We booked a dinner reservation for a large group as we had a birthday celebration. We got to try a variety of menu items. Highly recommend trying the stracciatella cheese for an appetizer. The food was good but nothing really stood out to us except the appetizer. We went on a busy Saturday so our dishes took a super long time to be served and the servers were not really attentive. The restaurants atmosphere was nice but the overall experience and food lacked a bit.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner here for my cousin's birthday. The food was delightfully tasty with generous portions, the ambiance was great, and the drinks were delicious. Our friendly waiter made sure everything was to our satisfaction throughout the evening. They even wrote "Happy birthday" and included a candle on the tiramisu dessert we ordered (the menu says it's for two, but it can easily satisfy four!). We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Less than mediocre food and too pricey. From presentation to taste it was all too disappointing Winterlicious experience for us, not one person from our table enjoyed their meal. Food was served Luke warm and either bland and tasteless or super salty and lacked flavour… Not what we expected from an O&B franchise.

As a family, we ordered a variety of dishes and shared them. Appetizers were very unique and delicious. I am still thinking about it...lol. They made pasta from scratch, and it was amazing, especially lasagna and Gnocchi. Tiramizu and canollini were also freshly made and delicious. I would highly recommend this place

Having been to all the O&B restaurants in the GTA, Parcheggio was a bit of a disappointment. A lot of the details that are usually put into their restaurants were lacking here. Firstly, their patio is lovely until the sun hits. The umbrellas provided cannot be adjusted or moved and sits a fair bit away from the actual tables. An awning would really improve the patio (which I’m told also closes during rain and has no heat lamps). The other thing lacking is training. Our server was a very lovely person, but there were a number of issues related to the service. I’m unsure who or what caused the errors, but they definitely would have been avoided if better training and system protocols were in place. Issues included: 1) reservation was made for the patio, but it didn’t seem like it was noted or notice as they were going to seat us inside. 2) a mixed drink of ginger ale and orange juice arrived as two separate drinks. 3) I asked that my appetizer (meat balls) be served with my main course (pasta), so I can eat them together. As my other two dining companions had also ordered appetizers, and we ordered an appetizer to share, I assumed that my main and meat balls would be served with the mains. I was never asked to clarify and it arrived with the appetizers. 4) when the burger was ordered, they didn’t ask how well done it should be nor mention their standard cook on them. 5) not mentioning the cook on the burger was made worse by the fact that the core of the burger was raw. Not rare. Raw. Like you could see the cold white fat raw. 6) a kind gesture to take the burger off the bill was not actually reflected on the bill. They had to reprint the bill a number of times, and then get the manager to fix it, before they got it right. 7) service was slow and lacking. There were huge gaps in time between when we were checked on. We actually had to go into the restaurant to get the bill because no one ever returned after dropping off our dessert. In terms of the food, it was fine. The frito misto was very small though. I would have expected a larger serving for the price. Also, the chicken fingers on the kids menu, tasted like the seafood from the frito misto. Not an issue at our table since the child in our group didn’t mind fish or fishy flavours, but it is bad protocol to let the oil get old enough to hold the fish flavour and not be changed.

After eating the food here I was covered by darkness and don't want any food in this world anymore, yes it's that bad! I can't remember ever eating such bad food in a restaurant before. The kids pizza was so hard and black, looks and tastes like it's been recooked for 3 days. The eggplant rigatoni are hard. The duck ragu has nothing tastes like duck, the sauce and the whole dish tastes soooo bad and plain. I can't believe it's food from Italian restaurant. I totally feel like I was tricked by the google rating, everything tasted so bad. The waitress was very nice and tried to help, her service earned this one star. I will never come back.

I like this place but it doesn't wow me although I must say the service is pretty good. My friend dipped her sleeve in pasta sauce and our server quickly gave her soda to clean, really good service and shows how much she cares. The pasta tastes good but the lamb chop I ordered is not that good. Overall, is good.

This used to be a great go-to even before pandemic. Today, we order two pastas. Both Large/entree size. The one was fine, the second was barely a half full smaller box with larger noodle with lots of space/air between them. If this was a thinner or more easily squashed down pasta, I could see a smaller box being a large...but this... not worth the price. AND when I asked them as a double-check, they assured me this is a large.....sad. They didn't obviously even look inside. (photos showing the boxes for scale and a photo of the smaller box barely half full) A mistake would've been fine, but the denial is what really gets me. I've ordered from them from the first weeks they went online. I've ordered this specific pasta repeatedly, this is a sad change.

A bit disappointed that the a la carte menu was reduced significantly because of Summerlicious. The dishes we wanted to try was all off the menu and stuck choosing other dishes. The Stracciatella Cheese appetizer (hand pulled mozzarella, squash jam, toasted almonds) was really good. It had a fresh and sweet balance in aroma. I ordered the Tagliatelle Alfredo with Shrimp. The pasta was delicious, creamy and savory. The shrimps were cooked just right and crunchy too. However, the Classic Chicken Parmigiana in dinner style was average. Their tomato sauce in general for all the dishes was nothing special, chicken was made well. Lastly, their tiramisu is amazing!! I would actually go to Parcheggio just for desserts. Super creamy, soft and full of coffee flavour soaked within. Service was alright. The waitress seemed not very enthusiastic to engage in any conversation when we joked with them. Overall atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. They have private rooms for larger parties, but it's also pretty dim lit inside.

I had Daniel with us as server. Food was very enjoyable. What stood the most was how attentive Daniel was from greeting us and his attention to detail till the end. Overall I had good dinner and I would definitely come back look for him next time. I will come back for sure.

What a wonderful meal and amazing experience overall. Steven was an excellent and attentive server. He was very helpful with deciding on menu items, very social and incredibly professional. The food was on a whole other level. We were a party of 4, ordered a bunch of different apps and mains and shared all the dishes. My personal favourites were the Rib Eye Steak and the Braised Beef Gnocchi. Worth the price as well. I would go back and also would recommend to my friends and family

The inside of the chicken didn't cook well, and none of us was able to eat! The first time, I couldn't finish one dessert. The taste was so weird! Only the Nonnas meatballs were good! I'm super disappointed, I'm not suggesting anyone!

Such a lovely dining experience for my friends and I. Food was flavorful and very fresh, we recommend any of the pastas. The bread that we had it as an appetizer was just so fluffy and melt in your mouth good. Plus the service was top-notch. Staff were always coming around, making sure that our waters were filled and very attentive. Special thanks to our waitress Abigail, she was the kindest.

The kitchen service was incredibly slow for the Valentine's Day four course set menu. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Our server was extremely apologetic, but it didn't make up for the fact that we sat down at 7:10 and didn't receive our main course until 8:45. It was such a rush that we had to take our desserts home because I had to be somewhere for work at 10. And can you believe they charged $17 for a minuscule drink? They really need to step up their game.

This restaurant provides an exceptional culinary experience. The service exhibited by our servers was impeccable, characterized by their professionalism and politeness. The culinary journey commenced with the indulgence of Nonna's veal meatballs, masterfully prepared with precision, accompanied by a refreshing tomato sauce that enriched each bite with a delightful burst of flavor. The subsequent offering of short rib was nothing short of spectacular, with a symphony of flavors that tantalized the taste buds. The accompanying polenta demonstrated flawless execution, showcasing a harmonious balance of textures and taste. However, there is room for improvement in the vegetable component; a fresher, crunchier alternative would elevate the dish to perfection. Regrettably, the Tiramisu left something to be desired, as it lacked the expected bold coffee notes that define this classic dessert. Instead, it exhibited a resemblance to store-bought varieties, resulting in a somewhat disappointing conclusion to an otherwise stellar meal. Consequently, I bestow a rating of 4 stars, with the belief that a refined Tiramisu could undoubtedly elevate the dining experience to a higher echelon.

Had a company party here, so we used the enclosed private portion of the restaurant. Great service, servers were were attentive. Great selection of drinks to fancy anyone's palate. Food was good as well. I found a couple of items a bit too salty for my taste, but overall it was delicious. Would definitely recommend the restaurant.

My friend made a reservation for a Tuesday night and the restaurant was quite busy with many tables and only 2 servers (and bartender). We ordered the beef carpaccio to start and was quite surprised that the portion size was small (and included only 2 pieces of toasted bread) at $20 for the dish, however, it was tasty and flavourful. For the mains the variety of menu items were quite eclectic! You can literally add protein to any dish for an additional charge. We went with the rigatoni rose and 4oz coulotte steak, the duck ragu fusilli, and proper ceasar with chicken breast. The rosé sauce was amazingly delicious, and steak made to order— medium rare. Unfortunately, the duck ragu was underwhelming and was not made correctly, but the manager was very helpful and quickly had the chef remake the dish for us. The dessert menu is quite elaborate as well, with options like molten chocolate cake, cannoli, panna cotta, and tiramisu. We ordered the tiramisu and it didn’t disappoint! Overall, I would highly recommend giving Parcheggio a try, but make reservations and come early as depending on which day, they close early between 8pm-9pm.

Let me first say that ***Stephanie*** is the best server I ever had anywhere that I have ever been to at any kind of restaurant. Came for Mother's day. Excellent food and nice cozy atmosphere. 5 stars for Stephanie for sure. Kind. Bubbly. Explained the specials of all kinds and was always smiling and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you.

Wonderful atmosphere with excellent service from entrance to wait staff. Bruschetta slightly on the soggy side but topping and flavor of toppings was really good. Soup also ok. Main course was slightly fishy. Dessert was amazing. Earl Grey pudding was just the right balance with crunchy hazelnut topping. Apple crumble was also good with vanilla cream to match the slightly fruit flavor of the apples.

One of my favourite Italian restaurants in the city. Pasta is amazing, calamari is out of this world. The burger caught me off guard for how good it was. Service is incredible, so personable and friendly. Bit pricey but WORTH IT!

Very positive experience. Came here for Mother’s Day dinner. The service was good but a bit rushed. The food was excellent. Booth seats were comfortable. Had a Rosita cocktail, Caesar salad and Stracciatella cheese (delicious !) for starters , lamb t-bone chops with fries, pork pappardelle (nice spice), and classic chicken parmigiana. Total bill $210.

Enjoyed Father’s day dinner on the patio. Staff were wearing masks. We ordered the lamb chops (seasoned well and cooked perfectly), braised duck papperdelle (soft, chewy, fresh noodles with really tender duck, a bit oily though), and 2 kids meals (cheese pizza & spaghetti - both were hits with the kids and large portions). Beautiful interior decor.

I went here last night and the waiters were beyond lovely. I was probably being annoying with my questions about the menu (due to an allergy) but they were so helpful and answered all of my questions. And another waitress wrote down the name of the place she got her necklace that I complimented her from. Best waitresses ever. The food was good especially the chocolate torte. And it was so cool to see the chefs in the open kitchen! Lovely atmosphere, music, and food. 🥰

Parcheggio - delicious food and great atmosphere. Nonna's meatballs were a perfect starter - tender and savoury. The housemade tagliatelle bolognese with their three meat sauce and rigatoni rosé were both superb. The service was attentive, the music was just right, and the overall vibe was fantastic. This place is definitely worth checking out!

Came here recently with friends for dinner. The service was good and the atmosphere was lively. The food was ok; my friend enjoyed her gnocchi (small portion) and lamb chops. I tried the cauliflower dish which was good however the Heirloom Caprese salad was underwhelming. We also tried 4 different cocktails but again, they were just "okay".

🥉I reserved this restaurant on 7:30, The restaurant was open until 8:30 and the staff who cared us pass us the bill before we say anything and it was rude. 🥉Thats why, I was not comfortable there 🥉I ordered medium-well steak with pasta on the side but it was completely medium. 🥈The cocktail with gin was so delicious but it seems that no alcohol was inside. 🥉Overally, I won't go back there, the cost don't value the experience.

Took advantage of Summerlicious. We had the bruschetta and chilled squash soup, followed by the steak and lemon posset for dessert. Delicious and generous portions. The staff was amazing. They made sure there was always one of them walking by to make it easier to ask for something. Lovely atmosphere. Spacious and clean bathroom. Highly recommended!

Last day of summerlicious. Waitress was very polite and professional. I ordered a drink and the glass was broken when I held it. The whole drink poured right to the table while I was still holding the glass (the bottom broke without a reason). I was blessed that was not a hot drink bcoz I had all the drink went down to where I sat. No one knew until I shouted, "I need some help here!" Waitress was so sorry but not the manager. Of course they gave me another drink (but the manager charged me) . People said they should not charge me, but I guess I would not take things for granted. Waitress was trying to help me as I had the drink all over me. I told her my shirt n pants were soaking wet, and I felt cold. So she gave me a couple of warm napkins.... I thought that was sincere. Again, where the heck was the manager? Didn't come by at all!!!! I ordered salad, pasta, and fried donut type of dessert. Food was OK. Nothing "wow" or outstanding. Notes: the table was sticky bcoz it was vintage..... I was like.... so sticky. .. Overall, without the incident, the experience was good! However, I don't see the manager who seems to care about a wet customer and charged me for the drink. People said the manager should free the drink.... what do you think?

First day of winterlicious and we pick this Italian restaurant in North Year to start. For $55 per person for dinner, the quality and quantity are good. For appetizer, the Arancini is cooked perfectly with the beautiful Bolognese ragu. We finished every bite! For main course, the Seared Salmon is perfectly tender and flakey inside, fish is always good with the hints of lemon. The Red Wine Braised Beef Stew is not as tender as expected but good flavor. Ending the dinner with dessert, we ordered the Earl Grey Panna Cotta which is very satisfying the aroma of earl grey filled with every tastebuds, and the Apple Tart with the right amount of sweetness. It was a very enjoyable dinner. 4 stars due to the uneven tones of lightning and the room is a bit cold.

Decent Italian dishes, all pastas tasted good. Highly recommend warm mushroom bruschetta! The only suggestion we would make is that as a big group celebrating birthday here, it might be too much to charge $3.5 each person to cut the cake (in the case of bringing your own), a max of $10-15 in total would be more reasonable.

We love their bread! It’s so good and we order two of them and got almost full from just the bread😂 Pasta is good but not surprising, and it’s bit salty for me. Price is very reasonable. We will be back.

My friends and I decided to try this restaurant out on a Friday night. The restaurant vibes are so nice and the decor is pretty and elegant. I love that there’s an option to get half portions because we wanted to try different appetizers and sides. The half portions of the pastas were decent for 10 bucks and we were content after all the sides. The pasta sauce were super creamy but we did find some of the pasta was not quite al dente and under cooked. The crispy mozzarella is a must get as it’s super crispy on the outside and full of mozzarella cheese on the inside.

Me and my girl friend went to this Italian restaurant at the very last moment of choice during Valentine’s Day and we booked a reservation, we went there right on time, the service was nice only they put us near the door which is super cold whenever people come in, we asked for a change of table and they nicely did so. However, the wait was long for the food and we were asked for an 90 minutes meal using time. That was not it, the food was unsavory, my girl’s dish was okay but did not worth the price, mine was just inedible. Mine was a Casaer salad, an Alfredo, a crispy chicken and some dessert I never heard of. The salad was fine, average. The Alfredo came in and I tasted it, it was like it’s been in the ocean for a week, extremely salty and smelled fishy. We ask for another, the funny thing is we waited like 30mins for the first Alfredo and this time came like 5mins, I wonder how they make it… the waiter was nice and apologized for what we experienced and he looked helpless. We also heard I dunno it is the chef or the manager standing in front of the window of the kitchen yelling like a bear… he was also furious from what i sees it. The chicken was overcooked, the skin was like charcoal, the tomato sauce was straight from a can based on the temperature of it and the taste. Lastly the dessert was similar to a pudding, but only sitting on a pile of unknown sauce tasted funny and the pudding itself was tasteless. I am so disappointed at them, no offense to the waiters and waitress that served us. We paid $239 at the end without the tips, our order was strictly bonded because the waiter told us we cannot order only one “four piece meal” if we have two people, the Con Amore menu give us no choice. The atmosphere was fine, the waiter was nice, the drink was okay, just the food and the way how the kitchen treated the food and their job are what I wanted to comment. I don’t really do google reviews but this is unacceptable. P.S. we also had severe food poisoned symptoms that is highly suspicious relating to the food we ate as we did not have any other food after the meal.
