Usually when I go here I have a fantastic experience always a 5/5 for my pedicures, all interactions with Tim and Sunny which is why I don't like changing my rating to something so low- it would be a 1 star if not for my years of good experience here however, I recently made an appointment with Soho to get a quick fill as my usual nail technician who works from home was unable to fit me in. As you can see the work was beautiful and I liked my colourful nails but the technician I was assigned filled my nails down so low it ruined the structure and integrity of my natural nails - causing them to be weak thin and brittle. With less than 2 weeks of getting this set 30% of my nails were cracked, tips falling off, fingers bleeding and gel paint peeling in strange places Even during the process I told the technician that the UV light was burning my hands and she said it was fine - it was not because she over drilled my nails. When I went to my usual nail technician it took 30+ minutes to soak off the gel, we had found the technicians drilling had caused unusual bumps and ridges in my natural nail as well as thinning. I'm glad I made the decision to go back to my original tech and we're working together to ensure my nails (currently then painful and bending despite the thin layer of gel we applied after completely cutting down my natural nails to help protect them) can grow back to their usual thickness in time. As someone who goes and gets their nails down regularly every 3-4 weeks that's not how these things should happen especially at a salon that I know produces excellent quality work. Be sure to be vocal during your treatments if you think things are going incorrectly and be aware who you're booking with.

Very clean + friendly staff. Annie is super nice and her work is perfect. Whether I want coloured nails or a natural manicure she always delivers the best. She checks your nail multiple times making sure it’s good. Overall, great experience at Soho nail. The place is relaxing and the staff are very nice.

My first time coming to this place was amazing, I was really impressed with the service and quality so I decided to return for a second visit thinking this will become my regular go-to salon. The second time around the service was extremely rushed, there was no time to relax or settle into your chair. I'm not sure why because the place wasn't even that busy so I would expect to be able to take my time and enjoy the service. Aside from that, my cuticles were not even cleaned properly, they started peeling and bleeding the next day. The shellac french tips that I asked for chipped in a couple of days and now one week later almost all of them peeled off. I dont recommend this place if you are looking for a salon that offers consistently good service. For the amount of money charged, I would expect higher quality results and not to be rushed like they don't even care about you.

The spa is wonderful. It offers professional mani and pedi with different polish colours of good quality. The spa is hygienic and clean. It’s also very spacious and good for a group or bachelorette party. Customer service is friendly and patient. The prices are very cheap for the quality of work. The location is accessible by public transit and parking is free!

Poor customer service. Cut me. Just not a good mani. Wrong colour samples. The individual also broke my nail while removing my shellac. Its been not week a week and the shellac has peeled. Do not call my personal number. A refund is all I'd like, not for your salon to touch my nails again!

I’ve been going for several months now, and I have never been disappointed. For the first time in almost 10 years, I decided to do gel full set. I explained to Sunny that I have had bad experiences where my nails were left destroyed and she has been so careful with ensuring my nails are cared for throughout the process. I’ve recently started transitioning to gel overlay and my nails have never looked more beautiful! There is a reason their reviews are so high. Wait times are practically none existent because you make appointment. The place is very clean, and they take precautions using protective gear. The staff all seem friendly, the prices are reasonable and the location is easy to access if you’re driving or taking bus. I’ve been going to see Sunny every time and she is very meticulous, listens really well to what you want and she does a great job period. I would highly recommend Soho Nails and have definitely found the place I will be going to from now on. Great for anyone else looking for a lifer (place you go for life lol).

I discovered this Salon randomly and guess what they turned out to be super amazing. Friendly staff, affordable prices. Amanda is excellent at what she does and she is very kind and friendly. They were kind enough to make exception and accommodate us and did our nails and waxing while the store was getting closed for the day. This is my go to salon now. Must visit. Pro tip - try to get appointment in advance.

Tried out this salon at the recommendation of a friend. I booked a regular pedicure and overall the process was fairly standard. The tech did an excellent job with the polish, trimming my cuticle and the massage was very pleasant. However, when she was filing my toes it was quite painful, there was a burning sensation as the file was against my skin. It's normal for me to have a bit of pain since my nails are shorter, but she doubled down and it was very painful on both of my feet. When I was set up at the nail driers, I was left alone while the tech attended to other customers, but I was left there for more than an hour. She didn't instruct me when I could leave or how long I would need to sit under the fan, during that hour long wait no one came to check in and it was incredibly awkward. Overall, I would probably not return to this salon.

UPDATE: Sunny kindly messaged me to return and she do my nails. I did and Kim did my feet and cut my cuticle (see pic) so bad it took 5 mins to stop and hurt waking in shoes for two days after. She then burnt my leg with hot water rinsing it after the scrub as she didn't check the temp before putting it on my leg. Sunny did my hands simultaneously, which I hate, and did a great job. Needless to say I won't be going back but if you go ensure you get Sunny. Second time going. Had a new girl Rahula, quality did not compare to my first time with Sunni. My toes were still wet an hour and a half later and got ruined when I went for a walk so they smudged and my old polish wasn't removed fully. Hand massage was poor and rushed. Sent feedback through their contact feature on their site and no response even though the male at the cash is always on his phone so he must have seen it. This was going to be my new nail place but guess not. Zoom in on big toes to see the poor quality.

I was beyond impressed with the service at Soho Nails. Lin, who did my nails, is extremely detailed oriented and paid attention to my nails. I’m glad I stumbled on this salon and I plan to make another appointment.

Lovely place! Small boutique nail salon with great customer service. The staff are friendly and they were so kind to take us for a two person shellac pedicure after work at 6:30pm. They even used hot stones for the massage of the feet and legs. The quality of the work was excellent very neat and clean. Overall would definitely return!

I’ve come here 3 times in a row and I always call ahead of time to book an appointment. There’s always parking available. I personally think the nail technician’s do a good job and I’ve been happy with the outcome. For a gel refill and pedicure with regular polish I paid $125 with tax and tip included. Both services came with a massage which is nice since some places are hit or miss with that. Will definitely go back 😊

Soho is my favourite nail salon in the area. Grace is absolutely phenomenal! She takes so much pride in her work, and pays attention to detail. She takes her time and I’ve always had a great experience here. My mani and pedi always last, never once had my nails chip or break. Make sure you ask for Grace, you won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to SOHO Nails for more than six months now on a monthly basis and I am very satisfied. It’s close to where I live and I found it on goggle. The owners Sunny and Tim are very friendly and professional and they know their customers.They are always able to fit me in for an appointment that I make ahead of time. There is no wait due to this. Hello everyone! I got q pedicure done with Sunny. She is the best. She is very respectful and she left my nails looking amazing. The salon is super clean. I highly recommend this place. I have been to many nail salons, but this one is one of my top.

Soho nail spa is my go to. The place is clean and the staff are great Sunny is amazing at what she does my nails have never looked so good. She makes biogel nails look so natural. She listens and would also make great suggestions if you're like me, who can't choose between nail designs. They are also very reasonably priced! 4 stars because not all their staff is as amazing at what they do as Sunny but that said they are still really good. For bio gel I suggest to go with Sunny.

The place is super clean and the employees are really friendly. The space is also very comfy, and never feels too overcrowded which makes the place relaxing. I generally get gel manicures and appreciate how long they last and quality is top notch.

They’re soo organized, clean and professional. My second time coming to them. They really take their time to make sure that their customer leaves with a happy mood. Great nail salon I’ve been too and the prices are so good.
