Professional,
friendly
and
knowledgeable,
Kia
is
definitely
the
best
trainer
that
I
have
met
so
far.
I
have
been
training
on
my
own
for
a
while,
and
was
looking
for
a
trainer
to
teach
me
more
proper
forms
and
general
knowledge
about
a
healthy
lifestyle.
I
watched
how
3-4
other
personal
trainers
teach
at
different
gyms,
and
from
my
point
of
view,
two
big
problems
with
a
lot
of
trainers
are
1.
push
things
too
fast
and
over-train
their
clients
to
try
to
see
results
fast,
but
causes
injury
in
the
end;
2.
boring
repetitive
workouts
and
does
not
teach
much
other
than
just
how
to
do
the
exercises.
So,
I
was
very
surprised
when
I
found
Kia,
and
I
think
I
am
very
lucky.
Up
to
now,
I
have
taken
7
classes,
and
I
can
see
that
Kia
is
very
professional
with
many
years
of
training
experience.
Instead
of
rushing
things
through,
he
taught
me
the
proper
forms
of
each
type
of
exercises,
helped
me
set
up
workout
plans,
and
seperated
workouts
into
light,
medium
and
heavy
days
so
that
I
can
get
enough
rest
while
ensuring
adequate
stimulation
of
muscles.
On
top
of
that,
Kia
is
also
very
knowledgeable
and
I
learned
a
lot
about
nutrition
and
injury
prevention
in
our
conversations
(such
as
the
90
degrees
rule,
which
is
very
important
for
preventing
shoulder
pain).
Lastly,
one
thing
that
stood
out
to
me
is
that
Kia
is
very
precise
at
pinpointing
the
key
points
when
teaching.
This
helped
me
a
lot
when
I
was
learning
new
exercises
and
correcting
improper
forms.
Bottom
line,
Kia
is
the
right
kind
of
trainer
to
go
for
if
you
are
looking
for
someone
who
can
teach
you
a
full
range
of
knowledge
on
how
to
achieve
your
goals,
no
matter
if
it's
gaining
muscles,
losing
weight,
managing
pain,
or
staying
healthy.
