Two terrible experiences at this clinic. The receptionist is rude and dismissive, but even worse the doctor does not really care to find out what the issue is, she will do a super quick "examination" and then tell you you're fine. Only when you push will she hesitantly send you to get tests done, but even then she's not very interested in the results, like her patients are a chore to get out of the way as soon as possible. Very disappointing, especially when this clinic is so close to our home. We'll be finding a different one going forward.

WOW I have never met a ruder receptionist in my life...listen to all these 1 star reviews they are not lying. As for the doctor...I had literally coughed up blood (from being sick but NOT having a cough the whole time I was sick) and the doctor was trying to gaslight me the whole time telling me if I've been coughing for a while there might be some blood (excuse me what?) I told her several more times that I have NOT had a cough prior to this and she kept asking if I was sure? Like she was waitng for me to change my answer so it would be less work for her. she was rushing me out the door and I was there for barely 3 minutes. Some people honestly should not be in this profession it's quite sad for patients who really need medical guidance and are scared...to then get a doctor like her.

Came here for walk in clinic and said was closed due to family emergency. wish it was updated on google or had a website. Paid for parking as well to find out it’s closed.

I went to see this doctor in January 2019, with a complaint of a non stop cough with phlegmn. She has sent me home with a puffer and a suggestion of the over the counter cold cough syrup. Her diagnosis of nasal drip due to cold turned out to be false. I was diagnosed with pneumonia a few days later after an X-ray was ordered by another doctor. It was a silent case pneumonia without a symptom of a fever. This doc in a box/ walk-in system needs an overhaul. Imagine walking around with a serious infection like pneumonia for 10 days without knowing it. The patients are limited to one question, without a thorough examination at the expense of the public who is at risk.

I came a few months ago for sore throat and the doctor didn’t even come into the room she just told me im fine and i should take tylenol which i was already doing. i fully did thought that this was normal service from a walk in clinic until i went to another one recently and realized that no this clinic is just super unprofessional and does not care about the health of the patient. do not waste your time and do not support their business.

Not an all hours walk-in clinic, desk staff not helpful or pleasant

Horror, the doctor's appointment is 5 minutes, and there is no point, only scan the card and write off the funds, zero specifics, the result is not issued for any reason, you can't just come and get the result! a clinic that works incompetently, which wastes time and brings stress!!!!!! I don't want anyone to go here!!!! Review -0

The worst experience, the doctor did not check the girl, she attended us from the door, told us not to go near it because it could be covid, without examining her, she issued a judgment.

Dr. Youssef was very quick, efficient and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a quick check-up.

The receptionist and doctors were very rushed, only giving me 2 minutes before moving on to the next person. They're impatient and have no respect. They did not listen to me, completely ignoring what I said.

Not sure why the bad reviews. Dr. Youseff was fast, friendly, and the wait was 10min with 2 people in front of me.

One referral charges $30 after one minute assessment, just a money maker, so disappointed.

i never write reviews on these things, but this doctor was the worst i have ever encountered. traveled 20 minutes on TTC to get help and she barely looked at my issue, told me i was fine, stuck a strep test down my throat leaving me shocked, gagging and crying. left me alone before i could even ask a question. left her office bawling, would NEVER recommend

This clinic is not a walk-in-only clinic. When I went there was someone who made an "appointment" the day before who got there after me got in before me. Both me and my wife went and we both had bronchitis. During my diagnosis I kept getting the feeling that the doctor didn't trust my judgment. He kept pointing out that it could be a nasal thing but he did perscibe antibiotics due to my fever. My wife was checked by him too and he didn't think she had anything serious so he didn't perscribe anything to her. Two days after, while her condition worsened, she went to her family doctor who found she had bronchitis and needed antibiotics. For this reason I am giving this clinic 1 star (poor rating). The doctor mis-diagnosed my wife. I understand that sometimes doctors can make the wrong call but with colds, flus and chest infections someone with enough experience should be able to properly diagnose this stuff. Neither me nor my wife will be going back to this clinic. I feel bad for the pharmacist who is in there because he was the only one who actually showed he cared about the patients.

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews I have been seeing Dr. Youssef for many years. I can call and see her almost right away on any occasion she is fast and to the point, she listens to my concerns and guide you in the direction you either through testing or specialists.
