Not only did I purchase my wife her wedding bands but I also upgraded my wedding band as well not to mention a diamond date watch from Bulova. This year I purchased a diamond set of earings & necklace for her birthday. No regrets whatsoever.

The customer service has top notch, I was given all the time that I needed and I asked questions exhaustively. I was promised that I will receive my rings that were for resizing and cleaning on June 25,2023 but surprisingly tyou guys over delivered. I was contacted to collect my rings on June 18,2023. I appreciate it, Ella is amazing.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company sells used and broken jewellery and doesn't accept returns because they say they don't have any cash and I am told I have to go back to the People's I bought it from. That's ridiculous. Do yourselves a favour and stay away from this crooked business. They sell cheap, used and fake jewellery. You can find better quality jewellery that isn't scratched and broken from anywhere else.

Peoples Jewellers as a company is just trash. I've had numerous bad experiences but this time around just upset me the most. I ordered a wedding band and waited a few weeks to get it which they shipped to the store. When the ring came in, I came to the store to look at it. This ring had the shape of a football...it wasn't round at all but rather oval with all kinds of irregularities. To make matters worse they sales reps tried to convince me the ring was fine and they would send it off to their local jeweller to fix it. I'm sorry but paying thousands of dollars for a diamond band just to "fix" it and bend it over again and again...not sure about the longevity of that ring. My fiance also tried buying a diamond engagement ring from Peoples the year before and it came in with a cracked diamond. With that said, I will never be buying anything from Peoples Jewellers ever again. Save your money and shop somewhere else for better quality diamonds and gold!

My go-to peoples store. Amazing customer service, extremely pleasant staff. I always have a great experience at this location and leave feeling satisfied. Ask for Sana she is the best. Sana always goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. She helped my husband and I upgrade my engagement ring and I couldn’t be happier. Sana exceeded my expectations of excellent customer service and I will always go to this people’s because of her. This is my absolute favorite People's Jewellers. I don't even like to shop at any other location anymore. I have no doubt that this is the BEST People's Jewellers and if you go there, you'll think so too. Ask for Ella, she is AWESOME! She will go out of her way to make sure the customer is 100% happy and she is extremely knowledgeable about jewelry.

I had to endure the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life at this Peoples Jewellers location. On May 26th, I went in to talk to a sales representative named Sanaa. First, she had her ear phones in and did not acknowledge me for almost 1 minute. After 1 minute, based on the first interaction, I asked to speak with the manager. She told me the manager was on vacation and that she, Sanaa, could help me. I explained the following story - I had just gotten married and lost my ring in the ocean after I was apparently "professionally sized" at another Peoples Jewellers location. Without even looking up my order or trying to help me, she smirked and told me it was my fault and that Peoples Jewellers does not size people, rather the customers pick their own size (what?...). Rather than getting into an argument, I asked if there was a customer service number that I could call. She smirked and laughed at me. After 3-5 minutes, she came back with a number that I could call. I asked for her name because I was going to leave a review and again, rather than trying to help me, she laughed. I have bought many pieces of jewellery from Peoples Jewellers for my now, wife. However, after this disgraceful experience, I am not sure if I will go back...

worse customer service .I bought a ring a week ago from another location and today sunday April first @5PM I went their to return it as I am not comfortable with it.the two old ladies which worked there after got that I wanted to return asked me to go to the location which I bought the ring and I told them here is near my house this is why I come here they look at eachother and after few minutes they told me that their system is frozen and they cant help me .They asked me to go to the other locations. Always knowledgeable, always most helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with - she is the reason I return to purchase from People's- aside from well priced inventory. I bought a bracelet for my daughter in law and it broke after her wearing it a couple of times so I was not happy about that. I returned it to the store and was given the run around. I had to purchase a warranty to have it fixed. I think it should have been fixed no charge.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m never someone to write a review but I call and nobody picks up. My boyfriends ring was supposed to be resized and be ready by Dec 20th. Purchased on December 2nd. Giving them 3 weeks to resize it. I needed it for Christmas as I live in the US and that’s when I would be in Canada. The ring is still not ready after a month and nobody seems to answer. Trying to get in touch for a refund as I am back in the US and I had to purchase a ring somewhere else to have ready by Christmas. It’s been over a month. Please do not go here. Super unprofessional and rude to not give an answer about a ring purchased a month ago. Will give an update if I’m able to get in communication with them.

I had the best experience the past few days with the staff and manager here. I got my stones replaced but the diamond was marked with a marker and they were not able to clean it. As such, they replaced it at no extra cost to me :) Get warranty guys. Totally worth it

Worst experience ever. The sale persons was rude and did not even bother providing any help or show any items. They were just standing there arm crossed. When I asked for a specific item, she simply replied we don't have it when I can physically see it on display, with that attitude it was best to go elsewhere. Terrible experience. Wednesday, December 14th in the afternoon. Went in because there was a sale sign, and asked an employee about it. Other employee with glasses was helping another customer and as she left to the back room, the employee helping me left to talk to the other customer... like she was taking the customer from the other employee. She didn't come back after 20 minutes of waiting, so I asked her why she left to help them when she was helping me first... She said because that customer was going to maybe spend more... customer apparently inquiring about a 5k ring. Very offended, disrespected and judged. Employee helping me was named Bella (?) I think. She was short, short-haired, older and kind of chubby. Please train staff on customer service and sensitivity training. Never assume people's wallet size and income.

I was quickly welcomed and treated with respect by the store's representative. She was quite knowledgeable and helped me make a great final choice/purchase. I was, however, a little disappointed that many items of interests were no longer available at the store. This could certainly be improved upon. Outside of the above, I found my overall experience with Peoples Jewellers to be a positive one. I am also impressed with the number of outlets Peoples Jewellers has. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peoples Jewellers.
