Cashier was rude because I user a thermos instead of their open cups for a slushie, no other 7-11 ever complains about it and I use it because I'm on a motorcycle so I cannot use the plastic cups. It's the closest one to my place but I'll be riding to other locations in the future instead of this one. And don't give me any bull about COVID rules, they don't have to touch the thermos at all.

Pump does not have tap payment. Online gas prices are much lower than when you actually get there. No customer washroom. Lack of garbage cans beside fuel pumps. The list can go on.

I went in to purchase a febreze car air freshener and the price tag showed $5.98. when I got to the cashier he told me the price was $12.92 and I kept trying to tell him what the price tag had shown, but he refused to listen and kept repeating “$12.92”. Horrible customer service.

Danger danger danger! Went in to buy some cigarettes today at 4pm Jul 22, 2020. There were easily 20 customers in a store with a limit of 10 people. I was standing in a sticky puddle of Slurpee while ordering and paying. When I went to pick up my cigarettes from the counter they were stuck together with Slurpee juice. Told the lady behind the counter that there was Slurpee all over the floor and the cigarettes are sticky. Her response: "If you don't like it go shop somewhere else." Do not buy food from this location it's extremely dirty and could pose health risk. Shop with caution please.

Hello owner or manager, i wanted to ask can i request the crew at night to make pizza or wings for me or not?Because the night crew here says we dont sell foods at night.However i have nlticed that if i say i want to speak to manager they make the food for me.I just want to let you know please be clear on your store policies because in ad your promoting 24/7. If you want a good customer review you have to fire the old white guy who works at night and the filipina with spectacles.They are really disrespectful.

I made an order and they delivered me the wrong one. TWICE. Then I tried to call them, but they did not answer for a long time, when they answered my call, they were silent for 17 seconds, and then they dropped the phone.

I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED TODAY ON THE SERVICE OF THIS STORE. I usually buy hashbrowns for my kid here before he goes to school in the morning. Today (8:10 AM) I bought 6 hashbrowns, I went back to the car to provide to my son, then my son ask if he could have water, so I took the plastic cup I have in the car and went back in to get some water on the machine(which I do sometimes with no issues). But the man who served me with the hashbrowns earlier said I am not allowed. I pressed him on this and he said "NOT ALLOWED BUDDY" twice. I even told him that even when I am a customer???. Still no. I ask again why again. He said because we have COFFEE.... I REALLY FELT ANGRY AND HURT. IT'S JUST WATER!!!!

Worst location.. order from Uber and they don’t even send a full slurpee with the proper lid even tho the lid was requested… overpriced hole in the wall.. don’t get what you pay for.. NEVER AGAIN enjoy not getting my money in the future.

I remind them EVERY time I go in "do not grab the drinks I buy by the part I put my mouth on." I've told their manager about her need to retrain her staff on health and safety standards... AND THEY STILL DO IT. Even before covid doing something like this is DISGUSTING. What is so hard about grabbing a drink by the side of the can??? I live across the street and go into 7 eleven EVERY DAY. If there were another convenience store nearby, nobody would go to 7 eleven. Terrible. Just terrible.

The staff was very helpful despite being very busy. I got to meet the manager about an issue, she was beyond friendly and understanding. The store was extremely clean.

Night shift are always friendly. During the day Most staff are unfriendly and rude. The floor was so dirty. Boxes from restock all over the floor at 6:30pm when the store is busy. People be Trippin’, literally and figuratively. With no option for paper bags. Best advice unless it’s late at night, stop anywhere else.

Avoid like covid! They are all foreigners who can't speak proper English so trying to ask them anything is impossible and they are rude they hung up on me 3 times on the phone for trying to ask them something, Also the last time I was in there I seen a cockroach running across the floor 😳

Visited there a very last nigh. I witnessed a Asian female staff(long hair)are so impolite to a Uber driver when the driver tried to pick up the goods!!! Why been so mean a Uber driver. So horrible !

I came to this store Saturday afternoon. This store charged my card twice and when I asked for a refund the same day, they told me to come back the next day when the manager is in so I called to make sure the manager is in but apparently not in. Apparently no one knows how to give a refund in this store and blames my bank that my card got charged twice. So when I asked when the manager is in, apparently no one knows when the manager is in. I asked if they can call and ask their manager when they’re coming, apparently they don’t have their number either. Shocked that they don’t have their managers number so I asked who do you call for emergency, I was told they have no manager and hanged up. Thank you 711 for charging my card twice and caring so much about your customers.

I worked night shifts and the only restaurant or convenience store near me is this 7/11. Until now, I used to praise 7/11. However, today I had the most horrible night there. There were two very impolite employees working there, one old man, and a Filipina woman. If the 7/11 manager is reading this, you need to talk with the crew working on March 16th night. What happened was I went to get pizza and coffee. First, the coffee machine was empty, so I told them to refill it. One of the employees started refilling it, then he had to go to the register to deal with customers. During that time, all the coffee was coming out of the machine, but the other crew Filipina woman saw that, but she ignored it for some reason. Plus, whenever these crew members work, they stop serving food except hotdogs after 10 pm. Today, I was so frustrated that I told them to make the pizza anyway because it's 24/7. So the old guy pretended to call the cops on me using his phone, but I stood there and waited for the cops. However, later on, when I said I needed to talk to the manager, they made a pizza for me and wanted to get rid of me very fast. Fyi-The other crew i have dealt with they are really nice and do their job.Its the old man and filipina women wearing goggles are very disrectful.
