The people working here are very grumpy and not very friendly especially the asian woman. They are very cheap and stingy with portions especially if you ask for some extra topping for the soups that cost them 2 cents. They are always miserable and not inviting at all. They need to offer special promos to boost there business it seems. They give you 1 napkin. Its unreal. They are not business savvy at all unfortunately and dont know customer service well.

Not impressed. I posted pictures of what I ordered and posted another of what I actually received. I was told the menu lets you know ingredients but they don’t have any available (I have to check online). I ordered medium curry with chicken, rice and vegetables. I received curry chicken, rice with a bunch of potato and pineapple with a few coloured things that must be vegetables. I will definitely order something else if I ever go back. Rude service; I asked the server how ordering works in this place and he didn't explain anything properly. I told him I wanted curry and then he started serving someone else.

11 dollars meal, cant even give tissue. You need to go back and give you tissue 1 at a time. They want you to go to tim hortons and get tissue there. Food is not bad cus service is awful. No wonder thers no lineup on a lunch time.

You probably read the review already and it is as bad as it sounds like. Service is ok. I don't have any issue with that. But the food is bad. My Pad Thai noodle is undercooked. Doesn't have any eggs or green onion in it. Tofu and beef pieces are small. I decided to give it a try since I go to the gym inside the mall here but probably won't go back for it

Today I ordered Thai red curry with shrimps, that's the worst Thai dish I ever in my life. I got full of rice potion with little curry. The curry made with big chunk of onion and green bell pepper only. There was no coconut flavor at all. All my money on waste.😡

The service is not bad, but what I give 1 star on is the food. I ordered a pad thai and it was very dry. Everytime I order a pad thai, it’s always dry and has a very strange taste to it. The pans they use are probably very old and are not cleaned properly, which is why their food may taste strange compared to the ones in the other brances. I hope they do better.

The rudest person who I have ever seen! I bought my meal and I paid money, after he asked me to pay for just two extra fork!! He increased his voice, I don’t recommend this restaurant, NEVER

they have a $10.50 ginger beef/chicken and rice combo that is literally the best thing in that food court

Ok for fast food Thai. Don't expect authentic food

Last week was our first time we visited this fine restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the good service, with the high quality food and fine drinks and with the friendly cost. We will surely come back again.

Disappointed with food. Order pad Thai chicken and mango salad. $20 later the salad is mostly lettuce and unwashed cilantro. The pad Thai on par with servings as other locations but no flavour. The sauce and peanuts servings on the side of where they prepare food, was dirty greasy and almost no peanuts left. Not ordering from this place again.

There were hairs in my pho, chicken was undercooked. Terrible experience, will not be coming back.
