    Before any detail: Kiarash is a must recommend! As a newbie to physical training I was pretty skeptical of everything related to it until I met my awesome trainer Kiarash a.k.a Kia. He was very friendly (still is!) and made me feel very comfortable. I have been training with him for past 4 months. He explains the exercises and their targeted muscle groups, he follows up regarding any discomforts I might have post the sessions, he also accommodates for my changing office schedules and is always motivating me to do better. I feel stronger 🏋️and I sleep better!😴 Changing me for good, a session at a time... Thank you Kia...

    10/10!!! Would recommend to literally anyone interested in moving towards a healthier lifestyle. My partner and I have been training with Kia for six months now and we are blown away by both his expertise and the results of our time with him. We both suffer from gym anxiety and Kia is so good at making us feel safe, supported, and motivated to succeed. I truly can't thank him enough for the energy and expertise he brings to his practice and serious recommend him to anyone looking for a PT.

    Been working with Kia on and off (due to my own inconsistencies!) for a few years now. He's always been extremely helpful and super on top of correct form so as to avoid any injuries, yet pushes hard to get you to the next level. Has also assisted with what to eat and when! Highly recommend - BOOM!

    I’ve been training with Kiarash for over a year now. He motivates and drives results while focusing on long term health and sustainability. I look forward to the workouts - the programs are tailored to you and it’s so rewarding to see the results over time. He’s also a very nice person - patient, kind and easy to get along with.

    Kia is a great trainer! He tailored his program to your goals. He has a great way of motivating you to work hard and find ways to keep it fun and sustainable long term. He also shared tips on nutrition, good sleeping habits, etc. He has helped me meet my goals within the span of 6 months. I feel better about myself and have more energy after each workout.     I had a goal I had to reach for a job application. He went above and beyond in working with me, developing personal programs and even creating a outdoor course to simulate the test. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

    I was in Toronto for 7 weeks. With Kia’s instructions, I lost 10 lbs with minor changes to my lifestyle. I only wish I could have stayed more and continue working with Him. Thank you!

    Kiarash is extremely kind and considerate, focusing of your fitness goals in a healthy and safe manner. He explains proper form and the reasonings for everything so exercise can be sustainable long term!

    I have been training with Kia for over a year. He is motivating and challenges you to reach higher but in a safe way so fear of injury. I would recommend you give his service a try if you are looking for guidance in meeting your fitness goals!

    This has been one of the best investments I've made & I'm so glad I found NYPT! I've been training with Kiarash for the past six months and I've already begun to see amazing progress towards my fitness objectives and often get feedback from friends and family on how fit I look! I had never stepped foot in a gym before and was looking for a trainer who could work with me to build a structured plan and a clear path forward – and Kiarash met me exactly where I was at. I particular appreciate Kiarash's attention to detail: he keeps track of my progress, adjusts my plan to challenge and motivate me, pays particular attention to avoiding injury, and has overall taught me so much about fitness and nutrition. I often get asked why a young lad like myself needs a trainer, but I can honestly say that I wouldn't have been able to make as much progress as I have without Kiarash & NYPT. If you're thinking about working with a trainer, I encourage you to reach out to Kiarash! 10/10

    I had never hired a personal trainer before and I'm very grateful that I started my workout journey with him. Kiarash is very experienced and knowledgeable, and always mindful about preventing injuries. He customizes workout plans based on your body type and needs, which is very appreciated as I initially wasn't sure if personal training was for me. As a thin man in his late-30s who's always had a hard time gaining weight, I find his workout programs and advise on nutritions very very effective. I've been working out with him for about 6 months, and I've gained over 10 pounds in a very heathy, comfortable way. This may sound like nothing to a lot of people, but for me adding 10+ lbs by building muscle is something that I would never be able to achieve on my own. He pushes you to the next level, but our sessions never feel like a torture. I actually look forward to our sessions and have fun working out with him. I am so glad that I didn't start DIY'ing my workout based on random YouTube and Instagram videos. Now I understand that it's very easy to hurt yourself if you work out the wrong way. I highly recommend his service to anyone who wants to lose/gain weight through workout.

    I’ve been following Kia’s routine for 3 months now consistently, and I’ve noticed visible results. He’s easy to work with, and the option to train at his place or mine is also a plus. Would definitely recommend.

    Professional, friendly and knowledgeable, Kia is definitely the best trainer that I have met so far. I have been training on my own for a while, and was looking for a trainer to teach me more proper forms and general knowledge about a healthy lifestyle. I watched how 3-4 other personal trainers teach at different gyms, and from my point of view, two big problems with a lot of trainers are 1. push things too fast and over-train their clients to try to see results fast, but causes injury in the end; 2. boring repetitive workouts and does not teach much other than just how to do the exercises. So, I was very surprised when I found Kia, and I think I am very lucky. Up to now, I have taken 7 classes, and I can see that Kia is very professional with many years of training experience. Instead of rushing things through, he taught me the proper forms of each type of exercises, helped me set up workout plans, and seperated workouts into light, medium and heavy days so that I can get enough rest while ensuring adequate stimulation of muscles. On top of that, Kia is also very knowledgeable and I learned a lot about nutrition and injury prevention in our conversations (such as the 90 degrees rule, which is very important for preventing shoulder pain). Lastly, one thing that stood out to me is that Kia is very precise at pinpointing the key points when teaching. This helped me a lot when I was learning new exercises and correcting improper forms. Bottom line, Kia is the right kind of trainer to go for if you are looking for someone who can teach you a full range of knowledge on how to achieve your goals, no matter if it's gaining muscles, losing weight, managing pain, or staying healthy.
