    If it is possible to score below 1 would have done that. Staff of this store symbolize the fall from grace of once ICONIC brand like LEVIS. Three staff members - one behind in the back room, one actively messaging on her phone and a third chatting outside the store. Waited for nearly 8 to 10 minutes & walked out. LEVIS STORE, Yorkdale Mall, Ontario.

    I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the customer service at this store was. I came into the store and let Coleen know that I had given birth a couple months ago and was feeling very overwhelmed trying to find jeans that were fitting and flattering for my new body shape and she immediately dropped all that she was doing and set out to help me. She pulled many different jean types and walked me through the fits along with Nancy. By the end I had found out what size I am now as well as a couple jeans that were truly great fitting. Not only did I find jeans but I also walked out the store feeling a lot better about my body and a lot less overwhelmed. Really appreciate the help I received in store.

    Staff were not all that helpful. They seem to pretend to not see people waiting for access to the change rooms. They would just walk through you and then take their time to approach just to say “go ahead”… They probably don’t want to work there, so I get it. But I hate waiting around while they are clearly just chilling.

    Sales agent was helping me then someone else came along and asked for help while helping me. The sales agent told me he would return and left helping me eventhough he was helping me first. I think he should have told the disrespectful and interruptive customer he'll help after he was done with me. I waited for him to finish with another customer that was before me, before asking for his help as it seemed to me he was the only sale person there. Very disrespectful sales agent on WEdnesday, April 6 btw 4:30 and 6:30.

    Extremely disappointed with this locations service. I bought a basic pocket t-shirt on boxing day that was too small. Came in for an exchange but they didn't have my size and was told to try another location that was way too far. I found the exact same shirt in a different color, but their system did not allow for an exchange and they asked me to pay the difference. In today's consumer market retailers should be working towards a positive customer interaction every time. Levi's Canada needs to improve their policies.

    Poor customer service. Was in the store for 15 minutes. 1 other customer and 3 staff. Staff were preoccupied gossiping about a previous customer. Was never asked if I needed help. Had to help myself to a change room and figure out the different styles on my own. Bought some jeans, and at the cash it was completely silent. Only words exchanged were “how are you paying”, no ‘hi’, no ‘how are you’. Why work retail if you’re not going to cover basic customer service?

    Took my mom shopping to get some jeans and a denim jacket and over all, the experience was good but the store clerk kept following me around like I was gonna steal something. I'm wearing a t shirt and skinny jeans and have a small sling bag ... where am I gonna fit a pair of jeans? I understand a part of the job is theft prevention but you can do that subtly using your eyes. Don't have to follow us around the store asking "is everything ok" every 5 minutes... Rant over. 😀

    Employee named Luka is disrespectful and flat out rude. He doesnt treat customers with respect and gives them attitude. He ruined my experience with levis. How do you hire someone with such little training

    They are fooling customers by increasing their tag prices and then promoting 40% discount. Just order online or go to stores with same base prices as online before any discounts. 😂🤦‍♂️

    I want to share my great experience that I have with Porsche... her amazing customer service which she accommodated me to exchange my denim was really nice. I’ve had visited the store multiple times during the opening this week and I’ve very happy with her professionalism and great service. Thank you.

    You should change the opening hours of the store on Sunday, it says that the store is open until 8pm, but actually until 7pm. This is deceiving people, on August 20, 2023, I got to the Levis store for an hour to be in time for closing and buy jeans, as a result, the store was already closing. Levis shop assistants yelled at me to get out and were very rude to me. Not so long ago we came from Ukraine, and we heard that people in Canada are very friendly and I was just shocked why people treated me like that.
