I
had
a
good
experience,
especially
considering
all
the
complaints
posted
on
the
reviews
here
and
passport
buzz
that
has
been
around.
No
need
to
be
there
in
the
middle
of
the
night
if
you
donโt
necessarily
require
urgent
pick
up.
If
you
go
after
11am
there
is
NO
overwhelming
LINE
anymore
and
you
can
submit
your
request
without
the
hustle.
We
went
to
pick
up
our
passports
at
3pm
and
the
offices
were
busy
but
accessible
enough
to
be
in
and
out
within
30
minutes
to
1
hour
depending
on
the
complexity
of
your
case.
We
went
on
a
Monday
(Oct
3rd)
for
an
urgent
pick
up
due
to
work
โ
after
a
long
weekend
โ
which
we
thought
would
be
a
nightmare
queue
for
that
matter
alone.
I
donโt
know
if
it
is
the
weather
already,
but
there
werenโt
that
many
people
before
7am,
after
that,
the
line
started
to
get
quite
long.
We
arrived
around
4:15
am
(second
in
line).
We
were
let
inside
7am,
waited
inside
until
8:30
when
the
service
itself
starts
and
we
were
out
of
there
by
9:15am.
Before
7am,
the
guard
went
outside
to
talk
to
the
people
in
line
and
explained
the
process
and
separated
the
line
between
passports
services
and
all
others.
7am
โ
Line
moves
with
the
commissioner
office
to
the
mezzanine
below
the
3rd
floor
using
the
escalator.
Masks
are
distributed
for
those
without
one.
8:15am
โ
Line
starts
to
move
to
another
room
on
the
3rd
floor
to
get
a
ticket/attendance
number
which
keeps
everyone
organized.
8:30am
โ
Commissioner
walks
a
set
of
people
to
the
passport
room
entrance
door
and
scatter
people
around
the
attendants
available
at
that
moment.
This
keeps
on
going
repeatedly
until
the
fuzz
is
over
and
less
crowed.
Everyone
was
nice
enough
to
do
their
job
and
answer
the
questions.
If
you
are
looking
for
โsmiling
facesโ
there
is
not
the
place,
so
donโt
throw
tantrums
or
bad
reviews
for
that.
