Major warning !! Run away from this crook. He was to change a battery on a inexpensive Watch what should of been 10 dollars he charged me 50 dollars ,he told me the old battery leaked there was no leak and he didn't put in a new part . He is a scammer and his good reviews are put in by him self and his staff. Beware!!!!!!!!!

What a scam! They use an established scam for watch battery change. They won’t tell you how much they charge until they know the “brand”. The more expensive the brand, the more they charge you. Watch batteries all cost approximately the same (about 50 cents wholesale, $1.50 retail). The process of opening the watch might be slightly different by brand but it’s roughly all the same time and skill. I don’t care what they charge, as long as they are honest and consistent. If they’re using this scam for watch batteries, imagine the scam they use for jewelry they sell?

The man running this store is rude, misbehaved and openly threatened to call security on me. I was negotiating a jewelry. He asked for $50 and I said I could go as high as $40. He then said something which I thought he meant he can't sell for $40. So I said thats okay and started to walk away. He started being rude at that point and said I shouldn't be here and I just wasted his time. I asked him what's wrong. He said that I had negotiated but when he agreed to let go for $40 I walked away. I told him that I misunderstood you and I didn't realize you wanted to sell at that price. He was still infuriated and told me he will not sell to me and that he would call security if I don't walk away!

Unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Major warning!!!! Don't get watch repaired nor replace a battery even purchase their jewelry there because they will not give you your money back if something goes wrong after 5 minutes. The manager and his partner take advantage "big time " on customers
