Dr. Sarah Stevens is great! Very professional and kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The staff are all courteous and friendly too. I would have given a 5-star rating except that, after sale service is poor. I requested a copy of the result of eye exam including digital retina imaging on Sept 24, 2022 to be sent to my email but still nothing received until now. I even made 2 follow-ups- by phone and upon pick up of my glasses, still nothing todate so after more than a month, I don't expect to receive anything at all.

Every year, my family and I eagerly visit Dr. Stevens and her awesome team. We consistently receive a meticulous and up-to-date eye examination, along with invaluable personalized advice catered to our needs. The genuine warmth and care that Dr. Stevens offers assure us that we are in the best hands. I totally recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch optometry care!

My very first visit to Finch Avenue Optometry was in 2021 and it was an amazing experience which led me to book appointments for the rest of my family too! The staff is amazing: welcoming , helpful, supportive, and very professional. Dr. Bandali put the cherry on top of this experience. She is very knowledgeable, caring, professional, friendly, and people-oriented. The technology she used really gave me insights to my vision health which I have not received elsewhere. Thanks for the awesome team. The staff are very friendly and the doctor is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. There is also very advanced equipment so that you can save more time while having an eye exam. I had a red eye last Saturday. I tried to call lots of eye clinics even my previous own doctor. No one could book a same-day appointment, except Finch Avenue Optometry. Thanks to Jean for squeezing me in and thanks to Dr. Bandali sacrificed her lunch time to see me.

My Mother at the age of 97 couldn’t have had a better experience!! Dr . Really impressed with my first visit - everyone was very professional and competent and took the time to be kind. Also appreciated that almost everyone was masked. Would have been nice if the optician had been masked as well, particularly since it is difficult at best to try on new frames while I am masked.

Dr. Sarah Stevens keeps up-to-date with advancements in her profession. She takes the time to explain what the various tests are about and their results. I always feel that I am getting the best possible care. The office is run well and the staff are polite and helpful. I actually look forward to my yearly appointments.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE I've never in my experience of living in Toronto seen an optometrist scam someone so badly. An eye exam should cost from $80-$100 (usually regulated by Ontario Government). This Scam Artist charged over $200 without any word at booking or prior to the exam that it would cost over double of ANYWHERE else in the city. Not worth it, bad service and just disgusting robbery. Oh and they never answer their phones so good luck with that. I would highly suggest you go literally anywhere else. - EDIT AFTER RESPONSE FROM OWNER: Not only did it take over 3 months to get the appointment with this optician, but I could not get through to them on the phone any time I called, and they did not send me any paperwork ahead of my arrival and did not disclose the astronomical prices until I had already missed a day of work to make this appointment. I just went to use the prescription they gave me to buy a pair of glasses online and it did not contain all of the information I need to buy new glasses. The rx is missing the PD Distance and they are not even offering an apology that the almost $250 appointment only allows me to buy glasses from them. Absolute crooks. I cannot in good faith recommend anyone go here.

I believe the Finch Avenue Optometry shall contact patients, 18 years old, for their appointments not their family. I mentioned and reported to your facility to correct the patient contact information but unfortunately they didn't! That is why I received this email for the feedback. I believe I gave a very good feedback because you were asking a person who is not your patient. Hope you work on better management and improvement of administration.

My entire family has been going to Dr. George Papadakis for their eye care needs for many years. He is an amazing doctor. He is very knowledgeable and thorough when examining us. I am always impressed with his up-to-date equipment/machines which gives us a piece of mind. Not all offices have them. That shows his true dedication in his field. His office staff is also professional and very efficient. They get back to you fairly quickly and are pleasant to deal with. Overall Dr. George Papadakis is highly recommended for any eye care needs. You won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding experience. Free customer parking by the building. Very nice building. Secure form provided to submit client information when booking an appointment. At the building I had a feeling like being at some pricey clinic. Even washroom looks fancy there. They have fancy machines for getting information about your eyes. It is not your Walmart eye clinic corner. Such tests are done by some of the stuff members. And best experience of the visit at the Finch Avenue Optometry was meeting with OD George Papadakis who is not just very nice human being, but he loves his job and he is outstanding at it. He spent bit of time with me talking about state of my eyes with different angles. Dr. Papadakis looks at his patients with care and frequently notices early problems even not directly related to eyes. He knows his high tech. machines and related software very well. But he also likes to use traditional equipment to confirm a story he creates about you when you come to his office. Even I tried very hard, I would not be able to find anything not great about speaking with Dr. George. He had all the patience to answer all my questions the way I could understand. Plus he shared extra information about care for eyes. Only problem I would see, was that Dr. George set medical professional standards so high. And that could be problem because I know that it is going be only downhill with other medical professionals. If you are not afraid to set your standards very high, would recommend to visit Finch Avenue Optometry.

We took our 3 yr old to the facility last week for an eye appointment. Dr. Bandali and the entire team at Finch Avenue Optometry were amazing. The facility is modern, the staff are friendly and most important of all Dr. Bandali took her time to properly assess my son, discuss our concerns and help us with next steps. My wife and I can't say enough about our fantastic experience.

Dr.Stevens is probably one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She is so amazing as she is patient, understanding, funny and explains every little detail to you. I took my 90 year old grandfather to her and she was so patient with him and trying out many different methods with him. She also explained what was going on to me, the visitor. The long wait, almost an hour, was frustrating and I was growing quite impatient and about ready to leave when I was ushered in for the examination to begin. Once it began everything was professional and fine. You may wish to amend your visitation instructions. I saw no reason to come 20’ early. I was told to bring my prescription sun glasses, which I did, but was told there was no need to check them. And there was no screening for Covid on my entry into the building. The instructions said there would be and I presumed this was the reason to come 20’ early. All that said, during the long wait, everyone was friendly and courteous. And I have no hesitation in coming back again. And to be fair, I was told that there was a staffing shortage this day.

We really enjoyed our visit to this optometry. Dr. Bandali was very friendly and took time to explain and address our questions and concerns. We learned a lot and feel at ease with our concerns to our particular eye issue. After we worked with Marjan and she was amazing, she took time to show is many glasses and find the perfect fit Great first experience, would recommend. Parking is the back as well, which made it easier. :)

Staff on the phone is amazing and accommodating, appointment started on time, preliminary tests were done quickly with modern equipment, other “usual” tests were done efficiently with excellent “bed-side manners” by Dr. stevens and we had our prescription in no time. The optician was also knowledgeable and patient. She picked out the frames that are most popular with teens, and my son had a great experience. Our insurance was charged directly with no fuss. All in all, a five-star experience. I have to go back for myself and I’m looking forward to it.

I reached out to Finch Avenue Optometry & Low Vision Centre with concerns with my left eye. My usual clinics are closer to the core but I was in an urgent situation and so I reached out to the closest clinic to my house. And boy am I glad I happened across this clinic! They squeezed me in due to the description I gave them of my symptoms. How amazing is that? And everything from intake to testing to examination was a fantastic experience. This is the best optometry clinic I’ve ever been to. Dr Stevens is superlative: she is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and I felt like I was in the hands of a consummate professional.
