Dealt with Vince, and from the initial visit to production he was informative and knowledgeable and made honest suggestions for the design that would make it better, without trying to upsell. I really appreciated the time spent and will be back.

I had a watch resized here that they did while I waited. What a nice family. They even offered me an espresso. Looking through their displays while I waited I saw some really quality pieces and the prices seemed reasonable. I have been looking for a new jewellery store as the one I used to be loyal to shut down. I think I may have found it.

After a moth looking for a nice gift for a baptism (Im going to be the godmother) I found this stored today. Excellent customer service, very patient and understood exactly what I wanted and the selection was unique. I've got slightly disappointing experience when you told one price for the battery change (that is stated on your receipt & order) and then when you pick it up, you pay a higher price. Can't comment in terms of quality of batteries as I picked it up recently.

Went in to ask for a ring resize but instead they gave us a suggestion to *not* buy anything. Is that bad? No! We came in thinking we'd need to get resizing beads for my fiance's engagement but the person working there offered us suggestions to save us money. They sounded like they genuinely cared about what's best for us (something rare these days in a retail environment these days). Will definitely return and recommend my friends to go in the future.

I broke the clasp of my bracelet quote some time ago but never found the time to look for a shop to repair it. I found Lucio's and I feel lucky to have found a store with excellent service. They are very friendly and the workmanship is excellent with reasonable cost for repairing my bracelet. I would not hesitate to go back for any future needs.
