An excellent indoor facility. Visited for a tack and field event and was pleasantly surprised at the great organisation of the event too

Great place, I practice human flag and do sprints here. But be warned don't try the indoor track in summer it's boiling at that time. I'd stick with the outdoor one while it's summer, especially past 7 cause then the shade hits the whole track

UPDATE: Great place. Cool atmosphere. Certain parts of the track have been fixed so there are no longer holes in any lanes. Most of the weight machines are very close to one another. The track seems somewhat dirty in places. As far as weight machines go, it is difficult to get a pin. The free weights work but they are very dated. I give it 5 stars because it's incredibly good value for money.

Drove out here only to find the facility being used for an event and thus was unable to drop-in use for the facility.. staff there claimed the schedule is posted online. Did not find the schedule online anywhere. Edit: came here on a totally separate occasion for drop-in and this time I called in advance to make sure there was no event going on. Guess what? Turns out there's an event happening and I can't use the facility. The front desk gave me false information and I wasted my time and money. Shocking stuff. Your best bet may be to assume the track is not available on the weekends.

A fully stocked track facility where you can share space with nationally ranked athletes and find top level coaches like Val Grosse to take you to whatever level of performance you desire.

Enjoyable place if you attend prepared. No food onsite or nearby, only delivery. Smart families came with packed sandwiches and drinks. 😍

I understand it's an athletic complex but there is no consideration for people with mobility devices or strollers. The expectation is if you can't make it upstairs you can't be a spectator. You can hang around in the lobby or peek in through the doors. Do better. Parking isn't bad at $5/day

Bad parking set up, viewing area is too small and staff are not friendly.

Great atmosphere and a very well maintained atmosphere. Professionals that know what they are doing as well as a great space to train. Did physiotherapy here and I'm beginning to gracefully compete at a high Co-ed level. Definitely would recommend this for anyone starting off or developing themselves into a tier 1 athlete.

Great track! I love how close it is to the subway too. The gatekeeper let me and friends in for free. 😅

Need way more seating all around the track. It's crowded, congested, smelly and frustrating having to squish your way into an area where you can barely see the track for hours on end.

😠 I came to the gym tonight. The lady at the front desk was having issue with another gym member. I scanned my membership and wanted to proceed to the gym, Homehr. The lady at the front desk asked me to scan for the second time and very aggressively slammed the computer. I asked her why she asked me t...

🫤 This gym was pretty reasonable for a while, given the perks of the black card membership. However since the beginning of the summer, it has been absolutely crowded with young high-school aged teens that show up in groups of 4 and higher chatting around the equipment. I recently realized that high-sc...
