😠 I have been buying stuff regularly from Peoples for past few years but this time their service was very pathetic. For the 1st time i went to return something, actually i wanted to upgrade it to get something better but the lady there treated me like i am a beggar and she was very rude. I cant believ...     I have been buying stuff regularly from Peoples for past few years but this time their service was very pathetic. For the 1st time i went to return something, actually i wanted to upgrade it to get something better but the lady there treated me like i am a beggar and she was very rude. I cant believe such a big brand has such a poor customer Service. So what if i want to return something, i have paid for it and i want my money back, if you guys have problems then change ur return policy.

    I came here with a friend to look for my wedding band. After checking out some other stores to see what rings are available, we came back to take a closer look at the rings I was interested in. Rita, the associate that helped us the first time, made us wait for 15min while she was helping another couple. That was understandable as she was tending to them first. But what was NOT acceptable was when it was finally my turn and I inquired about the ring warranty, instead of providing the information I was looking for, she kicked us out by saying she had other customers waiting for her. We waited so long for her and she couldn't even spend a few minutes with us. Rita was very rude and what was supposed to be a happy and joyous experience had turned into an unpleasant ordeal where I felt very unwelcome. I ended up buying my wedding ring at a competitor store instead.

    We had a terrible experience at the Yorkdale location when buying a wedding band for my fiance. The lady that helped us select a ring was aware that we would need the ring in 3 weeks as our wedding was a month away. Knowing this information she reassured us that the wedding band would arrive in time. Weeks after placing our order we called to find out when we could pick up the ring and on each occasion a different sales person mentioned that the ring wouldn't arrive on time and usually the process takes 8+ weeks. We were very frustrated with the poor customer service and no coordination in the information we were provided. Fortunately we received the ring in time but the engravings we requested for the inside of the band was completely missed. We will no longer be shopping at Peoples! Very poor service. If you're shopping around, Birks at the Yorkdale location was really great in helping with my wedding band.

    this place does not even deserve one star. my fiancee and i decided to go in to look at earings, after being in the store for a good ten mins, nobody addressed us or asked if we needed help. eventually this older white lady came by and showed us the options they had. she then went to my fiancee and asked if she could see her ring. when she brought her hand up the lady grabbed her hand then grabbed the ring very aggressively as if she was trying to squish it, she proceeded to touch and put her fingerprints all over her ring. we found this behaviour very appalling and unprofessional, especially for someone who works at a jewelry store. diamonds should be handled with gloves or tweezers/prongs- not touched all over by dirty finger tips. we left feeling violated and upset and definitely did not purchase anything. the employees here need to ask for permission to touch someone beforehand & get consent first which you would assume is common sense but apparently not. she only asked to SEE it. nonetheless very bad service and will not ever step foot into a peoples store again.

    Dont go there for buying jewellery beacuse they will start making excuses to get more money from you when you go there for picking up your product after resizing, very bad experience

    The staff working at this location was just awful. They appear to have no customer service skills. None of them was helpful or answered any of my questions. I would not spend my money at this store. Worst experience.

    I've visited this People's location a few times and I haven't had the best experience. The staff do not acknowledge you, especially when they're helping other people. I went into People's expecting the worst. This time around, it was the opposite. We were greeted and helped by this wonderful woman named Arya, who helped my boyfriend and I. She greeted us with a warm smile, assisted us right away, and gave us her full attention. If you're looking for someone who's willing to go above and beyond for you, she's your girl. I highly recommend her even though she's not there often enough. I give this location 5/5 only because of Arya. As a whole, I would not recommend this location if you're looking for jewelry.

    My boyfriend bought quite an expensive gold bracelet from here a few months ago. Firstly, his bracelet clasp broke and we had to bring it in to be repaired. The woman helping us was lost but we finally got through the repair forms and she said it would be ready for pick up in 3-4 weeks and my boyfriend would be contacted when it was ready. 6 weeks go by and no phone call so he called in to ask if it was ready and behold, it was ready a solid 2 weeks after we first brought it in. He also asked for two links to be taken off and they didn’t do that either. So we went back to get the links taken off and the worker puts it all through very promptly. Sounds good so far... but this is what absolutely made my blood boil. She tells us we had to pay for it and I said no we have the warrenty, and then she has the nerve to say “you didn’t tell me that...”. I find this absolutely baffling. The people here have the nerve to push the warrenty purchase on an already several hundred dollar purchase then not even ask if we have the warrenty when we are coming back to try and fix the mistake they made in the first place. This place is joke go somewhere else.

    Literally the WORST customer service you will experience in your life. Maria - JEEZ GOOD LUCK WITH HER! She is condescending and will lie through her teeth, but when you decide to speak with a manager regarding her verbal abuse, she runs toward you and interrupts your convo with the store manager. The store manager Zelda - much more soft spoken and friendly on the forefront, but still seems to be clueless to the actual function of her store as well as the key steps to successful customer service. She does not know her store is rated at a 1.9 stars on google, as I asked when they literally argued with me about having the "best customer service in canada" lmao. The store has NEVER once called me back when they said they would. They took my ring in June - my engagement party was at the end of August and I said please do not send my ring anywhere (there was a scratch on the diamond apparently) without my consent as I want my ring for my engagement party and can deal with the issue later. What happened? They sent the ring anyway and constantly "assured" me it would be back in time. Was it? Obviously not - I had to use a loaner that they still didnt guarantee me until the night before the party. Honestly... this place is a disaster and is running because of their longevity and marketing. They have a certain monopoly on the canadian diamond industry - so they know theyre fine regardless of service. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! There are GREAT smaller diamond stores and Custom Jewellers that will HAND make (not use wax molds like Peoples) your ring, at a better cost - but most importantly, with peace of mind. Feel free to reach out to me if you need recommendations. Lets not continue to fund these slave shops.

    I am one of the regular customers of people's jewelry, because they are really beautiful and have a special elegance. We recently bought a watch for my dad as a gift. From the Center Point Mall branch and I can say with certainty that they have a unique staff and management. My brother and I were in the store for more than an hour, and since my brother's (flexit) credit card was locked, the manager there patiently called and solved the problem.. Anyway, my dad preferred  to exchange the gift. This time we went to the store in York del Mall, unfortunately the staff was not friendly at all and the saleswoman was extremely rude. Today, the third of April, my brother and I went to adjust the size of the watch. As soon as we entered the shop, the same person said something(whispered)to her colleague, and they were both staring at us at the same time We were going to measure the clock and I had plan to take look at the earrings. Considering that 14 people were allowed in the store, and only 5 or 6 people were present  and some of them they were 3 people together, one of the sellers disrespectfully asked my brother to go out and no one asked me if I was going to buy jewelry or not? When we wanted to make 2 numbers smaller, even though I was standing and my brother was waiting outside the store.One of the staff came and gave the watch and again in complete rudeness and respect opened the chain in front of the shop so that I could go out! My brother said it was too small, the seller ignored it and left. She said you guys should know from the beginning how much it should be reducedIt was at this time that I said I will write this on your website as review. And you have a duty to be friendly and have better manner with the customer. Anyway, I hope the jewelry management pays more attention to the selection of its staff at Yorkdale, given that this mall is one of the best malls in Toronto, it is very disappointing to have grumpy and rude salespeople. And I want to mention this, the sellers and manager of the Center Point branch are amazing, and in addition, despite the corona, they were sanitizing the jewelry and watches after any touch and I admire their hardwork. So I can't give any star for Yorkdale branch as I had really bad experience there, but in centerpoint I can give 5stars.

    One of the people working here called Gina who has a short temper and not assisting you when you are here for an after purchase service! But instead she leaves you for another costumer who is here to purchase! So I guess once you buy something she gets her commission and does not care anymore!

    Wow! The behaviour of associates particularly the older ladies only shows how classless this place is. I entered the store to purchase a mother’s day necklace and was looked at and ignore even though I asked for help by pointing and my body language. Will never shop here as this service may also reflect the quality of their products. Better by a $2000 gift from somewhere that they treat you like a normal person.

    Avoid this place unless you can get Sean to help you. Had a great experience with Sean picking out and purchasing our wedding bands. Then I had an incredibly rude woman when I went to pick them up. She blamed me when she looked in the wrong drawer for them. When neither ring fit me, she told me I had ordered wrong, which was odd since Sean had gone through it in detail and they were definitely ordered properly. She kept avoiding answering any questions, and demanding I sign a paper and take the rings, or else she would return them. She refused to do anything to help me and just kept telling me to sign and take them. While this was happening, I was overhearing another group of people being treated rudely by another woman when they were trying to pick up. I nearly returned the rings on the spot simply because the customer service was so bad. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because of Sean's initial help.

    Fantastic customer service! This place is awesome. My favourite peoples location hands down! The manager is extremely kind, knowledgeable and friendly! She remembered me from 3 years ago when i went to buy my wife engagement ring! All the staff i dealt with were knowledgeable and patient! I came to buy another ring and was out the door within 10 minutes (ring purchased). I will always come back here if i need anything from peoples! Thanks to manager and her staff for making our day !

    Absolutely horrible customer service. The older obese white lady in charge was extremely rude to my fiance and I. I was trying to buy him earrings. They were bought online and looked horrible in person. Then pictures were deceitful. And I was trying to exchange them for something else and she was tired of helping us find another pair of earrings and did the refund into my bank account to get rid of us . It was upsetting because I wanted him to have nice earrings for valentines day, but hes very particular person. He wants to upgrade my engagement ring as well to something better and im telling him no, not at peoples. They are not people persons. Never going here ever again. The lady is rude and doesn't want to do her job, and I think she was racist as well I just got that bad vibe.

    I went there this afternoon for my diamond inspection and there is a Korean women JULIE!!!!!!!! serve a man and she says hello and tell me to wait a little for her. She is the woman I brought my necklace from her. I wait at least half an hour which is ok but the unacceptable is when she finishes serve her customer and I bring my paper of diamond inspection, she just ignored me and says hello to the person behind me. When she cannot ignore me and she tells me to go to another table and wait for her. When she finally can serve me and she suddenly ask a couple about do they come first or me which I feel this is really rude and she obviously doesn't want to serve me because I won’t purchase anything and she want to serve someone who is ready to purchase. When she is doing the inspection, she is really rude to my necklace and just throw me back the paper. She doesn’t even check it just clean it and took her not even one minute. I can tell she is rush to serve other people. She shows different attitude to different customers. I brought most of my jewellery in that store and won’t purchase anything from her again.

    My husband bought me a ring from here a couple of days ago for Christmas. When he went in the store and was looking around he told the lady his budget and she found the perfect piece for me. As my husband was going to pay with his debit card he noticed the 0 interest sign on the counter. My husband inquired about this considering it is the holiday season and the lady looked lost. My husband asked if he could call customer service to fill out the application and the lady seemed hesitant. She said yes I believe so and he called and we were approved. Another lady working behind the counter gave the lady who was helping my husband a dirty look and came by and removed the sign. I feel as if my husband wasn't sure he was going to buy it or wasn't going to pay with debit they would have pushed for this 0 interest but because he knew what he wanted and was going to buy something right away and pay for it in full they were hesitant. I just want to say my ring is stunning and the customer service is s***.

    DO NOT buy their diamond bond "insurance". Get your own separate jewellery insurance policy (it will cost significantly less annually than Peoples $100 "insurance") or shop around if your piece ends up needing repairs. I bought my wedding band from them in spring 2016, which I obviously didn't wear until my wedding - September 2016. By spring 2017, my wedding band had lost a diamond. I took my ring to the Yorkdale store, they took it and got it fixed no questions asked. Feb 2018, the EXACT SAME STONE they fixed LESS THAN A YEAR ago has once again fallen out. I took it to the store -- they won't accept it for repair because I didn't come in for inspections every 6 months. Lucky me, I lost my inspection sheet, so they didn't care to fix it or stand behind their repair work. They said it would be $200 to fix and take 4-6 weeks. I filed a claim through our personal jewellery insurance policy with Jewellers Mutual and took my ring to a family-owned jeweller on Avenue Road to get fixed. They charged $35 and fixed it in a week. They couldn't believe that Peoples wanted $200 to fix their own product. Peoples doesn't stand behind the quality of their products, which is why they even require inspections every 6 months after you've paid $100 to protect your piece. And at the very least any repairs should be under warranty too. But no, they'd rather have pissed off customers and pocket the "insurance" you paid for. So lesson learned, get yourself a REAL jewellery insurance policy and DO NOT trust Peoples diamond bond "insurance", their repair costs or their repair work. They don't even trust it.

    Went there to look for a ring for my girlfriend, browsed for a 15 minutes without anybody approaching me if I needed help. The staff just made me feel unwelcome eventhough I was planning on buying a ring that day. I didn't end up getting any help so I left and went to another jeweler.

    This review is for Shah. Shah was the best sales person I have met. He really made my day! He has the problem solving skills which are the most important skills for this job possibly. He showed us amazing chains as well and showed us amazing boxing day deals as well. He was really calm as well. I have visited different People Jewellers but this experience which Shah was the best.     Shah was excellent! He completed our 6 month Diamond inspection. Untied a chain that we were having a lot of trouble with within seconds and helped us buying a new pendant. You are very lucky to have him on your team.

    I had a great experience with the staff at Peoples Jewellers during my appointment, especially with Mrs. Armina. I want to take a moment to thank Mrs. Armina for her help in guiding me through the process of finding the most beautiful ring in the store and for the honest information. She was so patient showing me different options and also waiting for me to make my final decision between two beautiful rings. I love my new ring! I love the way I was treated in the store. Mrs. Armina is a real professional. All questions I asked she was able to answer. Thank you, and I will come again soon!

    Very disappointed in customer service. Don’t remember the name of rep, only can remember that she was Asian. Accident happened on 14th May, 2023. We came to buy gift for my birthday, turned out they were closing the store in 20 minutes. Rep was very rude, was annoyed by asking to show us different necklaces. When I was asked to show me other jewellery, she said that I will not like it and there is no need to try it. Every time I was asking to try something, she gave me unwanted advice. Never felt so unwelcome in jewelry store. Will rather buy myself gift at another store.

    One star for the Quality of Jewelry, Zero stars for the horrible staff! Unfriendly. Uninterested. Uninviting. They look like you are annoying them just by walking in the store. They always have frowns on their faces. Maybe they're unhappy in their work. Maybe they have a bad boss. Not sure. But I will never step foot at this location again.

    Awful customer service from an elderly asian lady. Come to the shop to seek for simple silver rings without any gems for anniversary, what she is doing is judging my boyfriend and me and recommend gold rings with diamonds for $1000+! Also forces us to purchase the warranty if we want the ring on size 8!In all, unprofessional, ignore customer’s demand and rude. Never come to that shop unless you want to be offended.

    I m so disappointed. My wife just visited the store for asking some help about her earrings that I gifted for her birthday and immediately started to having clasp loosing issue, so the product was definitely defective. But instead of help she faced with terrible, rude, disrespectful customer service, especially from Gina… she was calling my wife a liar and acted like my wife broke that earrings. The worst customer service. Don’t visit this store if you don’t to be humiliated.

    I never write reviews, but this time it's not even about the product, but about the lack of any respect and terrible custom service. This is my worst jewelry store experience!! Special attention for Gina, she is so rude and mean. Their product I bought is defective, the clasp on my earrings began to fall out after a few weeks of using (not even every day using). They refused to offer any fixing/replacing and any other help, instead told me that I HAVE to buy new claps, and more over Gina was acting like I am a liar and their product can not be bad, that it’s my fault and I broke it. So, I strongly DO NOT recommend this store unless you want be disappointed with your jewelry and then after all being humiliated.

    Zero stars! Horrible customer service, I was in there for 20 minutes and the SAs didn’t even look our way or acknowledge us, so I left and decided to come back later in hopes they would be less busy. My second time around was the exact same experience, and I got glared at by the blonde lady at the counter. I politely asked what the wait time would be and she responded aggressively and told me to leave and come back later because there were at least 3-4 people ahead of me. Don’t buy here, don’t give them business.

    Super unhappy with my service. I ordered a ring online. They had options for used rings of the same style for cheaper. I chose to get the brand new one for the full cost. I went to pick it up and they tried to give me a used ring full of scratches. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock other than the used one they tried to pass off as new so I had to get a different ring that I did not like. Very unprofessional trying to sell people used scratched jewellery at full retail price.

    Being a honest reviewer , I would like to say my last visit @ Yorkdale people's jewellers branch was disgusting. The manager made me wait for half hour and forgot that I am customer waiting. Customer service is worst. Staff ( manager) was ignorant towards me. waiting. Customer service is worst. Don't visit

    Nothing is change my experience since i started to visit at this store when i try it again to visit then i bought a gold necklace same reaction no one can approaching you ..im the one who adjusting from their attitude!!lol.. .Also the guy his Name is SEAN when he looking at you, he think that you can’t afford to buy anything jewerly ..hello this is not so expensive jewelry or top notch jewelry store!!whatsoever!!!they only attend to customers who what they think “RICH”how Rude right??lol..i will not visit again and buy something at this store not because that i have an issue of the jewerly its because of the staff are unprofessional!!!RUDE ..overall 0 stars.!!calling attention to the owner of this store..maybe you should watch of your staff or need to train properly.! Very very poor service!!!

    I agree with all these people. The women who work here are lousy. They need to fire the entire staff. I was in here last week and I felt like she was jealous of what I bought. Even if these are robots in a parallel universe they can do better than that. As for class discrimination well, these salespeople who think they're "wealthy" in these malls don't impress me. True class has not been around since the 1950's. I don't care who's insulted.

    Slow and RUDE. The staffs were rude and they only attend to customers who wears nice and meet the standards of what they think "rich" is. Shoutout to RITA for making me wait for 30 mins. I thought she was going to help me but she looked at me in an inappropriate manner and attended to another customer who literally just came. Been there thrice and was always disappointed. I hate that a big brand could have such a bad customer service

    Customer service is all about people skills. Unfortunately the associates need more training on welcoming and not getting frustrated when asked questions. Had a bad experience at this location. Employees are irritated, frustrated and provide an unprofessional experience. the assigned assistant showed a lot of attitude and unfriendly behaviour. No matter how good the sale, the customer service counts the most.

    Had the best time find my perfect wedding band! They were also very accommodating of my pup Phillip! Our sales attendant Marra was the sweetest!

    Horrible customer service. As an update to this review: I purchased an earing/necklace set for pickup at this store before Christmas. I was notified by email that both items were ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I was told that they did not have the necklace, and they could not deny that they sold it to another customer by accident. Instead of providing me with an alternative to the set, I was rudely told that there was nothing they could do for me. When I asked for them to cancel the order they would not provide me with a receipt showing the order was canceled, and when I called customer service today (as I still had not received a refund) I was told that a refund was not processed by the store. Do not shop here if you believe in honest customer service, as you will only receive deceitful and rude remarks from management.

    Purchased a wedding band here in size 4 and got in size 4.5. I expressed the importance on getting the correct size. I had to reschedule my registration date and pay a cancellation fee from their mistake. I tried to call their store multiple times and no answer looks like no one is working there to pick up phone terrible service.

    Customer service was horrible. We explained to the employee that we were starting to look for wedding bands and needed help. She did not assist us at all. She did not even ask us on what we were looking for. She simply just pointed at the bands and sat back down doing her own thing. We had to sit ourselves down and after that there was silence. She didn’t speak a word, no explanation about the rings or any info on them. We checked 2 rings, and still no assistance or conversation. We left right after. Horrible experience.

    I got this custom necklace done for my boyfriend and when it arrived it immediately broke in half. No we did not pull it or tug the letters in the middle just broke. We brought it back in store to get it repaired and they said it had to be taken to the warehouse to get fixed. We waited almost a month for it to be repaired and I came by today to pick it up and pay for repairs. Now, the photo that I’m showing is the photo of it when it came back, as you can see the “U” is bent horribly and the whole necklace just looks so bad and bent all over the place. I noticed it when we got it and left the store but I didn’t think it was this bad. I’m so disappointed, I’m not even mad anymore. For now, I’ll leave it since it’s not “broken” but if it does break I would love to get a return, I have all the receipts. I’m just writing this review to bring light this issue of my custom necklace that was done horribly wrong.

    I came and visited the People’s location at Yorkdale since i was browsing for my mom’s birthday gift. Despite that I didn’t end up buying jewelry and store was busy, I had an outstanding experience. Staff name Shawn was knowledgeable, polite, professional and simply wonderful to deal with. He went above and beyond to provide assistance and that makes me want to come back cause i feel very welcome by this person. Thank you

    I had bought 2 rings here at Yorkdale location and had them resized with my third ring that I had purchased before from their Guelph location. My Time to pick up my rings was given the 28th of November and then it changed to the 6th. I called the Yorkdale location on the 5th to check if my rings were in the store for pick up. Pooja picked up the phone and was really calm and understanding and sent an email to the jewelers to rush my resizing and then I got a call that my ring ( just 1 ring) is ready for pick up and the other rings might take some time. I had bought the ring for my friends wedding and one of the rings was their gift. I called on the 6th and this time Rita picked up and told me that she's going to email the repair people again to rush it but i never got any confirmation from RITA. I call them today and my rings are not at the store still and nobody communicated that with me. The person who picked up the phone was nice at the beginning and then after knowing the situation she said there's nothing she cant do and its not her problem that my friend will not be getting their gift on their wedding. This is Embarrassing for me and the way it was dealt with was absolutely wrong. I told them that i might have to return one of them rings as its of no use for me after my friend's big day. The girl on the phone told me its better for me to return the ring then continue bringing my business here. I WILL BE GOING TO A DIFFERENT JEWELLER ALTOGETHER. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY THEY HANDLED THE SITUATION

    I would like to send my sincere thank you to Sukaina. She was filling in at another store in Richmond Hill. I learned later that she works at Peoples in Yorkdale. Sukaina's service goes above and beyond! No words can express how happy we are with her service. We had a small yet complicated issue and she found a way to help us. Sukaina if you are reading this we are the people with the promise ring exchange. You are an amazing person, who hears the needs of people, is gentle, patient, who listens and made sure we came out happy and satisified costumers! May you be blessed as you have blessed so many!     I would say this used to be one of the good locations before. Unfortunately after some recent experiences, I would never recommend this store location to anyone. It's overrated. Firstly, my partner went in January to get a repair done on a jewelry he bought me; they declined and said no, they aren't taking any repairs. He only went to Yorkdale to get this repaired. Now today, he finally goes to get 2 items repaired. This lady can't even find the orders. I had to go out of my way, look up each receipts and emails to find the receipt. There is a reason that upon purchase, we provide emails and phone numbers. My partner dealt with Regina today, and she wasn't helpful. She declined fixing my earring because my partner didn't bring the other pair. That's ridiculous. Service is super slow. Something that needs to take 10 mins, is taking 40 mins. Everytime we visited this location, there has been mistakes. We've given chances on chances since my partner gets me jewelry from this location 2-3 times a year. Well I'm sure there are other locations or places wanting my business better than this one. Please hire people that have knowledge of your policies as well.

    I went there the other to look for an engagement ring. Right after I entered the store I was greeted by a very nice lady named Julie. She kindly took her time to show me some rings and helped me picked the best one which my finance loved it. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the ring quality and cuts. It was my first time buying a ring and she made it such a great experience for me.

    3:43 pm October 15th, pathetic customer service… waited but was looked passed. Rita helped me get what I need BUT that lady with the blond was RUDE. Straight up said “Leave me alone I’m with someone” (she was on the other side of the showcase and I didn’t even ask my question yet)

    I took a bracelet there for repair. I got the protection plan, which I didn't know it has a lifetime guaranteed! My son purchased the bracelet for Mother's Day 13th years ago. Customer service was very good.

    I had a great experience shopping for an engagement ring at this location. Gina was exceptional and committed from the moment I walked in to help me find the perfect ring. Even in my interactions with her after the sale for re-sizing and other visits she has provided excellent customer service!

    If I rated based on Sean, it would be 5 stars. If you can get Sean, totally go for it. Unfortunately we had an associate that ruined our ring shopping experience. I understand we weren't spending big money, but that's no excuse to look like we're wasting your time. I had already picked my own ring ahead of time and we were looking for a ring for my partner. So we weren't even taking up that much time. The whole time she looked irritated with us and made no efforts to make the experience pleasant. She didn't even leave out rings we semi-liked, she kept putting them back and looking irritated if we wanted to re-try them. We decide to purchase both rings in the end. For sizing, we had to ask her about HOW a ring should fit, but anything we wanted to ask was like pulling teeth with her. The one thing she did do right was triple checked our sizing. One ring was ready and the associate called my partner. My partner wanted to confirm that BOTH rings were ready before coming to pick up. First, she said there "is no second ring" despite us buying both rings on the same account on the same day. Eventually she says that yes, both rings are here. Partner goes to pick it up, just wanted to tell the associate that he's here to pick up. She cuts him off rudely and gestures to the other people in the store - "there's people waiting". He waits half an hour before she gets to him, only for her to tell him that the second ring isn't even ready for pick up yet. We return a week later to pick up his ring when it's ready. Somehow, despite her checking 3 times, the ring was ordered in the wrong size. At this point we're ready to never come back to this store. I want that associate to know she ruined our wedding ring shopping experience, and I can't imagine how many others she's ruined as well. The point isn't to get her fired - I only hope she can change her attitude. Luckily Sean helped us fix the sizing issue and gave proper recommendations for ring sizing. Thank you Sean.

    Bought a Necklace here for a girl and they were very patient with me. A very nice (what appears to be based on ethnic features) elderly African America woman assisted me in a personal order in which I ordered the necklace to the store. Service and jewelry is up to standards. But can you get a better box that doesn't collect so much dust and have better corners.

    I needed to replace a chain necklace. Second store I went into and found what I needed. Better than before. Store bright with beautiful product (duh). Service is helpful. Good to know they will fix all jewellery. Peoples have been around for years. I will return for my jewelry cravings.

    Went to pick up an online order and waited for at least 15 minutes. Walked in and only 2 ladies were working on a Friday and one guy behind the desk. As soon as I walked in he said he’s not working but later greeted other people who sat in front of the desk and started to chat with him. A lady walks by and I said ‘Hi, we’re here to pick an online order’, she nods and left. I understand you and other associates are helping others but do not be rude and ignore other customers who are waiting. Other customers came waited and left. Best thing to do is have your item shipped home at least this way you won’t be ignored.

    Sales rep lady out of nowhere told us to "have a good day" mid conversation to leave. Very rude especially when you coming into the store with intention to buy. Didnt want to help us find anything either or answer any simple question. You just lost a sale worth a few thousand dollars!

    I was yesterday at this location. Gina helped me and she was amazing. She was very professional and lovely. She tried her best to solve an issue I had with my return, she spoke to her manager and I was extremely satisfied with her services. She was very patient and she stayed beside me assisting me in ever question and concerns until I chose a lovely piece. They had sale all over the store. Gina gave me her time and attention. Gina was very dedicated and respectful. I’m very grateful for her help. I highly recommend this location. Thank you Gina: you were AMAZING!
