Tried the spicy chicken sandwich. Overall it was good chicken sandwich. Looked promising, decent crunch, but I prefer KFC’s famous spicy chicken sandwich as this one was lacking a little bit of that spicy flavour. The coleslaw and Cajun poutine were very good sides.

WORST POPEYES EVER! FIRST,Waited 20 min for my food, i got spicy instead of the mild i had asked for. the staff work veryyy SLOW. SECOND, The food is INEDIBLE. They cook the chicken with the seafood in the same fryer, so the chicken tasted like fish. Horrible experience. Disgusting!!! bought for my family for easter weekend and we are very disappointed. we will never order popeyes again! don’t eat here!

Service was slow, staff were asking customers to modify their orders after they have paid. Ordered a 8 pc nugget combo to go but so disappointed when I got home and see that I only got 6 in the box.

Already filed with UberEats but I hope everyone can see that these chickens are clearly deep-fried, overly-fried even, that it’s extremely extremely dry. However, even when fried to the extremes, the meat seems watery and red. The lights were dim in my condo at around 1 A.M. so me and my partner weren’t aware of the colour or the texture of the food. However, as you could see on the coleslaw images, they are also 99% gone bad. Yellowy, watery, and tasted sour. That’s when we turned on the lights to see that all or almost all food items were soggy, watery where it shouldn’t be, old, and somewhat sour tasting. We instantly stopped to eat and took photos and disposed the food. Around 30 minutes have passed and we’re already feeling upset in the stomach. I understand this could be a one-time thing, but wouldn’t recommend ordering late night from this branch.

Customer service is good but I feel bad for the employees because there is no AC in the restaurant. Within 2 minutes of entering the restaurant I was sweating, and I can only imagine how bad it is for the employees who are working there all day long, especially in a hot fried chicken kitchen. You need to keep your employees happy and cool-headed (pun intended) to succeed in a business. Happy, comfortable employees perform better meaning that your business will run better as well.

This store is heavily understaffed. Went here 11pm at night and had to wait 30min to get my 4piece order. Meanwhile there was 1 person serving the entire store. I felt bad for the guy and I blame corporate for understaffing. Either way thr chicken was horribly overcooked and made me sick inmdiately. The line up was so large people had to leave. Never in my life i have seen such a mess so late at night at a fast food joint.

I stopped by Popeyes after a long time because I wanted to eat chicken. I ordered tender chicken and Cajun shrimp. I love the crispiness of Popeyes fries. The taste was good. However, there was no ventilation inside, so the air was stuffy. Although it is a fast food restaurant, it was disappointing that the employees were late in handling their work. I'm disappointed with the service and environment, but I think I'll go again if I miss Popeyes.

The manager is very rude, nit friendly at all, especially to children. My teen children had a coupon try to use it at store, the cashier didn't know what code to put in. Then she called the manager, manager said they are not accepting the coupon at this store, with a very aggressive rude attitude 😒 🙄 We didn't borth to argue, went to another popeyes, they gladly accept the coupon for my kids with a big smile. We are Popeye regular customers, my family loves the brand and their chicken. I believe the brand has its standard, however, it's hard to have the same standard based on each individual owner's management style. If this location is not accepting something from the Brand's offering, that just reflect their own values. Wouldn't recommend to order at this location!

Pleasant staff but EVERYTHING wrong with the order. Ordered a deluxe sandwich combo. Got the wrong drink. Mashed potatoes were only half the container, the other half was packed with gravy. The burger is not a deluxe sandwich. They gave me the regular one. Service was also slow.

Nothing more upsetting than to bring dinner take out home and as you're about to eat find out that Popeye's packed me coleslaw that has gone bad, sour. As soon as opened the lids and you can smell how gone it is yet they just packed them for your consumption! Even worse was to discover the dark yellow oil after air-frying to heat the chickens up which meant they use old dirty oil. Needless to say we had to throw away the whole dinner to avoid getting sick. Very disappointed!!!

Overall, I'm very much satisfied with everything except chicken meat taste. Unfortunately, chicken meat usually tastes and smells of freshly slaughtered chicken and this is so repelling. It appears that the skin of chickens are thoroughly marinated without chicken flesh being marinated. If possible, marinate the chicken flesh too, so the inside part of chicken doesn't taste badly. Thank you.

This place is sooooo....slow! Everytime I go...they don't have chicken ready. They start frying the chicken once I order. And they keep telling me 5 to 10 min. Always close to 20min. They need to get their act together. So annoying. No need to have two ppl at the cash, get an extra cook in the back. Always, just one poor guy in the back.

Young guy behind the counter has clearly had no hygiene training. He is wearing a mask which is fine as they are no longer required but then to communicate with the cook he pulls the mask down to his chin while leaning over the prepared chicken and starts talking. While doing so he wiped his nose with his thumb and forefinger of each hand twice each before putting the mask back on. He then started prepping food boxes and tou hung lids for drink he was serving. NEVER DID HE WASH HIS HANDS!!!! Absolutely Disgusting I was a semi regular customer but am so grossed out I will Never Return

GOOD place to go and always fresh & hot. From the very recent visit.. Out of the hot sauce from this place and was very disappointed. No replacements nor other offerings like Yonge location. Went in for the specials and usually pack into 1 box. Came home and opened the box, missing a piece of chicken. Called the store to let them know and was advised to come in next time, piece will be added.

One of the best Popeyes lactations! Even though this restaurant is often busy they still maintain a clean and sanitary environment! The staff are always friendly/ inviting, always working hard, the food is always fresh and tasty.

I bought chicken here... the chicken doesnt look like their newly cooked chicken. the chicken that i bought looks very dark and i think it was deepfried many times..and it doesnt taste like their regular chicken...and it smells like burnt oil. so i guess....do not buy chicken here late at night...

Came here after the KFC at Yonge and Steeles ran out of chicken an hour before closing. So glad I did!! Tried the nuggets and my goodness, they are AMAZING! The chicken was so hot and fresh I had to wait to eat it and that my friends, is quality fried chicken. Kudos to Popeyes and this lovely location of kind staff.

Let me start by saying I love Popeyes. It's very hard to get a low rating from me for this franchise. I got delivery via Uber Eats. 8 piece chicken and a Cajun Fish Combo (which I agreed to replace with a Spicy Chicken Sandwich). The sandwich was fine. But all of the chicken was dry. And no hot sauce was provided at all. No hot sauce for 8 pieces of chicken. At least with hot sauce it would've been a little less dry.

Good food and nice and hot. However every time I order for delivery it takes so long. I only order a meal and sandwich for one and it’s taking more than 30 minutes to prepare my order. And I’m so hungry

Most terrible service ever in Popeyes. Worst place to go as a Popeyes. Lady who was making sandwiches gives worse attitude. I asked to change a wing piece with drumstick and I was also ready to pay extra still she denied rudely. Management should look after such staff.

I ordered chicken and sandwich through door dash, I don’t eat dark meat that is why i upcharged for chicken breast. Also I’m allergic to cucumber. I even put the note only chicken breast and no cucumber. But, i got 2 chicken legs and they put cucumber in the sandwich as well. I just wasted money

Used to be my go to place for fried chicken. Last night was disgustingly bad. Chicken was soggy deep fried beyond recognition and the portions were tiny. Avoid this establishment

I visited this place today and the prices that they show are opposite to what we are being charged and then they gave me an excuse about head office and they told me that the head office faulty for the price being charge which is awful lies straight up and they as i reached home my half order went missing

I came in an hour before closing time and they wouldn’t let me use the washroom even after I had already purchased food. Then to make it worse as I was finishing my food they told me to hurry up becuase the dining area was closed. They rushed me out of there and I barely even finished my food on time. I’m not pleased with the service I received and probably won’t ever go back again.

After Canada day fireworks, I was passing by to buy some fried wings, but I was lucky enough to be their last customer of the day. They gave me all the leftover fried chicken for free. Big surprise！！！

I went to Popoyes recently, and the fried chicken was so flavorful and crispy that it exceeded my expectations. If you're a fan of delicious, well-seasoned fried chicken, Popeyes is the place to be. Highly recommended. The service is quick and the staff is very friendly; they assisted me in selecting my menu. All in all, it was a positive experience.

i got the chicken sandwich delivered and it was absolutely dreadful. The fried chicken fell apart because it was fried for too long to the point i just ate the chicken and buns separately. Also found a piece of hair in the box
