The middle aged Asian lady was extremely rude. Was there on a Wednesday evening at 8 pm. She tried to charge me $140 because the ink cartridge got stuck in my fountain pen. What’s worse is if it happened again she would not guarantee not charging me this fee again. For the exorbitant prices you are paying for a special writing instrument you would think that the staff would be better trained and something as simple as pulling out an ink cartridge would not cost $140! On a positive note The Spanish gentleman was extremely polite and Atleast tried to make friendly conversation. Unfortunately not impressed with the after care service and how they treat clients after spending $1800 on a pen. I I will not be returning to Mont Blanc or recommending it to any of my clients after the horrendous experience.

Been here window-shipping a few times and have always been struck by how warm and friendly the staff is. Most fancy brands have polite and friendlt staff but they're usually a bit stiff. But these guys here are always so charming and down-to-earth even when I wasn't buying anything. Well I finally bought a wallet today and the saleslady Snow was amazing. She was extremrly friendly and felt like chatting with an old friend. NO PRESSURE SALES AT ALL. I love the product but I love the service from her even more!

I visited this store around 8:30pm Aug 16th. Upon purchasing, I was asked why I ‘didn’t have an account with them’ and when I revealed that so far I’ve only received gifts from Montblanc, the sales associate’s attitude changed from courteous to nonchalant at best, dismissive at worst. Didn’t even look up to say goodbye. 2 stars for finding what I was looking for; minus 3 stars for being a total snob.

Fantastic store and helpful people. Great experience while shopping for a pen. They offered us drinks and had quick engraving. Love this store!

Mickey mouse company, bought a $1400 Summit 2 Smart watch from them 3 years ago, they don't even accept to repair the watch, what a poor management. Don't buy anything from this store.

Went there today and left after waiting for 10 mins outside the store to be let in as they are only allowing one customer per associate. Total nonsense. Have purchased lots of stuff from this location and will not be back.

Tried to sample a fountain pen. As soon I started writing, the staff started praising how great the pen is, and she goes "The president of Russia and China uses Mont Blanc on historic occasions..." How are these dictators great example as the users of their product? It completely ruined my experiences. According to Kant, aesthetics judgement is not fundamentally different from moral judgements. I just can't take this experience with me buying a pen. It happens sometimes at luxury stores maybe because me as Chinese appears to their sales targeting demography nowadays. It's getting on my nerves though these money-hungry stores bend their morals to the status-seeking fobs. Mont Blanc also makes a whole bunch of signature pens such as for Jimi Hendricks and whoever who are't even writers. I love Jimi and I have not read anywhere he used mont blanc in any occasion. It's pretentious that Mont Blanc tried to associate itself with significant cultural icons for publicity. I went with Sailor 1911L fountain pen on eBay, shipped from Japan, much better in terms of value. Sailor nibs all made in Hiroshima, by locals. Mont Blanc probably have factories outside Germany or have Made-In-Germany by non-locals just like Made-In-Italy cloths are. (There is a significant population from ZheJiang, China who live in Prato Italy only to make those product in a way not much different from the sweat shops in China. These foreign workers legal/illegal don't speak Italian nor leave their community for much of their years there.) I write roman as well as kanji, so Japanese Fountain Pens are better geared towards any ways. I am disappointed by the direction of Mont Blanc in general. It's nothing but rich man's plaything.

I love my fountain pen that I purchased a few years back. It recently required a new nib. Service was fast and efficient. All reps are top notch!!

I've bought my first Montblanc product today and it definitely won't be my last. Love its simple/minimal design! It is also very sturdy and functional. I have also gotten to know Assistant Boutique Manager at the store, Karla, who was very kind and knowledgeable about the product. She went over and beyond to get the right product to me (the products I wanted was sold out so she order one for me). Look for Karla if you have any inquiry. Overall, I am very satisfied with their product and services and I would definitely recommend the store and Karla to other people.

Perfect experience. My wife bought me a “gift” pen, fully expecting me to go back to choose the details. Veronica was exceptional. She walked me through the whole process from nib to trim. She even went into the back to look through the newly delivered inventory to get the perfect case. Once the transaction was compete, she took the time to show us some premium pieces including the Purdy gun wood limited edition and the Little Prince fountain pen. The store was busy but she focused on us to make sure our experience was exceptional. Well done Monte Blanc Well done Veronica

The Yorkdale Montblanc Boutique is wonderful - the location is great and the staff is super friendly. They are really passionate and knowledgeable with all their product lines. It has been a pleasure working with Karla. I waited for over a year for a special edition fountain pen and it will be finally arriving soon! Many thanks.

Got to love Montblanc craftsmanship unlike many luxury brand outsourcing their production to 3rd world nations with questionable quality control.

A place Called home! wonderful management and team members exceptional direct excellence of customer service, highly skilled and high adaptable to the clients and or customers needs. I have to say I love my Journal its loaded with awesomeness so I cannot post a picture because its securely locked away for only my viewing. the Journal is different because of the Handcrafted Italian Leather which is by far awesome!! The first Journal of my kind of excellence 10/10 the small is wonderful lol that's how you know its real leather lol! sorry don't try this at home there are other ways to tell real leather from the fakes!! Mont Blanc team please continue to provide 100000000%%%% the best highly awesomeness customer service!! I will return to check and to buy lol hahah!! happy holidays!!

Ive visited this location on previous occasions to purchase refills for my Montblanc ballpoint pen. It's a really nice store with very good customer service. I'm planning to return since I'm going to purchase fountain pen for a friend of mine. There aren't a lot of locations that deal with Mont Blanc Reading Eggs and they hardly discount. I would recommend this store highly if you're looking for this product.

Always visited this Yorkdale Mont Blanc and bought stuffs I needed. Was thinking about Louis Vuitton for another option. But big thanks to Lucia! She did an amazing job from the moment she answered my phone, and she is the reason I finally made purchase. Lucia is knowledgeable, patient and very helpful, she answered my questions in a timely manner and professional way, which made me have all trust on her. We had to reschedule the delivery time, she went over and beyond to make sure everything was in order and made the delivery happened right on time! Great job Lucia! You are the asset to the Mont Blanc team!

Karla was an absolute pleasure to work with, she was extremely friendly, kind, professional and went above and beyond to ensure my custom engraving was done exactly has I hoped. I did not have the best experience at the store. The staff have no clue about what you are asking and keep repeating the some generic answer. Poor customer service, they sell the product and dont have the time to educate you. They close the store early and then expect you to come back another day to pick it up.

I went to this location Nov 06, 2023 around 7p.m. and the service there was absolutely horrendous- I would avoid this location. The staff need training and should learn to respect all customers. Avoid!
