Tia answered the phone when we called and she provided us with a warm welcoming. When I started asking about the specific Zoanthids we were interested in purchasing, she went and tracked them all down to answer the questions we had about each of them specifically. After explaining our tank situation to Tia, she agreed with us that it was a great time to add corals to the tank and supported our idea of starting out with Zoanthids. She was patient and more then happy to help us understand the entire shipping process and the Dead On Arrival policy they had; we never needed it, but it was great peace of mind to know about it considering how much an order can add up too. The corals were packed snuggly in the Styrofoam box with a heat pack that was still warm the day after unpacking. It took a few hours for most of them to open up, but others took a few days. This was exactly what Tia had explained to me over the phone so I was prepared and monitored them closely for any signs of dying tissue. They are all opening and look healthy. We couldn't be happier. I'll update the post with pictures of what we received. The only thing we regret is not being able to have visited the storefront as we feel we would have been met with the exact same amazing experience, but missed out on the beautiful tanks we see on the Fragbox YouTube channel. Changing my review as I had a great experience dealing with these guys. I will say still annoying how fast their stock moves but is what it is.Decent frags. I ordered 10 they came packed perfect and all were healthy. I will say I little small but quality frags. I recommend this place.

Hands down the best shop for coral in Ontario. Reasonable prices and insane knowledge of the hobby. I haven't yet visited in person but all the staff I've interacted with online have been excellent. Orders have always been packaged incredibly well and have been received promptly. They have a huge range of coral, from beginner friendly stuff to really unique pieces for the high end collectors. They sort and price their corals for display in the store - so you won't end up paying a different cost based on the car you pull up in (unfortunately how it works at many coral vendors) . They also produce "Fragbox TV" on YouTube, which has been really helpful in easing me back into the hobby after a 15 year break. The enjoyment the store and the YouTube channel have provided me really helped to pull me through lockdowns. Thanks to March and his team for getting me excited about the hobby again during a tough year.

Great store with lots of dry goods, fish, corals you name it. Very helpful and friendly, I strongly suggest checking them out. Great place for hardware, supplies, and of course corals! Extremely friendly and helpful staff, easy to ask questions and bounce ideas of of and non judgmental for people who porch experience in reef keeping. Just keep in mind, they don't carry a lot of live stock and they are more expensive than other places, but the reason for this is they try and aquaculture/breed in captivity so the oceans are not affected. Highly recommend over all and much prefer supporting small business! You guys (live) rock!

Great customer service. First time I ordered with Fragbox. The shipment arrived on time, however both my corals were DOAs. I contacted Fragbox and they shipped me replacements as per their policy (free of charge and no questions asked). The replacement corals are currently doing fine in my tank. I'm not sure if I was dealing with the same person both times, but each time they were very helpful over the phone as well as in their email messages.

Overall a great experience. Called to say I was going to reach a little later than closing and the employee assured me that my product would still be able to be picked up when I called. Upon arrival the transaction was quick and easy. Dylan the employee, answered all my questions and even let me take a walk around the store despite technically being closed. they really care about the corals and products. I live out in the country and they contacted me that the shipping would take too long and that it wouldn't be the best for the corals and would refund my order. they could have easily just shipped them and got their money and be done. instead they worked with me and I got it shipped to the biggest city closest to me. it arrived the next day all the corals in my order looked great. packaging was good, corals and the water were nice and warm. I'm new to reef keeping but for my first online coral order I was very pleased with everything. their YouTube is also great for fuelling the reefing obsession and is very informative for new reefers. will definitely be ordering from fragbox again!

I just wanted to say off the bat that you guys are amazing. A couple days ago my mom ordered a couple corals for me in exchange for work at the farm. We ordered a gsp and an armor of god frag. we were called and told that the armor of god melted and they would be sending an Utter chaos, (which was way above my budget) for no extra cost. not only did they do that but they sent a free coral frag (Which is yet to he identified, but is very colorful, even if half open). On top of that, they gave me a coupon for 50% off shipping on my next order. I cannot thank you enough.

I ordered a clean up crew for my aquarium which included some Emerald, as well as Hermit crabs and snails. The shipment came promptly, all the invertebrates were alive and as soon as I finished my drip acclimation, placed them in the tank they started eating which is a great sign. I’ve orders from this store a handful of times now, and both dry goods and livestock have been a great experience. Even corals that arrived not in the best shape, they handled quickly and appropriately with store credit. This place is my only go-to online coral shopping in Canada.

I find that this store is really fair with prices compared to other stores and I love the free strawberry shortcake I got. The only complaint I would make is that the bathrooms are not open for public so make sure that you have a place to go for the bathrooms. Otherwise, it would be a perfect store. I also like the display tanks
