customers! The staff in the men's department do not greet you when you enter, they do not ask if you need assistance, and they do not assist you when looking for sizes. They simply either keep their heads down and continue folding at their stand-up folding stations, or as in my case, they look you right in the eye and say absolutely nothing!! Further, it is clear and obvious that the management of this store does not intend on correcting the issue; specifically, people have been complaining about and leaving reviews regarding the poor customer service, for years! I spoke to the manager Elizabeth, and she assured me she would address my concerns. After reading the reviews; I doubt anything will change! I intend to notify Head Office about my experience. They should be very concerned about these poor customer service reviews and step in to manage this location. I will not spend another dime in this store, until changes are made, and I suggest others do the same! Boycott MASSIMO DUTTI

Customer service is terrible at this location. The employees are not properly trained. I tried to exchange an online gift and she returned the funds to an online gift card that went to the purchasers email instead of providing me with a physical gift card that I could use for the exchange in store. I had to pay for the item myself because I couldnā€™t get a hold of the purchaser to get access to the online gift card. No common sense and very rude attitude the entire time. The store itself looks like a mess. The square one location was a million times better.

Unwelcoming staff, with limited knowledge of brand products. The store is becoming messy and starting to resemble some other cheap, fast-fashion retail shops. To top it up, change rooms at this location are scaryā€¦dark, dingy, cold and filthy! Also, good luck getting through if you need to reach them over the phone!! Itā€™s a shame that they are not investing in making the shoppers feel comfortable and welcome!!!

This brand doesnā€™t care about customers. Purchased a jacket last week before black Friday and saw them on discount online (out of stock) they have several colors only that color with discount sold out online, I donā€™t know if this is the coincidence or they donā€™t wanna have any discount at all, since the first day they have discount, I donā€™t see any availability for that item. Of course the honorary massimo dutti doesnā€™t do price match. Even though you return the item you bought, you are not allowed to purchase the same one again, cuz they need to keep it at the back make sure you wonā€™t be able to get the same thing!! What a thoughtful brand, they will make sure you canā€™t save a penny. Manager told us if we are lucky, we could check if there is any left online. Honestly I liked this brand for a really long time, had a lot of items even though some of them with poor quality unreasonable prices, I still like the design. Thanks for the experience,I will not visit this store or order anything online. Better take more money from your customers and pay more on advertising! Good luck!!!!

I never had such a worst customer service experience. The East Asian sales who has a nose pierce and wear glasses verbally refuse and say NO to check my online order through the computer even I show her my order number. After leaving the store, I found the email to proof that the order has arrived to Yorkdale Store on Sept 1st and went back. The girl unwilling to write down the order number and ask me to wait for 15 mins. Ends up after 25 mins she handed me the bag without saying ā€œsorry for the waitā€ nor ā€œthank youā€. We just stares at each otherā€™s eye. OMG, what kind of store is it? I will never go back to this store again.

I contacted Massimo Dutti's chat service for assistance regarding an online purchase that I received. The corduroy pant, which I ordered in a 6, fit huge, like a 10. I asked if they could provide a code for free shipping if I ordered the size 4 pant online, as it was not a available in their sole Toronto store. After keeping me waiting on the chat line for over 20 minutes, they simply sent me their return policy, and indicated if I wanted to make another purchase that it was free if I spent $120. Terrible customer service and even worse marketing.

If this store is striving for the worst customer service award theyā€™d definitely win! Every single time Iā€™ve gone into this store, not one person says hello, smiles or even acknowledges me. Iā€™ve gone when there were zero customers in the stores and the employees literally look you in the face without even saying hello or offering their assistance. I would never go back!

Horrible customer service! Stay away from this store! I was there yesterday and was looking for a size. I nicely approached a female staff (shoulder length hair, a mix of honey and black, likely Caucasian) and she was so rude the entire time. Rolling her eyes, eyeballing me up and down with her extremely rude attitude. When I told her I was looking for a particular size, she snatched the tag from my hands, scanned, and told me itā€™s sold out (with an attitude - again). Then she turned around and left right away. I was so shocked that I didnā€™t even get a chance to ask for her name. I did not know this kind of customer service is possible anywhere. At first, I thought it could be racism as I am Asian and I was wearing red to celebrate the new year, but after reading all the review, seems like this staff is just rude in general. I will be sure to tell all my friend to stay away from this brand if this attitude is allowed. I will be reporting the same to the companyā€™s customer service.

Amazing experience buying my first three piece suit! Cornelia was extremely helpful and easy to get along with. I didn't feel like she was trying to just sell me anything -- she was truly looking to help me find the right pieces for me and the goal was accomplished. The process was efficient thanks to all the staff helping to pull items in the right sizes from the back. I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes.

Iā€™ve been very valuable Massimo Dutti customer, and always like shopping with Massimo, either Online, or in store. And never ever had any issue or bad incident with your brand ! But, unfortunately on June-17th/2022 it was Friday, I went to Massimo Dutti store in Yorkdale Shopping Centre Branch I first went around 7:00 PM and checked couple of clothes, and tried them on, everything was fine but I had a call needed to leave, didnā€™t purchase anything, when I came back it was 9:02 PM , and door was open, I entered in and there was still clients inside, from Cashier Lady starts screaming us telling ā€œ Weā€™re Closed ā€œ in rude way ! I told her Iā€™m not here to shop around, I just came to pick the clothes that I tried couple hours ago, and I know where it is, it wouldnā€™t take 10 seconds, and she still continues to talk to me and my female friend in aggressive way that we cannot do anything, if you want to come tomorrow weā€™re opening 9:00 AM . I was totally shocked the behaviour and way talking to me, I know store closed @9:00 , but you cannot talk to clients especially a clients who always shop with this brand . I asked her name, she didnā€™t give me her name telling me you have no right to ask me, she just told me working in Cashier position. Iā€™m never ever had this type of disrespectful incident in any store through my life, thereā€™s no common sense at all with this employee, and I would like to report her

Awful customer service when online shopping. Purchased a dress during black friday promotions. The dress should have arrived on Nov 30th but didnā€™t. I had to call to get a tracking number, and then I realized purolator was not updating the tracking. When I called purolator, they told me the item was lost. I called massimo dutti and asked for a new item to be sent, they told me they could not do that and had to do an investigation and I could go online and buy again at full price. In the meatime, i havenā€™t got my refund or my dress. Horrible experience please donā€™t buy from massimo dutti. The reps are rude and totally unhelpful.

Horrible customer service. I ordered this leather jacket online. I received it today and as you can see in the picture itā€™s very clear that this jacket has been used by someone more than once. Firstly, the price tag had been ripped off before and was casually tied to the zipper, also in the same package I received a coat that is supposed to come with a belt, but the belt was not included in the package. Both items are sold out now.

This store has such a bad costumer service for a brand at this level. We went in on Jan 12th around 2 pm, all the costumer representatives were talking to each other, they didnā€™t acknowledge us there , the person who was cashing me out didnā€™t greet me or even talk to me at all, just grabbed the pants without saying a word to me and scanned it and said the price. And I had a worst experience in the fitting room, two girls were talking together, when I asked one them (tall, thin, brown skinned, long hair, wearing a back long sleeve and a brown cross body bag) , if I should hang the shirt I was not buying on the rack (I was polite and smiling, I asked : ā€œhi there, I donā€™t want this, should I hang this here?ā€) she grabbed it from me without answering me or even looking at me, very rude. There was only one person working on the floor who was very nice and attentive (I believe her name was Affrin), she made sure everyone finds what theyā€™re looking for but basically she was the only one paying attention to the costumers and helping them. I think this costumer service is unacceptable from a brand like Massimo Dutti, Iā€™m very disappointed.

Stay away from this store. Not for the merchandise, but for the unprofessional, terrible and careless staff! On June 9th, 2022 I visited Massimo Duttiā€™s Yorkdale location and purchased a man Suit Tailored with Italian fabric. The Suit was beautiful and well Tailored but needed some fitting adjustments which included shortening the pants and the blazer sleeves. The store did offer to take care of shortening the pants, which would have been ready for pickup on June 15th, since I needed the suit for Sunday June 19th. For that purpose they would have called me to confirm that the the pants would have been ready. They however declined to shorten the sleeves of the jacket, in their opinion an easy job that could have been easily and cost effectively done by ā€œStitchā€ an alteration store available at Yorkdale, highly endorsed by them and regularly used by them. In fact they provided me with a coupon intended for a 10% discount on the alteration job. So I left at Massimo Duttiā€™s store the pants of the suit to be shortened by them and to be picked up on the 15th and visited Stitch to have the sleeves of the jacket shortened. They sized the proper length, but requested a payment of $ 131.00 to do the job. I can tell you that I was shocked for the amount requested representing about 30% of the price of the suit. Despite, I paid the amount since I didnā€™t have another choice. Re-attended Massimo Duttiā€™s store and requested to speak with a manager. Explained the situation and informed her of the amount I was getting charged to shorten the sleeves and asked if she could help in any way since it appeared unfair to me that I was getting charged $ 131.00 to fix the sleeves of the jacket from an alteration store endorsed by them and in consideration of the fact that Massimo Dutti didnā€™t care to do it in store. I suggested that perhaps she could have discounted the suit by 15% and by doing so she would have reimbursed me about half of the amount paid to Stitch. She didnā€™t show any interest or care to my proposal by declining with a clear and dry ā€œno wayā€ adding that it was not her problem! The 15th of June arrived and no one called me from Massimo Dutti confirming that my pants were ready. In fact I spent Friday the 17th and Saturday 18th calling the store every 15 minutes. No one from the store ever answered. Finally on Monday June 20th, I was able to speak on the phone with someone from the store. Thatā€™s when they confirmed that the pants had been ready since the 14th. When I questioned them why no one had called me as promised, they told me that they didnā€™t have an explanation. I attended to pickup the suit on Wednesday June 22nd, 2022 and to my outmost surprise the pants were done wrong. The store manager offered to have another pair ready in 30 minutes. I had to wait instead almost 2 hours and finally I got on June 22nd, 2022, the suit that I had purchased on June 9th and needed for June 19th. Inexcusable! Massimo Duttiā€™s store Yorkdale is a disorganized mess with carelessness and unprofessional people working in it. Stay away from it if you donā€™t want to be disappointed like I was!

Very bad experience and I will never buy anything here again even though I have been a customer for over 10 years. I placed an order online 3 weeks ago. I was delivered only one item from the order, everything else was not delivered. A week later, I contacted support. They told me that these items are no longer in stock and they will return the money to me. A week later, there was no refund. I wrote to support and they told me that there was a technical error and it would be solved within 3-5 days. After 5 days, I contacted them again, I was told that the problem has not yet been resolved, and they don't know when it will be solved and they don't know when can they return the money. Thus, for a 3 weeks now, the store has been holding my money and does not give any information on the refund. I asked the official address of the store and the name of the responsible employee, to whom I can write about this, I was told that they do not have such information. Terrible experience. Haven't seen this in any store. I will never buy here again and do not recommend to anyone.

Not near a store so had to order the skirt I was interested in online. Had to get two sizes as they don't offer measurement info, one came as expected, second one has quality issues and also seems much too big of a size increase from the smaller size. Can't believe there is no size info for a brand trying to market itself as a higher end brand. Contacted customer service and they also don't have any measurement information. Makes me think there is very little quality standardization. I'd either have to tailer down the small and repair the issues or size up the xs and there really isn't enough seam allowance for that. Will be returning both as I just don't feel I can make an informed, confident decision.

I rate this company as terrible. I have been trying to return two items for over three weeks. The customer service line is in Mexico City. I am in Burllngton On Canada. Every time I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager I am told to call back. They are very conveniently out. I would like to know where their head office is. GOOD LUCK!!!! What a nightmare.

I recently visited the Yorkdale location of Massimo Dutti, and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I stepped foot in the store, it became evident that customer service was non-existent. Upon carrying two pieces of clothing and waiting outside the fitting room for over 15 minutes, not a single staff member approached me to offer assistance. While I initially assumed they were occupied with other customers, I soon noticed two vacant fitting rooms. Despite this, multiple staff members simply walked past me, completely ignoring my presence. The only staff member who seemed willing to assist me was an Asian employee at the cashier counter. However, even their efforts were not enough to compensate for the overall atmosphere of indifference and apathy exhibited by the rest of the staff, including the manager. Their complete lack of enthusiasm and empathy left me feeling unwelcome and unimportant. After such a terrible experience, I cannot fathom setting foot in Massimo Dutti at the Yorkdale location ever again.

My favorite clothing store. Been to many locations in Canada and Europe. We do call it Massimo folding-duty because every employee just folds all day. Would seem they could get lower cost folders in back room and allow store personnel to assist customers. If you go expect to find it yourself.

The cloths are great. My personal experience was awful. The one to one personal experience was almost 0%. I think they cared about a perfect fold more than attending to their clients. I was left twice without help. The check out was even worse as there was no eye contact, not one please and thank you. Horrible experience.

I have had excellent in-store experiences at this store years ago when it was the only store in Toronto. I just went there and stood at the cash while three people helped a man get a wallet. There was no one available. I waited about 5-7 minutes. I was only looked at about 4 minutes after standing there. It was horrible. I had an item on hold and hold her my name, she recited it seconds after incorrectly and no tissue paper at all. She did check the item over to see if it was okay, which I appreciated, but then her demeanour and the way she served me left me never wanting to go back to that store. I will not in case I have to return it, I will go to another location. I expect and deserve better service from this brand especially with all the money spent.

I spent two and a half hours at the Yorkdale store and bought many wonderful things. My experience was especially pleasant due to the assistance of Bana who was very patient and helpful.

I need to share my disappointment and frustration dealing with online customer service. I've been trying to purchase few items online, keep getting connection error and to contact customer service. Reached out customer service via chat, he/she wasn't helpful, requested an email instead. Tried calling customer service, my calls were directed to no where, no one pick up. I'm totally turn off by this experience that I won't be shopping at this store anymore.

Poorly managed store. Only one trained cashier. Manager was not helpful or empathetic to waiting over 10 minutes in-line. Suggest they work on customer service. Store and floor employees were kind and clothing neatly arranged.

I ordered a pair of jeans and a tie online. After almost a week, I received an email saying they cancelled the order. But, they did not mention refunding the tie. I contacted customer service and got shocked by the response. Since there is no review for online shopping, I describe it here. A guy called himself Antonio answered the online chat. He did not answer my question regarding the tie: was it cancelled too? if so, why it is not in my order list on the account page and in the cancellation email, but I was charged for it? I contacted customer service via the phone this time. Ā Again Antonio answered the phone, and he hung up on me. I called again, and he did the same without saying a word! What a shame!!! Now the question is: what happened to the tie? would they refund it as well as the jeans?

Hi, I just wanted to thank and deliver my appreciation to the Regional Manager I met at Yorkdale Mall for the outstanding service and for helping with my issues in returning the product. I am a loyal client and love the quality of the clothing and customer approach of Massimo Dutti in general and at Yorkdale in Toronto in particular.

Hello there I had an wonderful experience at the Massimo Dutti store in Yorkdal couple of weeks ago, the staff very professional and helpful, they went the extra mile to accommodate my requests such as placing a rush order for pants alterations so we wouldn't miss an event planned. I will definitely comebackšŸ˜Š

Worst customer experience ever. I was sent a damaged leather jacket product and was told to send it back. Iā€™ve since sent it and now been told it was to go through a ā€œcheckupā€ before Iā€™m granted a refund. The leather jacket was expensive!! Their quality is TERRIBLE for what you pay for and the customer service experience is AWFUL. Do not waste your time with this company.

Extremely unpleasant experience during my shopping at Massimo Dutti Toronto in Yorkdale Mall on Oct.12. The staff at the store have apparently long since forgotten the standards of good customer service in a reputable store such as Massimo Dutti should be compared to the lower level of parent company Zara, or never knew them. After my purchase of approximately 700.00 CAD, the saleswoman shoved the item at the cash register without even bothering to wrap it with the words "if you want a bag, you owe an additional 25 cents". I understand that the economic situation in Canada is not very good at the moment. I understand that the economic condition of even companies like Massimo Dutti may not be so glamorous at the moment, but if you choose to maintain your good name and reputation in the market, you don't let your customers feel uncomfortable about the fact that they have chosen to shop at your store. Just include the price of the bags in the price of the goods, smile at the customer, thank him for choosing your company, pack the goods for him in an appropriate way, as has been the rule for the past centuries in renowned stores around the world. Then and only then will you be able to count on that you will keep your customers and the status quo of a reputable store of the Zara brand and you will not turn into a flea market where you are headed.

I had an absolutely horrible experience! On Dec 7th, I tried to buy boots, but the woman at the cash was insufferable. While I explained about my gift card, she smirked and nodded, acting like she couldn't care less. When I asked the question, she replied, "What was the question?" as if I'd been talking to myself the whole time. She literally shoved and threw everything in the bootsā€™ white bag, and didnā€™t even bother asking me if I would like a Bag for 25 cents and when I requested a bag, she coldly said it's 25 cents, questioning if I could afford it. Even when I offered to pay with a card, she bluntly refused. She was the rudest person ever, smirking the entire time. The atrocious customer service on Dec 8th (the next day) sealed the deal ā€“ I won't be buying anything from this store again.

It was my first time going into the Yorkdale location and it was the most unpleasant experience. We were in the store 20 minutes before closing with the intention of purchasing something. We were ignored by all the sales associates and when I asked one of them for help it seemed like an inconvenience to her. They turned the music off 15 minutes before closing and while my husband was trying something on I very clearly over heard one of the sales associates tell another one who was close to where I was waiting to tell me that ā€œtheyā€™re closing in 10 minutesā€. Instead of trying to make a sale they were more concerned with going home. I previously worked in retail for many years and know that this behaviour is unacceptable. Those employees are in serious need of customer service training.
