I made a purchase just yesterday at the STC location but since I was in the area I decided to just exchange here. When I first walked in, Liz opened the box and thoroughly looked at the shoes, receipt and said it was fine to do an exchange. Once I got to the cashier, Ryan opened the box and started observing the shoes and said to another employee "to give Liz a heads up" she came running and said "Oh you can't exchange these" I was surprised how she changed her words within an minute because of Ryan's objection. Anyhow I got them to exchange it for me. Liz should pay attention to customers instead of chit chatting with friends and coworkers.

We visited the store to exchange/replace pair of Nike Air Huarache we purchased couple of weeks ago due to the product defect earlier tonight. The store manager/cashier was very rude and uncaring about our problem. His excuse was that is a recreational shoe and he can not do anything about defected sole. I was truly embarrassed in front of the my two young children. We purchase average 3-4 pair of shoes from this store on annual basis but never again. Customer service - thing of the past.

The employees are very rude. When i asked a employee "do you have a smaller size? '', a employee told '' have you seen that other store?". I will never go there

Like all the other reviews the customer service here is garbage. The worst I’ve ever seen in any store. I hope the employer realizes the staff they hire basically stand around on their phones and never acknowledge or even smile at customers. I was here on a Monday and about 5 other customers in the store we all left and went to foot locker and bought stuff there. Much better service elsewhere save your time and avoid this store.

Nice store with a decent selection of Footwear and Clothing for you to choose from for Kids and Adults all in one store and has easy access within the mall.

First time coming here & will be my last. After trying out some clothes & finally just buying a pair of shoes, I was asked if that was everything & said yes. Well the guy still continued to ask me if I was interested in these sweatpants, shorts saying that they were on sale. Asking me why i didn't like what I tried on earlier. Why do you care? He brought me to the shorts & sweatpants that were on sale AFTER I already said that was everything. If I was interested I would be BUYING THEM. I had deny this idiot 3 times for me to go & purchase my shoes.

The store rarely has anything nice and cheap to buy and the employees are very rude

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes I needed to exchange for a size smaller as they were too big for my feet and the lady Liz said I can’t exchange them because I wore the shoes which wasn’t true because how can I wear some shoes that are too big for my feet?? Ryan the cashier wasn’t too helpful during this matter

Today i just bought 1 pair of shoes and two t shirt. The girl who was doing the cash was so rude and disrespectful. I will never come this location.

I go to this Champs everytime I go to Fairview (twice a week). Once I walk in and explore for shoes, I do not get a single greet like "hi, how are you? need help?". So now I don't bother coming to this store anymore.

Employee by the name of tirra or tierra was very rude and unprofessional. She used bad words infront of a family friendly store with kids. And when she couldn't help me she said go to footlocker and pointed towards exit store.

Terrible experiences at this store, I do not recommend this location. Been there twice, and each time I was denied service. First time being I couldn’t return shoes because it was considered bulk? They were two shoes of different styles and their reasoning made no sense. Second time I tried to buy nike socks using a VIP coupon, and they said I couldn’t. Apparently you have to spend over $100 to use a VIP $20 coupon? I never had this problem before nor does it state anywhere on the coupon a required purchase amount.

On there website there was a count down for a shoe drop . They took the digital clock down without any explanation 😞😞, Jordan 1 retro.chicago's. It would be Alot better if They Cared about there consumers..

The worst company in the whole North America. I’m not talking about the store specifically, I’m talking about the store in general. There’s no regular way to secure high value shoes with them. Don’t try to buy anything online, it’s a total waste of time. Bots literally take all the shoes. They charge you the money and you never get the shoes. 2 times in less than 2 months.

Love Champs Sports in general, however this location is my favorite. Selection is great, staff attentive and Capricha (who assisted me) was absolutely amazing.

The guys working there(boys) such a good customer service, unfortunately I don’t have their names, but the girl who I think her name is zoe, she should learn customer service, we purchased some sneakers and she cashed out, we said thank you and she didn’t even looked at us, very bad experience. The guy next to her who was cashing another customer he event said “you’re welcome” to us. Five stars to him

Terrible customer service, they were all talking and playing instead of helping customers. I will never step my foot in this store. I tried on three shoes on display and no one asked if I needed help. I had to keep calling them to try on an item and she was waiting. I was about to try on the pants and the other Asian lady was so rude thinking I was stealing them and asked my girl friend to leave so rude. This is on a Monday guys with 6 employees.

Limited options for clothing and shoes, but very affordable and the clothing is very functional. If you are looking for basketball esk style, this is a great store to check out.

Staff are friendly and wide variety with brand names for sports apparel but still expensive.

I got fake shoes women air force 1 in black the leather and the logo is fake I am gonna report champa cause they scammed me and it was for 169$ I wasted my money! I want to return it and report u guys
