Don't waste money. Not recommend this swimming club. Choose another private swimming school with good service. The swimming pool is chill. The staff doesn't care about kids' health. My kid got sick one time. But I didn't report it 24 hours in advance. No one can predict getting sick in advance, especially the kids. The swimming pool is cold and freeze. Several young kids couldn't stay in the water. My kid got sick second time after he took the course. The school didn't give the chance to make up the course , neither. The staff said the reason was this was the last course in this semester and it is the policy of school.

My daughter went to White dolphin swimming school on March 2019. She was level 1 before she got to the school. After 9 months she has reached the level 5. She has grown 8 cm tall at the past one year. She is healthier now, no more badly coughing, arms and legs are stronger. The teachers are very responsible and nice. 6 locations in North York, very close to my home.

I have been searching for a good and clean pool for a long time! now found it. The lady instructor is very kind, patient and encouraging. The ideal time for ladies make us feel more comfortable during swimming class. I'd highly recommend WD swim, best swimming experience ever. Both my daughter and I have joined the evening swimming classes and enjoy together.

My son has been studying here for 3 years. From being afraid of water at the beginning, he now enjoys it very much. The teachers are kind and professional and the environment is clean. Highly recommend!

Be careful if the payment in advance . They will refuse to to refund any fee no mater whatsoever. Steal money and no shame at all.

Highly recommend this swimming club. My 6 years old daughter was beginner and didn’t know anything of swimming. After she took one term of swimming class at WD Swim, she can do freestyle now and start learning next level. The instructor is very nice and patient, at the beginning my daughter was afraid of water but her instructor encouraged her a lots to help her overcome the challenges.

My son has been swimming with White Dolphin Swimming Club for 4 lessons now. The results have been amazing. The last session with Kevin He has shown how much progress my son has made. Kevin’s attention and positive reinforcement helped my son make great strides in his confidence and ability with swimming in just 1 lesson. We hope that Kevin is recognized by the organization for his amazing instruction and we hope that he can be my son’s instructor in future sessions.

Really a nice space. My son loves it so much. Love the facility. Love their business goals. when I'm done my workouts, there's always the pool or steam room to help relax.

We’ve been there for more than 4 years, both of my 2 kids like it. The coach is patient and nice, it’s a good place for kid to learn swimming.

They teach very quickly, I like it very much. I have a child who is 7 years old and can't swim. He learned freestyle and backstroke during a semester. Another 12-year-old child learned freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly strokes in one semester.

My little one has been learning swimming for 4 weekend here, he is able to swim for around 10 feet now. The teachers are so patience, I'm thankful that my little one has chance to learn swimming in White Dolphin.

The teachers are very experience, my daughter put her head under the water at the second lesson. It's a big improvement. She had attended 3 swimming programs at the community center last year. She's still never put her head under the water. Because they didn't ask her to wear the goggles.

I have been taking my son here for nearly 2 years. He started when he was 8 months old with me and now swims with an instructor. transitioning to swimming with an instructor alone was a bit touch and go but the staff were super patient and now he loves it. love this place!

The pool location is so convenient for us. The instructors have been so kind and friendly and most importantly competent. My son is having a wonderful time. I signed up for more classes because I can see the difference in my son’s swimming ability. It’s remarkable.

My granddaughter had her first lesson at WD and thoroughly enjoyed it. Her coach was very attentive to all the children. Having moved from another swim school, I believe we have made a good choice.

Have been going through a few swimming schools for my son and finally settled down in WD SWIM. Good and professional coaches as they have their own ways to get the student adapt to their style of coaching. Highly recommended.

Their instructors teach very well. kids love the lesson. Nice staff very good facilities, perfect environment. My kids have a blast. It's an easy decision to sign up year after year.

I am very happy to meet such a responsible coach. He will swim around the students to prevent them from having special problems or accidents. My child reported some problems to me. Although they seemed to the child to be simple and minor problems, such problems were directly criticized by the coach in the most severe manner. I understand the coach because I am impressed by his meticulous attention to safety.

They are patient, thorough and very professional. They taught my son how to swim while having fun in the pool. My son looks forward to seeing his favorite coaches.

I come here occasionally during the weekend to bring my 3 year-old daughter for a casual swim. The entrance fee is reasonable , as the facility (e.g. toilet and changing room) and the swimming pools are clean and well-maintained.

I really like how flexible the scheduling is, the girls at the front desk always help when I have a make up or I want to create a new schedule. Overall it's a terrific experience for my two year old and I would recommend it to everyone!
