Can be overwhelming because there is so much stock! Come with a specific list and then browse the bead soup bins for some creativity boosts. Lovely and helpful staff know their stuff.

It is so big! So much there for just about all crafting. I will absolutely be making it a regular place to go for beads, trims, sequin, crystals, decor, etc.

It is a very interesting store. The staff were very pleasant and did their best to help me. The prices on most items were good. (Glue excluded) Generally, they have much better stock than craft stores. However, I was disappointed with the stock of No. 10 seed beads in orange. I would definitely return.

Large place full of supplies primarily for the bead/jewellery and costume/ regalia artists. There's also some woodcrafts and seasonal decorations. The displays are neat and staff are attentive. Every section had a large assortment of merchandise. This outlet is off the beaten path in a inconspicuous-looking building and you will need to look for their sign. The entrance and parking is at the back. It's definitely a more car-friendly location. On our visit it was not busy but their check-out was slow. There was no tap (so no Google Pay) so bring your debit/credit card. But you're almost certain to find what you came for and you'll enjoy browsing the long aisles! Like I said, its a large place!

They were very expensive compared to other stores that sell things like then. I hate to say this but I got the impression only one person new where everything was but even then the product I ask for I was told they didn't have but me being me I had to look . Sure enough I foundsomething that was the same but different instead of glass it was plastic but I don't understand why she didn't offer the sub.these reasons are why I gave 3 stars.

Been here twice such an amazing selection, so many thing staff are so friendly. My daughter found lots of things for her crafting and great prices.

It's a big store with a very wide selection. The young girl was VERY nice but the older staff were not as customer-friendly. And the prices are not great. There are some deals but there are definitely places where you could get a better bang for your buck.

I love shopping here. Staff is always friendly and the store is clean, organized and sections clearly labeled. Whether you're shopping for a child's hobby or a small business, they have everything you need. Prices are pretty much unbeatable, too.

Chaos ensues, Asked for help taken to an aisle and left there with a basket? Loads of beads if you have hours to try and find what you need. No to little organization of beads, supplies were surprisingly lacking? Left after 1/2hr with nothing but a headache. Try the other place in my ratings.

I don’t know. It depends on why you are going there. If you have definite plans on exactly what to get and you know exactly what it’s called - go. If you want help - forget about it and go somewhere else. They don’t want to know you unless you are a regular customer or make it worth their while. There were three other women who had been looking around when I came who left empty handed. The things they were looking for were probably there. I wish places like this had better signage or a map so that you are not walking around like an overwhelmed fool.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Charged me 50$ for something I didn’t buy, got home, saw the charge. Called them over and over - they never answered. Decided to drive back (20 min each way) and called them on the way as well. Finally someone picked up but as I was explaining my problem, she hang up on me. Got there 5 min before closing time and they would not allow me in saying they closed down everything and I should come back on another day. I was literally begging them to let me in so they give my money back so that I won’t have to take time off from work and spend another 20 min each way to come in another day!!!! Why should I spend an hour and a half in traffic, going to their store to get my money back on a mistake they made in the first place!!! Later Edit: While the above stays true and I was very unhappy with the service that day, when I returned tobe reimbursed, the manager was very nice and helped me with everything I needed so I do appreciate that they took my comment seriously and did everything in their power to make it better.

The store has a vast array of beads, supplies, colored feathers, tools, knitting needles, bras for costumes. Baskets, bottles and birdhouses. Helpful staff. Lots of parking and buggies. They have free knitting, crocheting patterns, in the way out of store. It is a clean store, well stocked for all your craft needs. I will be back.

They have more than just beads, ready-made jewellery and jewellery making accessories, great deals but you need to take your time to browse their immense selection and do a little digging. Unfortunately, most items are plastic but there are real stones. They do offer delivery but it's for the Wholesale clients only and you need a business license for that. The staff are helpful, knowledgable and fun. It was a treat to have some fun integration with them, while shopping. I will recommend your store to friends

There is a lot of stuff, but it's an outlet so you must be prepared that it may be hit and miss, especially if you are looking for something in particular. The prices are ok but not exceptional. They do have great sales which I look forward to. Some of the staff members are helpful, but others are not - I have been treated very rudely at times. The other bead stores in the area have much better customer service. Saying it's an outlet is not an excuse for impolite staff.
