I
rarely
write
reviews,
but
I
had
a
great
experience
here
today
and
wanted
to
boost
the
5
star
ratio!
This
was
my
first
walk-in
experience
ever...and
I
feel
great
about
it.
I'm
technically
on
a
GP's
roster
out
in
the
west
end
that
is
in
an
office
that
I
can
only
describe
as
a
front
for
an
OHIP
scam.
He
is
fine...or
was
3
years
ago
when
I
last
saw
him...but
they
do
not
pick
up
the
phone.
Ever.
I
haven't
been
able
to
get
through
for
various
issues
in
years.
After
spending
20
minutes
and
then
45
minutes
(!!)
on
hold
today
with
my
"GP"
today,
I
gave
up
for
the
last
time.
Usually
I
simply
don't
seek
medical
care
as
a
result
of
this
(which
is
so
NOT
the
right
answer)
or
I
ask
my
old
pediatrician's
office
for
advice.
But
I've
been
sick
the
past
week.
And
I'm
not
getting
worse.
But
I'm
not
getting
better.
And
its
frustrating
to
not
know
what's
wrong.
I'm
fine
riding
out
a
wave
of
illness,
but
I
wanna
know
what
it
is.
And
everybody
is
entitled
to
medical
care
...so
I
finally
hit
my
breaking
point
today.
Not
even
sure
what
made
me
pick
this
walk
in.
It
just...gave
me
good
vibes?
It's
a
Sunday
and
long
weekend,
and
I
had
no
clue
what
to
expect
but
just
figured
I'd
go,
accept
the
fate
of
waiting,
and
hope
for
the
best.
Everyone
at
the
desk
was
professional
and
kind.
I
was
in
a
room
within
an
hour.
The
nurse
who
took
my
BP
and
temperature
was
good
and
professional.
Waited
only
maybe
five
minutes
for
the
doctor
after
that.
Dr.
Koffman
was
seriously
awesome.
She
has
a
fantastic
presence.
I've
felt
so
alone
this
week
not
being
able
to
access
a
GP,
and
within
a
second
of
Dr.
Koffman
being
in
the
room,
I
felt
heard.
She
is
very
professional
and
so
thorough
with
the
very
limited
time
she
gets
for
each
patient.
She
listened
to
me
rattle
my
symptoms
and
the
order
they
presented
themselves
over
the
past
week,
she
did
a
small
physical,
and
covered
all
the
bases.
I
pointed
out
a
medical
episode
I
had
a
few
months
ago
that
may
even
be
related
but
I
do
not
know
because
I
couldn't
get
through
to
my
GP,
which
she
listened
to
and
that
told
her
to
test
for
more
things.
Everything
from
mono
to
thyroid
to
kidneys
she
thought
to
get
checked.
She
also
heard
me
when
I
said
how
scared
I
was
that
I
haven't
been
able
to
eat
anything
in
a
week
and
when
I
do
I
feel
sick.
She
told
me
that
could
be
acid
reflux
and
a
lightbulb
went
off
in
my
head...that's
exactly
what
it
is
and
I
never
made
the
connection.
Now,
about
8
hours
later,
that's
the
symptom
of
the
day
(I
guess,
lol)
and
I
have
quite
bad
symptoms
after
just
eating
a
bit.
But
because
Dr.
Koffman
is
so
good,
I
have
a
prescription
for
acid
production
before
I
knew
I
needed
it.
She
checked
SO
many
boxes
checked
in
such
a
short
period
of
time.
The
last
note
that
I
wanna
add
quickly
is
she
sent
me
for
blood
work
which
was
in
the
office
just
down
the
hall.
Really
convenient.
The
nurse
that
took
it
came
in
30
seconds
(no
wait!)
and
administered
the
most
painless
blood
test
I've
ever
had.
So
overall
the
wait
was
an
hour...seriously
not
bad
at
ALL
compared
to
what
I
was
expecting.
To
see
a
great
quality
doctor
on
a
Sunday
in
Ontario.
Thanks
to
this
clinic
for
working
so
hard,
and
on
a
Sunday
long
weekend
too!!
I
feel
validated
and
hopeful
for
answers
from
my
blood
test.
EDIT:
Dr.
Koffman
IS
seriously
awesome
and
my
blood
test
results
show
that
I
have
exactly
what
she
suspected
within
the
first
2
minutes
of
meeting
me.
I
believe
I
acquired
this
in
May
when
I
last
tried
to
contact
my
GP
when
I
was
sick
and
they
wouldn't
see
me.
Without
Dr.
Koffman,
I
never
would've
known
I
had
this.
Saw
her
again
for
a
follow
up
and
she
was
(once
again)
super
kind,
professional
and
thorough.
We're
going
through
all
the
bases
and
doing
more
testing.
I'm
now
very
happily
her
patient
and
have
switched
over
from
the
other
office.
This
clinic
has
also
been
fantastic
with
communication
and
calls
as
soon
as
results
are
ready
to
come
in
and
meet
with
the
doctor.
No
one
wants
to
be
sick,
but
finding
this
clinic
was
meant
to
be
:)
