The customer service here is unprecedented. I decided to get contact lenses here for the first time after the great reviews, and it's definitely been an encouraging experience with how patient and attentive the staff has been. I must've been in the store for 2 hours practicing putting in contact lenses but Dianna was encouraging the entire time and made sure I left the store feeling comfortable with the lenses. Even after picking up my lenses when they arrived, Dianna continued to answer my emails—I accidentally tore a piece of my lens a week in and freaked out thinking the piece was in my eye, but she was reassuring and offered a replacement pair when I asked about the replacement policy.

Excellent customer service and care , nice and friendly staff, stylish frame selections. Today I walked in for the first time to see if they could help with my Essilor eyeglass lenses which I had not even purchased from them – I wished I knew them before I ordered from elsewhere. Mr. Isaac was really kind, humble and helpful. Taking his time to help me with the issue at no charge. Fantastic service, remarkable experience. Really appreciated.

In fact, he took the time out to fix my glasses that were not fitting properly for the past two years without any hesitation. I have been wearing (and buying!) glasses for more than 20 years: Never have I had a better experience at an eyewear store/clinic than that at the Eyelike Optical! Dr. Long was very caring and knowledgeable and made the experience very smooth. When it came time to pick out glasses, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Had new lenses put into my frames that I’ve had for 4 years now. The other place gave me my frames back widened to the point where they’re constantly falling off my face if I so much as glanced down. Walked in here and Isaac was so incredibly friendly. Narrowed my frames for me and rebalanced them at no cost even though it was another shop that made the mistake. So nice and excellent customer service, highly recommended and will be returning!

Eyelike Optical staff members are all very knowledgeable about everything and anything related to eye contacts, sunglasses and eyeglasses. So from the first foot step put into the store you are in good hands. I personally made several visits to this location specifically because of their manager 'Young Joo'. From my first need of sunglasses to my next visit for prescription glasses she had helped with great patience answering each question in a highly detailed manner. Their collections are up to date with many brands. I am thankful for their convenient location close to where I live, otherwise I would have never found my go-to optical place. I came in to repair my glasses and although the frame was not from this place, Isaac offered to repair it free of charge! I moved to North York recently and I had to get a new pair of glasses as my old pair was getting old. I stopped by this location after a quick google search because it was the closest location from where I live. The service that I recieved was well above the expectation and it doesn't surprise me that this location has 4.9 average stars. The staffs were friendly and they kindly helped me choose the right frame. They suggested more than 10 paris. Typically, other locations provided me less than 5 and I am quite surprised by their selection numbers. Each selection was exceptional as well. The pricing was really good as well. I am definitely going to recommend this place to my fellows.

I went in to get 2 pairs of sunglasses fixed. Glass popped out, missing screws. Elvan had both pairs fixed and cleaned within 5 minutes and didn't charge me anything! Amazing customer service to say the least! Thank you!

I've been visiting Eyelike Optical for the past few years, and it is the best eye clinic I've been to! Dr.Pham is very kind, caring, and knowledgeable. He always ensure my eyes are at the best condition. The staffs are also very friendly and caring. The place is kept very clean where staffs are regularly sanitizing, providing customers with comfortable environment for a visit.

I would like to share my experience with Eyelike Optical. The male optometrist is very nice, professional and polite. Sales re is proactive but introduced a pair of eye glasses that does not fit my eyes and vision. Since i am not a professional, and do not have relevant knowledge, i paid $400 for the new eye glasses. However when the new glasses arrived, i felt dizzy & super uncomfortable as the design & angles are not suitable me at all. Luckily, the owner (Ms. Diana) allows me to pick another eye glasses without charging me any additional costs and the new one fits much better. I truly appreciate the owner who knows how to please and serve customers by her heart. When i came to pick up the second new glasses, a female Optician and a female sales representative@ Eyelike Optical (yonge street location) is not patient at all and always wants me to leave. Her attitude was bad and acted like very rush & rude. She made me feel like i am wasting her time and need to leave NOW. Overall, i appreciated and thank you the optometrist and the owner Diana very much. Just the Optician and the sales representative needs to get more training on customer services, especially on their tone, attitude etc. I will come back again because of the professional services provided by the business owner and the optometrist but unwant the same female Optician & sales representative serve me again.

Arthur was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Testing was quick and efficient - Eyelike Optical had a variety of designer glasses to choose from after testing. Front staff was so kind and helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses. Highly recommend!
