I love going to red lobster! They have frequent promotions and daily specials which always guarantees great value and generous portions. I tried the lobster dream feast today and it was delicious. The unlimited biscuits is the cherry on top! This location has a large dining area and friendly staff. Pay them a visit if you’re craving seafood.

Came here about a month ago for the $25 all-you-can-eat shrimp special. It was my second time visiting a Red Lobster (first time was at the downtown Toronto location in May, and it was only $20 back then), but $25 is still well worth it! We had great food and service in a nice, cozy atmosphere. I liked all the shrimp dishes as well as the marine-themed restaurant design, and the service was warm and friendly. Would love to visit Red Lobster again! Keep up the warmth!

I come here about 1-2 times a month for the endless shrimp. The shrimp is big and tender, which makes it very worth it for $25 a person. The service here is amazing and every single server I had here was superb EXCEPT ONE. This is why I have to give a 3 star. There is a waiter who is an older Indian gentleman with glasses, and he’s the rudest server I have ever encountered. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or he wasn’t expecting a high tip amount since it was when the $20 endless shrimp was happening so he decided to not care for my table. Regardless what the issue is, how he acted and treated our table was unimaginably rude. All 4 of us got endless shrimp here and he told us before the food came that we cannot share anything between our plates. This means if I got two types of shrimp and my partner got another two types of shrimp, our table is instructed by this server that we are NOT ALLOWED to try another type of shrimp from another plate to see how it tastes. If we want to taste another type of shrimp, we MUST order it ourselves after we finish our first 2 types of shrimp. This makes no sense as we were all getting the endless shrimp. There were 4 of us at the table and this server almost never checked up on us. When he finally came to our table, he looked annoyed, impatient and told us we can only add 4 shrimp dishes at a time since we have 4 people. He would always leave our table quickly and rudely. It’s like he leaves mid conversation. Every single time doing endless shrimp the servers were happy to let us order 2 dishes each at a time. It was a very confusing, and unpleasant meal here with that server. I still go to this branch because it is the closest one to me, and I still see him working here and I always pray I don’t get him again and feel sorry for the people who he serves because all the other servers at this branch are exceptional and wonderful.

Delicious food with a variety of specials they run. They have daily drinks specials and daily food items. We had 2 can dine for $60 which was a good deal that included scallops, garlic shrimps, Walt's speciality shrimps which is breaded and served with cocktail sauce, 2 lobster tails served with warm melted butter and 2 sides to choose, we had coleslaw. We also had the endless shrimps for $30 which you can choose a variety of styles to pick such as Shrimp fettuccine, grilled shrimp, etc. The service was amazing too from Tod.

My Red Lobster experience was fantastic! Opted for the all-you-can-eat shrimp deal, and the variety of shrimp dishes exceeded expectations. The service was impeccable, making the evening enjoyable. We decided to elevate the experience by pairing it with a delightful bottle of red wine. The ambiance, the shrimp, and the wine created a perfect dining atmosphere. Highly recommend it for seafood enthusiasts! The service from the servers are absolutely top notch. 10/10 I will definitely come again. Will pair this with white wine next time. What an adventure!

Great restaurant and great prices, I haven’t been to a red lobster well over the beginning of pandemic and I did notice a few changes. The cheese bread was a bit dry and less cheesy! Aside from that minor thing everything else was great, from portion sizes and what not, the wait staff was great!! Great for a fun night out but not if you’re expecting something over the top😂

Haven't been there for long time. Food is good in general. Service was excellent! Danny had explained everything in detail, provided very good accommodation more than I expected. I haven't been receiving this kind in any restaurant for a long time. Thank you, Danny!

My family and I had an enjoyable dinner at Red Lobster with the endless shrimp promotion. The deal was definitely bang for the buck, and the service was top-notch. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive, and even gave us a few extra biscuits to go. We ordered one of each of the shrimp options for endless shrimp. Garlic shrimp was a crowd pleaser, as was the shrimp skewer. The alfredo sauce for the shrimp pasta was a bit too sweet, and the deep fried shrimp were too salty. However, overall, we had a great dining experience!

Most of the food was delicious! We didn't like the dip for the nachos(see picture). Service was good. Restaurant was clean. A BIG negative was that I called about 15mins before to enquire IF we needed to book a table or get on a waiting list. I was told they are not booking tables and that I should just come and we would be seated straight away. We got there, only to be told we had to wait!!! They took my name for the waiting list and we waited about 30MINUTES!!!

Red Lobster on my radar for awhile and finally got 'Endless shrimp' weekend special. We were seated promptly and server 'Jimmy' made the perfect late lunch in Thronhill. Price of $23.99 It's a deal !

I was concerned about the lobster, but it was well-cooked and just perfect. The stuffed mushrooms tasted like mushroom and cheese only, I wish the cheese were less used so I could get the taste of other ingredients! The fish and shrimps were good as well. The server was nice although we were the last ones in the restaurant having our meal!

We had a craving for some of these delicious biscuits and happen to luck out and be near this location when completing some holiday shopping. We decided to order 2 of their new drinks and both were great. And also tried one of their holiday menu items plus a meal off the classic menu. Service was quick, staff was responsive and attentive. Food came out hot and fresh. We truly had zero complaints it was an overall good enjoyable dinner.

Visiting for the first time after 20+ years, and the crunchy buttery biscuits are still amazing and they are unlimited! The choice of meals were all great, buttery and savoury. Our server Neel was helpful and attentive with our family, thank you!

Great food and service, I just keep coming back! Linda, our server, is the sweetest women ever she really makes us feel like home. Classic menu items are our go-to especially the shrimp linguini and stuffed mushrooms. Tried the nee salmon bowl and it was amazing, special shout out to the brussel sprouts! Let’s not forget the unlimited biscuits, THIS is what I always come back for. Thank you for the continuously amazing experiences!

Lack luster. That's what the entire experience was..... From the service, to the look of the food, to the taste of the food..... U can see from the pictures (granted one is blurry), there is ZERO effort in plating this food. Red lobster either needs to get smaller plates or larger portion sizes.... because WHAT IS THIS??? There is no colour to the food, there is no garnish, there is an ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes, boiled shrimp with butter and flavourless shrimp. And the prices are all still just as expensive!!! I was even brought a basket of biscuits with NO GARLIC BUTTER ON IT! The server told me there was, but good sir, I know that the garlic butter has some kind of green dried herb in it.... and none of those biscuits had it! Honestly.... there wasn't even a menu for the current endless shrimp deal!!! The server just told me willy nilly from his memory. I even heard the customer at the table next to me get upset that her plate looked NOTHING like the image on the menu. They now have these tablets at the table.... which OF COURSE started a war with my 3 small kids 😰 who all wanted to play!! I went for my birthday celebration and I was given a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a bowl.... seriously??? Thoroughly thoroughly UNIMPRESSED! The once beloved Red Lobster... is no more 👎🏼

What I love about Red Lobster is their consistency. You don't go one day and think oh there must have been a different chef on then the last time lol cause the food is always good and always consistently made the same. I have had take out and dining service from them. The portions are good. Of course I wish the prices were cheaper so I could go more often but you get what you pay for. This past weekend our server AJ was excellent. Honest and helpful and polite. Just a suggestion: it would be great if you guys could offer some type of free desert for bdays-I always seem to be coming their to celebrate someone's special day and that would be a nice touch even if its just something small.

Went on Sunday January 24th with my hubby for date night. We went fairly early so it wasn’t busy and the food was great. I thoroughly enjoyed my snow crab and the shrimp cocktail was not disappointing either. My husband had escargot and seafood chowder as his appetizers and he said they were delicious. He then had the admiral dinner which disappeared quite quickly so, I am going to say he enjoyed it. Sorry no pictures of the rest of our dinner as I was quite focused on my crab.

Been to this location only once, but had a good experience. The lobster quality was excellent and they had a wide selection of menu. By the end everyone at the table was full, thus the quantity was also satisfactory. The price was a bit steep, but that was expected and understandable since it’s a chain store and also lobsters are generally expensive. Overall, I would return to this place for special occasions.

Everything was great. The waitress we had was so friendly. I felt though the price was not fully satisfactory based on the level of satiation.

Yummy food and drinks. They did a great job sanitizing the surfaces and promoting social distancing. Our server was great and threw in a couple of extra biscuits for our children in our takeout container. It made their day!

Everything was excellent!! Supporting our local restaurants during Covid restrictions. The 15 minute drive home to eat meant the food was still good and hot. Can’t wait to be able to enjoy a meal in the restaurant soon.

As expected from a seafood-centric restaurant, the variety of vegetarian options was limited. While the focus is understandably on seafood, a few more veg-friendly choices could enhance the dining experience for a broader audience. In conclusion, Red Lobster offers a great seafood dining experience, but be prepared for limited vegetarian selections and consider sharing dishes if you're ordering a lot.

Have been to this location twice in the past month and they do not disappoint. The waiter snd waitress we had were attentive and the food was exceptional. Money well spent.

Can’t beat red lobster for a reasonably priced seafood experience. $100 for two people to go absolutely OFF and leave full on lobster and crab legs with booze and starters/side upgrades. Staff at this location is polite and laid back too.

Came for a late evening dinner at a familiar location I grew up visiting. Happy to see some changes to the menu finally. We had the endless shrimp items. Loved the items we ordered. Sweet chili shrimp, grilled shrimp, garlic shrimp and Island jumbo coconut shrimp, and Mediterranean lobster tails. All were good. The coconut shrimp was my personal least favorite, but that’s a personal taste preference. Meals were prepared quickly and served hot and with a smile. Our server Pavlos was exceptional. Attentive, polite friendly, engaging and familiar with the menu to make great suggestions. I took the photo of the add on shrimp as I forgot to take ahead of time. Only observation is the lobster tails keep getting smaller.

One of the best locations is Thornhill. Been to many in Ont and by far this has fresh, fast order. Staff are super friendly and doing a great job anticipating your next wish. Very clean, including washrooms.

Was excited to visit this location for the first time ever during the afternoon and was underwhelmed. Ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and marinara sauce was spoiled! Ordered entrees and got the bill to find out no adjustment for the sour marinara was made and had to beg George, our waiter, to see what could be done. Was excited to eat here but may visit others before coming back.

A super nice service restaurant, and the service man-Matt is a super super nice guy. Food is great, and the weekday lunch is a great deal.

We always have a good meal at Red Lobster. We really like the sauce in the salmon new orleans! It’s nice to be able to choose multiple sides with the entree and our server helped us add a lobster tail and some scallops for my mom since she didn’t want her own full entree.

I have to say, I was surprised to see that the food has improved compared to when I last visited this location. I always favored this location over other in the vicinity due to ample of parking space and its more upscale and quiet dining experience. Our server was very attentive and pro-active that night, hence th 5-star.

Absolutely delicious food. The cheddar bay biscuits were nice and crunchy, the garlic shrimp sauce was to die for, and the fish was nice and flakey. The atmosphere, as usual, was amazing, and they had less lobsters in their tank which was nice for me. The only problem was that when we wanted to pay for our meals, the waiter was nowhere to be seen. Overall a great experience and I will be back in the future for lunch on a weekday

Delicious food and not to expensive. The price/quantity is more than respectable. Only negative point is if you don't drink water your mouth will get dry quickly. Food is salty. Overall, amazing experience. I recommend.

This will be a bit of a long review, but I wanted to make sure to do them justice. They have completely redeemed themselves, in my opinion. We wanted to go here for a date night. Called to make reservations... They don't accept them; but I was told it's "not too bad, it's been slow all day". Showed up... Hour and 15 minute wait.... They closed an hour later. I'm still not impressed with the "no reservations" policy - especially during a pandemic. However, they reached out to me very quickly to remedy the issues I had with this location. I went back about 2 weeks after the initial attempt and I am so glad I did. They were fantastic. Jimmy was our server, and Sumeet was the manager we spoke with. They were very kind and very good to us. The food was great, as usual, and we had a great evening. Very impressed with the team here and their dedication to their guests. TLDR: the no reservation policy sucks, but it is worth the wait to go here. Great team, great food. Very happy.

You'll never get disappointed at this place, whether before pandemic, during lockdown for take-out or dine-in! They are serious about checking to be fully-vaxed before let you in dining area. It is clean inside, and every other booth is empty for social distancing. Food was tasty and fairly fast as usual, and waiter was considerate and professional. I strongly recommend to try this place (we still drive all the way to here!)

The lady staff Lisa is very friendly. The lobster and the shrimps are good quality. The restaurant is spacious in which the next table will not be available for sitting and makes us feel safer while dining in.

Arrived at the Red Lobster without a reservation, but was seated within 15mins. Table was clean and my server was always around to serve, displayed patience and was very polite. I ordered the Lobster Bisque, which was fair. My main was the Tilapia with Lobster sauce, rice and mashed potatoes, which was average. My date ordered the Seafood Shrimp Trio, which was good. Price was fair and the restaurant was clean, busy and had good ambiance. Parking was not an issue, but lot was fairly full.

Great service and food. Love the biscuits. Lobster is always fresh and Salmon was very flavourful. The shrimp are always grilled to perfection. Great place for seafood.

It was our first time in Red lobster, the food was delicious, server was so nice and polite(I think his name was AL) , we had mussels for starter and it was amazing, I had Bar Harbor Lobster Bake and my husband had Seafarer's Feast, both dishes were delicious and we will definitely get back there soon, it was a great start of the year!

First time at this location! Not as busy as the one in Scarborough. Service was good. Food was great and portions were big. They have redone their menu - have added in some burgers (including chicken). They have daily weekday specials. They used to have a four course weekday dinner option but sadly it has been removed. Will dine back at this location again.

Satisfactory. I give 3 stars because the food quality wasn’t good at all. And the prices increased. But it was good service and good employees.

We went for dinner during their LobsterFest. Seafood is always fresh and their menu has so many options to choose from. The waiter made great recommendations and helped us decide on what dish to order. My family and I ended up trying their bar harbour lobster bake, snow crab legs and surf n' turf dinner for two combo. As much as their food is great, the portion sizes I find to be too much. It's really filling, but you definitely get your money's worth. Great place to be if you love seafood and family friendly 🦀🦞🦐

Came here for the first time and wasn't disappointed. The place was big enough to be properly socially distanced, and everything looked cute. I got the endless shrimp and it was amazing. The buttery biscuits were to die for, and the shrimp itself was great. Portions for each dish weren't small either. Christina was a great waitress and she was really attentive the whole time. Will definitely be returning to this location.
