NO WIFI. This mall needs public WIFI. Good selection of stores. Nice walk around. Plenty of parking. A little crowded when busy but expected.

An amazing collection of stores in the heart of Kitchener. -1 star for the timings. If the management is reading this, please extend timings for the weekend. :)

Nice mall, not big, but big enough for a cold day walk. Has the stores you need for a shopping trip. Good food court, some seating. The mall is a transit hub for Grand River Transit and Ion Rapid Transit.

A decent size mall in Kitchener and only got fewer well known outlets. Still a good place to hangout with your family. Go to this place for sales and grocery shopping at Walmart. There is also plenty of food choices if go hungry.

Bunch of unmasked teenagers running around the mall. Had to use the bathroom and there were at least 8 teenagers going in and out of stalls unmasked and using the sink mirrors. Had to wait a good 3 minutes to wash my hands. How is this not being monitored? A bathroom break shouldn’t take me 5 minutes. I will not be returning to this mall as it’s clear visitor safety is not a priority. Management should be ashamed.

I love this mall. Many shop was changed. I was so surprised! Maybe l went to last time was several months ago, I think over 10 shop was new. And TD bank was totally closed. Then will be open Starbucks there. That's why, TD bank open at Fairview plaze. Update: I went to couple days ago. Going to open H&M (May 2023) and RW&CO (March 2023). I don't remember exactly but I think few years ago H&M closed by Cambridge center. After that Forever 21 opened it after H&M. But, it's already closed beginning of January. And then, going to open in May this year by Fairview mall. If going to open H&M this year then why they closed by Cambridge center? It's not make sense... Because, Cambridge and Kitchener is close.

Unfortunately, I feel like this mall has really gone downhill. There’s no longer many options for clothing. No H&M, dynamite, or common places that women in their teens to late 30s would shop at. Missing a huge demographic here. Decent food. I would recommend the mall reflect a bit more like the GTA malls. 2-3 sit down restaurants inside.. maybe 1 somewhat upscale. 1-2 high end stores, more clothing, more unique food spots like desserts and a coffee shop.

The owner was friendly and showed some really good options of couch and also a few accent chairs. He didn't have much collection left for accent chairs but he helped us show what we were looking for in a couch. He showed us some firm couch options and they were really good. They also make custom designs, which takes 2-3 months to get it done based on your needs. Overall not too expensive nor too economical.

This is my first mall visit in Canada. Loved it. Reasonable prices. Especially loved the shop designer depo. Grabbed great offers as there is moving out sale.

It’s a good mall! You can find everything here. Just like the Conestoga but some more brands are here. Food lounge is not as big as Conestoga. However, you can find almost everything for dining. Some of the good brands are here.

I can't give 0 star's so I'm giving it a 1. I sometimes go here to get things in the early mornings and every time the lady that works there at that time is incredibly rude. I got 6 bags of milk and other things in larger quantity. She yelled at me and in a very rude tone told me to put every single thing on the line. I had no problem with this but I was not okay with the way she spoke to me and the way she told me what to do. Even when I asked any questions, she snapped back at me as if I was making her life extremely hard when all I wanted to do was get my stuff and go. While I was packing my stuff, there was an elderly lady behind me and she treated her the same way, which upsets me. I then spoke to her supervisor, named Monica who told me that this was her way of working but I don't think that treating customers this way is a way of working. And if that is truly her way of working then I don't think the front cashier is the right position for her. I was expecting the supervisor to at least correct her and mention that the way she was treating me was not right but nothing like that was said, instead I was told I was wrong. I'm writing this because it has happened multiple times, it's ridiculous. I'm not going to be going to this Walmart anymore, there are many other Walmart's who have much better customer service!!

I went to Fairview Park today. The location is excellent, and there are all the stores you require. It's a great area to buy and chill out! Such a lovely and spacious shopping complex. All of the store employees are extremely pleasant and helpful. Love this place.😍

Decent mall for the area. Not that many shops but there is a decent selection. Walmart, Sephora, A&W, People's, Foot Locker, Roots, SoftMoc, Swarovski, Aldo, and a bunch more. It is pretty clean. Not all the food places are fully open right now. They are doing a bunch of construction so not all the parking is available. Connects to the ION near The Bay entrance as well.

☣⚠️☢⛔I am hoping that there is a proper plan in place coming very soon. A few times this month I have taken a late night bus trip to Walmart at cf Fairview park mall. When walking past Sportchek, Winners RBC and Marks, I have seen LARGE RATS 🐀. I am really hoping that they are not inside the mall. But they can fit through the smallest cracks, gaps or holes especially if they really want. Plus get a shuttle or something for after mall hour from the bus station to Walmart and the opposite way. Charge a dollar one way.

This mall...is big but it always feels like it's lacking. There aren't really any kids clothing stores and the women's clothing options are limited - torrid is great, though. There are a couple of neat shops. It's always super clean.

Fairview park is cool. It has macd, subway, kfc, tim hortans and mostly all the eatery shops. It has walmart inside as well if someone would like to get something. Hudson's bay is just right behind the CF.

Clean and accessible mall with a lot of parking space and even more shops in the surrounding area in walking distance. And most importantly it’s in walking distance to a public transit hub. Excellent city planning that should be repeated throughout Kitchener as making a city walkable and accessible should always be a priority.

Shopping in-person can actually be enjoyable still. Nothing matches the sparkling glitter from the jewelry displays at Pandora, or the gorgeous smell of the soaps and bath bombs available at Lush. When you're not sure what to buy for a gift, it's nice to go to CF Fairview Park Mall for a little inspiration. I found the staff at Hollister and Spencer's very helpful too!

Like any very busy mall, it was a zoo the two times I visited. Parking lanes are too narrow. I hate the interactive mall maps! Just give me a map and a legend listing the stores. It's easier to browse if you don't know exactly the store, and interactive displays serve only one person at a time. Useless if it is busy, not great if youre the only one.

It's alright. Sad to see Guess go - literally the best quality, perfect fit, style and long-lasting denim on the market. Replaced by an H&M - the cheapest, crappiest quality clothes in fast fashion.

In 2021 I slammed into the glass door at the Walmart (it was actually quite serious it was an extremely hard hit which made me fall) because it appeared that the door was open, Walmart had just undergone a major renovation and put new doors in so the glass was super clear, someone that was walking behind me also mentioned that they thought this door was open, there was a floor sign in the mall that was over to the side of this glass door, when Walmart isn't open that floor sign should have been put in front of the glass door the people who work in the mall whether it's security or someone else should have tended to that because this particular glass door had no safety strip. It was bad enough with Walmart not having a safety strip on the door so they were negligent that way but it was also negligence on the mall's part because that floor sign should have been in front of the door being as the door had no safety strip and then when Walmart opens the door one of their employees could move the sign or one of the mall's employees could. One of the other things is that as I was walking my eyes were straight ahead so my eyes totally didn't notice that metal part at the bottom of the door. In my attached pic if you notice on the other door there is a metal bar that goes across horizontally.

We went on a Sunday morning, not very crowded. Good number of shops to look for deals, with Walmart also located inside. There is a food court with varieties of options. Parking area is huge.

  • 4/5 Crystal B. 1 year ago on Google
Good sized mall, variety of stores. Clean and easy to get around - there are interactive maps making navigation easy. Places to sit are limited - outside of the primary food court.

Quick stop to head to sports check but ended up checking out a bunch of stores. Workers all super friendly and the mall is out together quite well. Always my go to place for shopping. They also have a food court and a couple restraints in the store depending on your preference.

Super! but do not compare with middle east shopping malls. They have bath and body works and other small sized perfume outlets along with lots of super textiles shops. It is worth visiting as Wallmart is attached.

Bathroom stalls have water all over floor that is leaking from the wall. Needs to be looked at ASAP as this has been like this for legitimate months. Half the bathroom stalls also do not have hooks on the door so if you do not have a friend to hold your stuff, you are forced to set your belongings on the wet bathroom floor. Hoping to see a difference in the next month. But probably will not

Used to be a decent mall but over the years it has gone down hill. Many of the stores aren’t worth stopping in. It is always packed with non English speaking people just hanging around, it’s always hard to find parking and lately it has not been what I consider safe. There has been multiple armed robberies there this year, maybe security presence needs to be increased or security needs better training. They don’t seem too interested in doing anything other than walking around. The food court in this mall has also shrunk. If I was in the city I would go to Conestoga mall over this one, cleaner, better parking and less packed.

Good place to shop. Some of my favourite brands like MAC, Fossil, Guess are here. It could, however, have accomodated some more brands, for which we have to drive all the way to Toronto...Recommended!

Well I'm not into crowded places but I do time and again pop in there for those Cinnabon's they are so good, I can't go in to often because of my sugar. It's ok maybe 2 times a month, an if your going in for one then you have a stop to make just before them. It's a must try to they have Fresh Pretzel's and they are huge and very taste, Oh yea you'll be back. So enjoy and thank me later.. winks

I like this mall more than Conestoga, it's bigger and there's more selections of stores. I like to use the little wagons with my kids and it makes the trips a little bit easier.

Good but not enough stores, Canostoga mall is much better.

  • 4/5 John S. 1 year ago on Google
Great mall has almost everything you need the only two things I don't like are the only washrooms in the whole mall for customers are in the food court and the second thing is there's no dollar store of any kind there. Besides that they seem to have almost everything you need in one place. Another bonus is it's a very clean well lit mall lots of skylights and very open. Great place to shop or stop for a bite to eat.

Great place to shop. There is a vast assortment of shops to shop at. Plenty of parking and the mall in general is clean and safe. Walmart is also located here if you need groceries or hardware supplies. I have been shopping here for years and since they renovated this mall it’s only gotten better 👍

Horrible mall. Use to be the best but now is a disaster. I have a disability and wanted to sit down in a chair waiting fory wife to return I stood by the food court. I took a chair and turned it outward. Security came over after I explained myself and told mebinhad to show passport to sit in am area I was standing in. No reasoning with them and totally in acceptable

Lots of stores, great food court, easy access to LRT and buses, VIP Cineplex just across the road, and a Walmart if the higher end stores are too pricey for you. This is a great mall. Christmas is approaching so expect it to be busy, but typically it is reasonably uncrowded. There are two Christmas trees and a light filled giant Christmas ball for photo ops. Check it out!

  • 4/5 J N. 2 years ago on Google
Was an okay experience overall. Was fairly crowded, which is typical for a big mall. Each store i visited was lovely. Only thing that made this experience a little less fun was some people not following walking directions or maintaining social distance. But do not let some bad eggs ruin your fun. Overall, good experience, will be going back.

  • 5/5 JC B. 1 year ago on Google
Recently fully renovated, this mall has received a MAJOR upgrade! Very clean and modern look, a large variety of stores and a very large food court. Great location as well since it's right beside the highway, LRT and GRT terminal. One of the best malls in KW!

Nice place to have a morning walk. Lot of room for parking. Free parking all day/night allowed. Great treatment all around. Very close to the bus/Ion station.

  • 3/5 Tony F. 1 year ago on Google
A very nice mall. One issue is the distinct lack of coffee shops! There was only a Tim's available. I had my heart set on Starbucks.

  • 4/5 Rachel E. 1 year ago on Google
The woman at La Vie en Rose were super helpful and friendly. Victoria helped me find the proper size bras happily and made my visit a great one! Will be back to this location. As for the Ardens I visited, I liked the merchandise available, but the staff didn't seem to care or want to help with anything. Kind of disappointing.
