Bring your physical ID And cash! This place is really not as bad as the reviews make it out to be. The snacks were tasty and tea pitchers were good. The rooms were cleaned because I could smell bleach and the mic’s and song choices were good. You can stay for as long as you want, just meet the minimum spend with food or drink orders which isn’t too bad. Compared to places that charge per hour if you stay longer it’s worth it. The staff don’t have the best English but they’re trying their best.

I’ve been here 3 times. The first time was fine. The second time, I booked through a promotor and was told we would get 10% off. Then, the bill came and they said if we pay CASH, it’s 10% off. But the cash was never mentioned when booking through the promotor. This wasn’t that big of a deal, but my group was very unhappy about it and I agree that this was a miscommunication. But I decided to give them one more chance and booked again. When the bill came, they added an automatic service charge and also did not offer a 10% discount. But they said we had to pay in cash - so we had to go to the ATM to do this. Except oddly, they didn’t offer the discount like last time. When I asked, the guy just said “no discount. Cash only.” And I said “why? We paid with card last week.” after I asked why many times, he said the card machines are broken today. Essentially, I feel that the place is very inconsistent and has bad communication. It’s inconvenient to go get cash and to me it felt like they were not very empathetic or understanding of our confusion, which only made us frustrated. Had they said from the start “sorry our machines are broken today, so it has to be cash only.” It would have been fine. and maybe throw in a round of pop as a courtesy. then, it would’ve been simply accepted. Karaoke wise, the place is good. Good rooms, clean bathrooms, lots of song selection. But the customer service from a business standpoint needs improvement.

Just awful. Came with a group of friends and we were meeting others that were already there. Upon entering my one friend walked towards our friends we were meeting there. The bartender began yelling at him because he hadn't checked his ID yet. However, the bartenders English was not good, so my friend kept walking not realizing he was being spoken to. The bartender was very aggressive and continued to raise his voice until my friend ended up leaving because he was so shook up by the exchange. We were all so appaled by this exchange that we would have left then and there, however the other members of our group had been there for a little while so we decided to stay to meet the minimum spend. After ordering a few drinks we tried to pay our individual bills but the bartender then told us they can only do one bill. Ridiculous. He then followed this up by telling us it was CASH ONLY. There were no signs or any indication of this before we had ordered drinks. Oh and they charged my friend $7 for a can of iced tea. It was absolutely appalling service and rules this place had. The machine was mostly in mandarin so it was very difficult to use even though the language setting was on English. Finally, the actual karaoke machines had a very limited amount of songs. I'm talking classic songs everyone knows and they were nowhere to be found. Do NOT go here. I can't stress how awful this experience was. Likely just a money laundering set up, because I can't imagine any place like this running profitably and legally.

The volume on the system is so LOW! Perks. They had YouTube access so we could pull any song we wanted up. The front desk really hurried to get us out but the place was empty. So that was weird. Lastly, one of the employees kept coming into our room. For LITERALLY no reason. Song selection is decent but like I said, YouTube so that's good Soju 30 bucks a bottle. Suggestions- turn the volume up

Horrible experience !!!!!!!!! We went yesterday, 12 people .. when they charge you ,they tell you one price plus “taxes” they said !!! but actually they add $20 tip out on top of that and plus the taxes .. SO BE CAREFUL “ !!!! …BECAUSE they don’t mention anything if you don’t ask… they don’t explain anything , you ask questions and they look at you like you’re an alien or something . 10 songs are in English the Rest all in Chinese.. we left an hour later and they don’t even look at you !! Lol .. We went to this other place … ECHO KARAOKE. Much better 100 times organize and all the songs you want , air conditioner , amazing customers service and the drinks are so delicious!!!

I have never felt so disrespected at an establishment where I pay for their services. The staff were incredibly rude and hostile; whenever we requested something, we either had to ask two or three times for the drinks to finally arrive. In addition, the staff often interrupted our business or barge in without our request, entering the room whenever they felt like it. The experience was quite hostile and uncomfortable, especially since we paid a lot for this private room. I will never take my business to this establishment ever again.

We had a great time! It was a group of 6, stayed for 4 hrs Some of these reviews seem a but extreme. The staff was absolutely fine, we had an issue with our microphone and they fixed it immediately. We found plenty of english songs to sing for 4ish hours.

They will charge you extra and bully you!! Me and my friend went there, the receptionist charges more than it should be (should be $30 but he charged 31$), I asked him is there any tips I need to pay, if there was a tip, okay I will pay, but suddenly shouted to us and pointed to the door and threatened us to leave. I’m 100% sure that he definitely charged more than it should be. Fk

I cant give it lower than 0 star unfortunately. Went there for some good time, to get drunk and well, have some fun with friends. By the time we left, because how bad the customer service was we were completely sobered up. There management should really do something about the guy whose dealing with the customers. The guy was like really passive aggresive, asking him for any basic assistance was like I was asking him to solve a complex diffential equations. VERY RUDE! :(

It was a very nice place to sing, the speakers and audio system were nice, the room was quite small but it was nice and clean. They have plenty of english and some spanish songs most of them reggaeton. For 6 people the minimum you have to spend on food and drinks is 120cad on friday and saturday and you can sing all night long till 3am. On weekdays is only 60cad minimum, they sell every kind of snacks like chicken wings, boneless, french fries etc and full bar for drinks. The only 2 things I would suggest is to improve the english speaking of your servers, I was trying to communicate with the bartender when we first arrived but he got a little bit frustrated cause he couldn't explain the rates for karaoke room but any way another friendly guy with yellow hair came to the rescue and try to help his partner so thanks to that guy we stayed at the place. Another issue is that the karaoke machine browser need to improve cause you can't search very good for the specific song you want, I'm saying, they have many good songs that you need to search song by song to reach to them cause if you try to search by artist or by song name they do not appear but after search on a song by song basis you will figure it out that they had one of the song you like so it takes very long time but anyway the place is good! I really recommend it! And they accepted my credit card, I dont know why others say that they do not.

The entrance is somewhat hidden because the sign board is on the wrong side of the building. The service is also quite slow. It took almost an hour just to get water. This place is good if you know how to read Chinese characters for the Chinese songs. There is a limited selection of English songs here. Otherwise the place is reasonably clean.

horrible service and robbed friends of $200 saying there was a minimum spend fee. Didn't let anyone know of any last calls and then charged an extra $200 on what was spent as a result. When one of the party members went to try and reason with them - two employees were caught saying racist remarks in Chinese thinking our friend did not understand the language.

I would give 0 stars! The workers were rude. We got scammed too. We originally supposed to pay $120 before tax and it came up to $165. One of the workers didn’t clean up the broken glass properly and one of our friends were trying to sit on one of the chairs and cut their finger.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could, the room smelled like cigarettes, the couches and microphones were all sticky and out of battery. When we asked them to change the room for us they got hostile and began gossiping in Chinese and said there’s no smoking inside even though I could see the staff members smoking in the kitchen and bringing ashtrays to other rooms. The bill came out 60$ more expensive than expected and they charged a 15% service charge on top for 4 people. Don’t come here, they run a sketchy operation given the fact that it’s cash only as well. When we ordered a bottle of vodka, they pulled out an already opened bottle with a spout in it and when we told them we saw it the guy said it wasn’t opened even though we literally watched him take out an open bottle. When we ordered food there was also something crunchy in the deep fried fish balls and chicken not sure what it was but we do not recommend anything about this place.

Enjoyable time, service was quick and atmosphere overall was great. Not many eating options, but we came for drinks and karaoke anyways. Great time

Was really nice. The waiter was really kind to us and help us to enjoy our time. It’s bit hard to find but I totally recommend it for pass a good time with your friends. There is lot of song in English and the price is correct :)

Went on a date night here with my partner. It was the two of us, with a minimum 150$ spend. I’m not sure why other reviews are saying limited english songs... If you can figure out how to use the touch screen you can find all types of songs, 1970s - the bee gees lol, all kind of 2000’s, hot new charting songs, Rihanna, Taylor Swift. Honestly anything you can think of. There were 67 Drake songs for gods sake. The entrance is hidden because the sign board is on the wrong side of the building… so that was tricky. There are 2 doors and you want to go to the one on Spadina, just before Dundas Street. The place is reasonably clean. And the service was good. I found the opposite, that the service was almost intrusive and very very quick. But then again, instead of calling the server we went to the front to order. Overall we had a great night. PS. This place is CASH ONLY. They demanded that at the time of payment… but did not state that at the time of reservation nor arrival. That was a bit annoying but note they do have an ATM on site.

Very limited selection of English songs and navigating the song selector was nearly impossible. Microphones stopped working part way through the evening, and there was no AC in the room so it was really uncomfortable to enjoy our time in there, forcing us to leave the door open for some air. The staff were attentive to things we needed but overall a fairly mediocre experience.

Trash place don't go here. Go to another place, they put a 15% service charge which is really a 15% tip without notice. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Went there for happy hour. Called ahead to book a room and originally said that it was $15/person. Came in today and the guy who was at the counter suddenly changed it to $17…

Needs a bigger song selection. But experience was fun. Song selection UI takes a bit to get used to, but mostly intuitive.

Great place and snacks, but our group had someone in his 50s and he was denied entry because he didn’t have his ID which was quite ridiculous.

Booked a big room that could fit around up to 10 ppl from 9pm - 3am, with a minimum spending of $160. Snacks and juices were okay, nothing too fancy. The air conditioning wasn't working at the time so it was pretty hot in there The owner was nice enough to give us a discount tho.

Good service (especially if you speak Chinese! I suspect some negative reviews here are related to a language barrier), good selection of popular English songs, very affordable per-person fee before 8pm, and is accessible with an elevator!

Called to see if they had any openings ...someone who answered upon called when I asked about openings hung up the phone..I called back and she answered saying "FULLY BOOKED TONIGHT" without me even saying a word...this treatment isn't the same in Mississauga at High Zone OR Young Karaoke..JUST SAYIN..they have more class.

I do not recommend this place. People smoke in their premises and which crosses my bottom line. Both microphone was dead and we had to bring them to the counter to replace the battery in them. (Isn’t it your job to ensure all equipments are fully charged) Then later one of the mic keep having issues which ruined our experience. 15percent mandatory tips was included when we payed the bill, and it was not mentioned whatsoever. 用微信结账5.5的汇率？？？市场5.0你当我傻？？？

We had a group of 20+ of arrogant drunks and it was a great experience overall. There are lots of english songs you just have to search using the ABC language option. Staff were helpful and receptive. Reviews of this place are all over the place but we had a good time so cant say they are accurate :)

Very fun place to go with friends and family Last week we all decided on B Boss to host my girlfriends 24th birthday and I am glad we did. Staff was friendly and accommodating, the room we picked was spacious, clean and overall well kept. The liquor, beer and food were top notch (Especially the fried foods). Service was fairly fast considering it was very busy at the time. The Karaoke system had a very good selection of Chinese songs and many popular English songs as well overall can't complain, one of the microphones died but the staff quickly replaced the batteries when I brought the microphone to the front desk. I am used to the old school way of remote and book style Karaoke setups but found the more modern system to be easy and intuitive to pick up. They do charge a 15% service charge but that is pretty standard for most Karaoke joints. We rented a medium sized room and the room minimum was $240 which was easy to wrack up with 8 people which made the Karaoke experience free since we ordered more than $240 in drinks and food.

Food over here is great and they have very large rooms for karaoke. However their English songs are in desperate need of updating. Several songs didn't work and is unorganized. For example, "lose yourself" by Eminem can't be found when you look up the artist. Furthermore, this is one of the songs that will not play

The security guard won’t let our friend in because she doesn’t have her physical ID w/ her. I mean I thought you only need to show a proof of ID so photocopy should be fine but the guard insisted for a physical ID and won’t let her in so we just left.

Overall a decent place to do karaoke. However, if your group does not know how to speak Chinese, you might have a hard time navigating the place.

Friends invited me to come to this place. There is a Green P parking lot around the corner on Dundas (underground) The place has a good variety of finger foods to buy and a decent variety of drinks (alcohol & non alcohol), I was the designated driver so I had a pitcher of hot lemon drink🍋 and it was really good. The finger foods that was ordered was French fries and a great variety of some delicious Chinese dishes. Also very yummy. The karaoke machine has a variety of languages to choose from, pick your songs and sing away. 🎶🙂👍 We were here from 8:30ish until late into the night. We were in a group of ten people and the price at the end way very reasonable. 👍 Just my opinion on price because of the amount of people, the time, and the food and beverages. The service staff check in from time to time to help clean and serve you. They are also friendly and helpful. 😊 Place is clean but will get a little noticeably dirty because of food, beverages, amount of groups of people coming and going, but this is normal and acceptable, so don't be discouraged. Fyi, make sure to have some sort of picture ID. It is a must and you will be asked by security and staff when you first enter. The experience was great and fun. 😀 You want a fun time with friends or even work colleagues, I think you'll enjoy yourselves here. 😊👍

Wish I could give lower than a 1. Bad atmosphere, sketchy spot, unhelpful service, nothing about it felt reliable. Songs are streamed off youtube which has ads that can last over 30 seconds which is ridiculous for what we’re paying. Sound system was inconsistent and annoying. Drinks were expensive and staff were very rude whenever we asked for things and accommodations. Would never recommend and strongly would say to spend your money literally at ANY other karaoke bar in the greater toronto area. Please do not go here.

do not come here. room was ok, except didnt have a lot of popular songs and one of the seats was broken. We had a very fishy experience with what they charged us. When we booked it was 200$ for 7 people, which includes unlimited karaoke and up to 200$ in food and drinks. Then the day of they told us it was now 240$. When we were at the place, we were ordering various drinks and foods and asked how we close we are to the limit, in which they said we are off by 1$ so we didn't order anymore. When we left the bill was only 190$, so we could have ordered 50$ more in food and drinks. Maybe they were just badly coordinated with each other, but theres too many mishaps with what they charged vs what they told us to not make me think they are trying to take a little extra off the top

Snuck in here for a last-minute booking after midnight recently with a group of friends. Every time I venture away from Bar+ I'm reminded why doing so is a bad idea. Next to no English songs, overpriced and the service wasn't great. One of the staff was visibly ill and kept horking snot into a tissue while handling our room arrangements and drinks. Thanks for the viral load buddy.
