The park is large and has a good extension. Walking space, dog walking area, basketball court, skating rink, plus playground area. In the days of my visit we found the play with a lot of dirt, but the toys are well preserved and intact. It's worth taking the kids. Drinkers remain off, with no possibility of water for dogs and children. The park is close to many shops (restaurants, bars and amenities), in addition to being next to the subway station and bus lines.

There is convenient free parking off Yonge Street (check out maps). The park has 8 tennis courts, large grassy area and a playground with splash pool. The playground has soft "cork-style" flooring to protect children who fall. The large splash pool is to one side with two levels of equipment for small and older children. At present, only the washrooms located beyond the tennis courts are open. The men's room has very strong urine scent. Some of the equipment is not the "standard" city equipment which makes it attractive to kids. The playground is wheelchair accessible and so are the washrooms. There are also 2 basketball courts, an outdoor hockey rink and a baseball diamond.

Such a beautiful trail amidst a busy town. Saw a lot of people hanging around in groups and having brunch when i visited. A good and peaceful neighbourhood. You can walk your pets here and also spend a good afternoon with your family or friends. There is enough space for everyone. There are different gaming rings as well. At one place, i saw a drinking water fountain as well. But not sure if its clean or safe to drink that water.

It’s a great park. Though I’ve never seen a ram 🐏 there, let alone seeing a den of rams 🐏 🐏 🐏. Despite this it has a nice park for kids, a place to exercise small and big dogs πŸ• separately, tennis courts and two ice skating places in winter. Due to the abundance of other activities , I’m willing to over look the rams 🐏 issue and give 5 stars.

Medium size park near ISCKON Temple. Extends from Avenue Road to Yonge Street. It has Children play area, Tennis Courts, Dog off-leash area and washroom.

This park is one of the most beautiful spots in our area. It's particularly great for children, with an excellent playground that keeps my son entertained for hours. The park is generally quiet and serene, making it a perfect place for a relaxing afternoon with family or friends. Its location is convenient too; we often enjoy a walk crossing Avenue St. to get here. It's become a regular spot for us. Highly recommend for a peaceful retreat and a fun playground for kids!

It's an impressive park with lots of public facilities. There's rubber trails on the park to ease your walk, there's kids playground and basketball park not far from each other. This park is quite the size, they even have 8 tennis courts and a descent dog park. The neighborhood seems nice and quiet as well. The only downside is their washroom is poorly maintained as the smell so horrible I had to put my mask on coming in. Overall, one of the nice park we have in TO.

I have loved coming here since we first moved to Toronto. An excellent place to take a walk, or walk the dog. The playground is amazing as well. There is always parking and it's clean and safe. A favorite of my family's for over 30 years!

This park is very nice to visit. The most beautiful trees you could possibly dream of are planted there. The Oak and Birch trees are prevalent. It has a beautiful skating rink and it's so joyous to watch people skate. Something I will take up next winter. There are clean public washrooms.

It has a bit of everything. Dog leash free park; it’s a joy to sit there watch them play. For the an active ones, tennis, pickleball, ping pong tables, baseball area, basketball, all spaced out properly that they don’t take away from the greenery and the beauty of the park. For the kids there is a lovely playground too. Quiet yet vibrant park.

It has a small yet beautiful place to drink water on the side of the trail which I liked the most. The second place within the park which is my favourite is the kids place followed by the dog park. These 2 places are soothing. There are two clean washrooms on either side of the park.

This is a nice park for the family if you can except a few things. The water feature for the little ones is a bit of a mud pit, the waiting pool doesn't open thill June, the slide has one of the most difficult rope/web climbs so not ment for little ones. But it does have tennis and basket ball courts.

A very safe and spacious park set with an abundance of sports & recreation facilities. At night the park is lit up nicely, each area looking like little vignettes at a stage show or movie set. The stairs that lead to Davenport are quite steep, thankfully a ramp sits next to it making that pathway into the park accessible to all. Very nicely planned and kept all around. Be it for sport & leisure, young and old, single or plenty.. It’s what connects community to city living.

One of my favorite parks in Toronto. Beautiful plants, tennis courts and a dog park. Tons of space for a nice walk or simply to chill. A gem in rosedale area.

Terrific small multipurpose neighborhood park. Basketball hoops, baseball diamond, several tennis courts, pickleball courts on the ice rink, controlled big and small dog areas, picnic tables, child playground, Park benches. All open to the public. Public washrooms. Well kept

I come here sometimes to have lunch away from the office. Just be careful as most table seats house wasps in the summer months. I think whoever maintains these parks should do a quick check for hives under the seats. The park is otherwise huge and has lots of things to do. I mainly see people waking dogs or others also enjoying lunch. There's lots of seating in this park as well in park tables, park benches and some wrap around benches around trees.

It's a small park but has everything you need to have a good time. Tennis and basketball courts, ice ring, a nice playground and a place to play with dogs. Also great for jogging.

Very kids friendly park with a decent public washroom. There are a number of benches that you can sit together and eat. With lots of parking around.

2020.09.23 The morning walk back home was through the Ramsden Park. In fact we grabbed coffee from The Pantry Rosedale. We spent half the time in the Cafe and the remaining time in the park. Plenty of area to sit down, relax, chit-chat. The park has a rink (summer and winter), basketball court and some other facilities.

Cute park with lots of amenities - tennis, basketball, fenced in off leash dog park, as well a small dog park area. Nice walking trails with a padded flooring.

πŸ’― recommended, read the lengths of our experience to wet your feet before heading here. Usually you don't go looking for parks in Toronto, as they are many parks and spread across every big/small neighborhood. How we ended up here? Well, if you haven't been to the nearby "Hare Krishna" Iskcon temple, you should check that out as well. If you are not feeling spiritual , go for delicious vegetarian food at Govinda's there. That's how we ended up here with our 3 YO. We went for Darshan ( see the Gods in Temple), and we had our lunch there only. We looked up the map and we see greenery, and we just headed this way. First thing we saw was a big dog park. Then multiple tennis courts, then what our son was not expecting at all. A children's playground that greets you with some fun musical instruments, though after few notes, he couldn't stop himself by going to the swings. There are so many equipments that will engage the kids for hours. If your kid is always on the run, no need to worry, the whole play area is covered with soft rubber padded flooring. You want a sand pit, you got it. You need a splash pad, you got it. Your kids love ropes and other adventures , you got it. Bonus, the playground has a functional washroom which is operational from 9AM to dusk. It saved our day πŸ˜…. Highly recommend if you live near this area or want to spend some quality time out with your kids, and not shy to visit this place just close by to Rosedale metro.

Ramsden Park is a great park, literally right off Yonge Street and directly across the street from the Rosedale Subway Station. So convient. There Plenty of amenities here for children, families, adults and pets! Some of the facilities include a ball diamond, playground, wading pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and an off-leash dog area! There plenty of trees to provide shade, picnic tables and other benches. Have a picnic if you are inclined. A good place to spend a couple of hours relaxing or getting some exercise! In addition, there are washrooms and working water fountains.

Good park for little kids and big ones. I like it because it has many things for kids to play, its clean, and safe. Also, it has a nice rink for winter and basketball nets where kids can play.

Had to kill 3 hours in Toronto and took my 4 year old to this park. She had an absolute blast! She loved the playground, wave pool, sand pit and musical instruments. Highly recommend! They even had fun activities and she was able to paint a rock. πŸ‘ŒπŸΎ Easily, one of her favourite parks.

One of my favourite parks in Toronto. You can play table tennis, tennis, basketball. In winter months, you can go ice-skating. There is a playground for the kids, picnic tables, and an off-leash area for dogs.

Very nice park, kinda hidden and I would not have expected it to be so good. Given that it's mostly surrounded by condo buildings. It's got a great playground with many swings, an awesome kids gym and a wading pool. There are also public tennis courts that I think are first come first serve. There's an ice rink and dog park as well. There are a few Picknick tables and benches as well. Overall a pretty great park and I'll definitely be back.

It's great that there are table tennis tables here. Lots of fun! A great place to walk.

Incredible playground for little and bigger kids, as well as a great wadingpool/splashpad. It basically has everything you could want to keep you little ones busy. Plus there is limited free one hour parking and a public bathroom.

Great park. The city has done a lot of work to improve this little city gem. Skating in the winter, the dog park and basketball courts are all in the plus category. Graffiti and vandalism is the only negative. Night strolls after 10 pm should be with a group as this is a big city park

Good place for children to play in a playground. Their playground looks a bit different from the ones I’m familiar with. They also have 8 public tennis courts. My child and his friend had a lot of fun playing tennis.

Really great park in the city. There’s many tennis courts, a well maintained skating rink, basketball court, and even off leash dog park. There’s a really good kids play area that has a lot of extensive toys. There’s also plenty of park bench and seating for picnics! We come here all seasons. It’s always well maintained considering it’s downtown toronto

Quite a big city park with plenty of shade areas, clean, patrons taking good care of it. Large children's playground, tennis courts, ping pong tables, plenty of benches to sit and relax. Also of leash dog park. You will be not dissatisfied.

Awesome park! I take my dog here and play table tennis on the free public tables. As long as it isn't a windy day, it's perfect. πŸ“
