Absolutely unacceptable service! The receptionists are rude when you walk in. The person who flat out said they are idiots has a valid point. Ridiculous wait times. The doctor seems like they are winging it and ask you what you want to do and hesitate to make recommendations when asked. Upon leaving, I was told that what I had done wasn't going to be possible that day and I had to return the next day after a two and a half hour process where they could have told me that right away. I tried calling the office a week later to ask questions, I got a voicemail saying my call would be return within 48 hours. No phone call. It's two weeks later and I can't get ahold of anyone and the voicemail message says that it hasn't been set up yet. I requested for my results to be transferred to my family doctor, I provided their info, and when I called my doctor's office, they said they haven't received any results. During my wait, I saw what they did at the desk. The two receptionists are far from busy. The staff are idiots and I can't believe this place is still in business. They should be shut down because the way they are conducting business could be detrimental to someone's health in the event that something serious arises and this clinic can't operate appropriately enough to handle, or even identify, the issue. It's scary. Someone please do something about this!! It is not safe for patients to go to this clinic!

When I called them couple months ago, to book appointment with Dr. Wang, they said that she was on vacation. Since I only need a blood work, I thought I can see her after she was back. Then I go the blood work done. But I never got call back from them to disucss my blood work results. Then later I have realized that Dr. Wang has no longer worked there at that time. Please if your employee no longer worked for you, tell the truth to patient.

This is a true review. They don’t deserve even a one star. Very very unfriendly (I don’t want to say ”rude”) staff at the front desk. (Not the Chinese girl, but the other receptionist. They say she’s the boss.) I don’t understand, but can a boss of a clinic treat her patients like this? I definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone. If you don’t want anger on top of your pain, don’t go there!

The clinic operation starts from 9:20am but the doctor comes around 11am. They late 1 or 2 hour when they open the clinic. It's so unprofessional. It's a super busy clinic and you feel everybody is really mad at front desk and busy doctors. Not a great place to walk-in. I tell the chinese doctor that I have a fever may be covid, she's like oh we don't deal with covid patients. I'm so mad. She gives me a downtown address and ask me, a 39 Celsius fever patient, to go there to do a test. LOL The truth is there is a walking distance Rexall to do covid test. There is no follow up or any phone call to ask me if I was heal or not. What a garbage clinic. Careless doctor. Never come again to waste your time and money.

Went in today at 2pm and the doctor was not in . I was informed that the doctor went to the Fairview location. They are suppose to be open this location till 4pm (written online). I was told that a doctors assistant was the only one working at the moment. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE. On the door the hours for today were white out . Also, they had lots of signs in manderian that I could not read. Its It's really unprofessional for a doctors office to post incorrect hours online , sick people are mislead to thinking they can receive help. Then play with white out to erase hours posted on the door . At least write in the correct hours . REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

the female doctor Wang is unprofessional and impatient. she doesn't know how to plan a treatment for patients I believe. many Chinese residents complained about her. they asked her to check ONLY because she can speak Chinese. terrible place. I will never come back also.

Called for a reservation and the doctor refused to accept I had two last names and kept calling me stupid because I gave him my two last names. He then hung up on me when I was confirming the location.

I called them to schedule an appointment and ask when the next available time is, but the receptionist only gave me one option, told me to make up my mind, and hung up, saying she was too busy. I tried calling back 4-5 times afterward but nobody picked up for the rest of the morning.

Worst experience ever. I won’t recommend anyone to go here. They don’t tell us anything. Doctor is just available 2 days that’s so bad , the front desk receptionist is not good and she’s very rude. They don’t care for their patients at all. 👎👎👎

Awful experience. No any patience. Before I finished already open the door want to kick me out. I have very badly back pain. But the doctor to refuse to do any check or referral to the specialist. Ask the holiday note for one week. She said EI department check her many times. Ridiculous reason. Not dependence on the patient situation, seems she issued many holiday note just for get EI. Really hope government check this clinic!

Called the office 21 times today nobody listened. It says open from 9:30am-6:30pm today. I started calling from 1pm, nobody ever answered my call.

My health card expired the boss told me I can come back within one week after renewing my health card so I can get my clinic charge refunded. When I came back within one week with my card renewed she told me the health card was just effective and cannot be backdated to one week earlier??? So why did you promise your patients something you cannot actually do which is not acceptable and ridiculous.

Booked my appointment the day before the visit and was able to see the doctor the next day. Had a telephone conference with the doctor and walked in to pickup the prescription. Overall quick and efficient service during the pandemic

Incredibly rude staff and doctors. They are all terrible people, having no compassion for their patients. Would not recommend for anyone.

Doctor misdiagnosed my family member's symptoms. Avoid this clinic at all costs!

Call them 6 times to make appointment. no response. voice message box always full. go there . was told DR Wang take a leave for a while. Why don't the receptionist put the information on the front door! why don't you never clear the voice message box! how lazy you are！ how poor your service are! How pity respectful Wang have so many pig team members!

Dr.Salib is completely opposite from Dr.Yangyang who is gone now. Dr. Salib doesn't even acknolwedge my presence in his room for several minutes, doesn't really care about what problems I have, but make me comeback for unncessary visit to his office again. This has happened every single time I visit him. I see his reviews on rate my doctors are pretty much the same (except for the reviews written by his staffs/relatives).

Dr.Salib coming late, ignoring me when I greet him first, that's nothing, I don't mind those too much. The problem is he's not making specialist appointment for me, and has been lying about it for the last 3 weeks. He was keep lying about it but I saw the paper myself so now I know 100%. This is not something light but life threatening health cocern. By this point, I don't even see him as a doctor but socio/psychopath.

Terrible experience. Dr. Manal is the worst doctor I have ever seen. She even doesn't worth one star. She is very rude lady and no any caring to her patient. Her license should be suspended for ever.

Doctors have no regard for human emotions, showing no sympathy. Receptionist was not willing to hear out my situation and tried to hang up as soon as possible. If you have a medical concern, I recommend visiting any other clinic instead.
