Today
I
saw
a
staff-member
provide
a
tour
to
a
couple
of
potential
members.
I
overheard
some
of
the
things
she
said
and
I
thought
to
myself,
if
only
they
knew
how
greatly
they
were
being
lied
to
by
her!
I
have
been
a
member
since
1990.
I
remember
things
like
the
Sky-Light
Lounge
and
swimming
lessons
where
the
instructor
actually
knew
your
name.
This
has
changed
entirely
and
I
would
not
recommend
an
application
for
membership
to
anyone
I
know.
The
quality
of
the
food
is
on
the
level
of
that
which
would
be
fed
to
a
prisoner,
delivered
to
you
incompetently
by
staff
who,
over
the
past
two
years,
have
dropped
water
and
salad
dressing
on
my
lap.
The
programs
the
club
now
offers
treat
you
as
a
number
(forgive
the
pun),
and
class
instructors
have
told
me
in
conversation
that
section
managers
could
'care
less
about
the
quality
of
the
programs
members
go
to
so
long
as
people
are
paying.'
It
is
nice
to
know
that
the
staff
they
have
hired
have
so
much
faith
in
the
programs
and
their
managers.
The
Granite
Club
is
absolutely
pathetic
now
and
I
will
never,
until
I
die,
recommend
that
someone
join
this
club.
I
await
patiently
a
response
to
this
review.
Edit:
I
have
been
in
the
Heritage
Lounge
today
and
several
teenage
members
have
worn
baseball
caps
while
inside.
The
first
floor
was
always
very
formal
but
I
suppose
those
kinds
of
rules
no
longer
exist.
