Brought in my watch to have its battery changed - efficient and courteous service which was fairly priced. Followed strict COVID-19 protocols as well. Highly recommended.

Took in a bracelet to have a link added ( I also had the link). Was told it would take a week. 8- 12days later, I was phoning them, I left messages , as nobody was answering. Got a call back on the 13th day and my bracelet back after 2 weeks exactly. The repair is INCOMPLETE, ROUGH AND VISIBLE. VERY disappointing....
