Unfortunately this is a pretty bad store overall. Taco Bell is average at best to begin with and this location even ruins that. Service is poor and the food is usually cold which makes no sense. Considering it being in a Food Court you are almost better off going anywhere else instead of here.

Mushy soft tacos; broken soggy hard tacos. Expensive for what you get. Toppings like sour cream are extra. I can't recommend it to anyone. You are, honestly and truly, better off with a taco kit from the grocery store.

Fries are soggy They don't have hot sauce; a Mexican restaurant without hot sauce 😂😂😂

Pretty good location. Fries were fresh and warm. Better than few other Taco Bell place. Good for quick bite. I ordered combo 8. I think it’s new. Not a big fan but it’s ok still

If I could give this customer service a zero I would. Been coming here for years, I work in the mall. I order my usual cheese fries however this time it came in a tiny bag with the sauce on the side in a small container…. I said to the girl “it normally comes in the fry supreme box. She rudely says “no.”And I insisted saying yes I get it all the time, could I please get it in the box. She again said in short response “no”. I told her that how I always receive it , it’s very difficult to eat it this way and the portion is way smaller and the price is higher. I went to another location near by and order cheese fries and it came as usual in the fry supreme box. I’m thinking this location is racist and being difficult for no reason because no other location has that rule it comes in the normal box. Very disappointed with the way I was treated. Instead of compromising they just refunded me.

Was waiting in line before 8:55. After a couple minutes the cashier said they can only serve one more person. It was the person in front of me. There was no one behind me. I asked if I could order just 3 burritos. She said no. I asked don’t they take orders until 9? She said they stop at 8:55. There was nothing said for 2 minutes while I was waiting in line. Very disappointed with the service here. The only reason I was this late is I was having issues with the EV charger at the mall. I don’t recommend this location as they have no customer service. They are a disgrace to the brand.

One of the few Taco Bell's left in the GTA. Glad it is still here. No it's not real Mexican but c'mon, who goes to taco bell expecting authenticity? Let's call it what it is which is fast food comfort food that takes you back to your childhood.

Usually pretty good however I went today and ordered 2 crunchwraps and 2 hard tacos (BOGO Tacos on Monday), took my order home and noticed that I was missing and entire Crunchwrap, I returned to the location with my bag and explained I was missing my 2nd Crunchwrap. They denied I ordered a 2nd Crunchwrap and asked for the receipt. I explained I didn’t have it since I was never given it, however I could show that my card was charged a total equal to 2 crunchwraps and the bogo tacos to which I was told that wouldn’t work and I was a liar. To be fair I should’ve checked my bag before I left, however I don’t take kindly to being called a liar. Likely not returning to this location.

Ordered a Mexican pizza and it tasted amazing! Really great customer service

Worst burrito I have in my entire life. - soggy tortilla - paste of stuffing, cant distinguish what's in it, and looks like vomit - you cannot easily spot out the steak, I would say thin shreds of beef instead - extreme salty, and there is no flavour at all Turns out the combo costs $13, totally a waste. The chips are okay.

The picture speaks for itself!! I used to love this place in the States but not anymore after I came to this location. ☹️ I asked the lady if this is the burrito supreme I ordered and she said yes looking at my burrito knowing that it looks terrible and small comparing the picture

This is place is absolute chaos, I ordered a veggie box for 12.50 and they didn't even bother to give me the crush wrap. And fries were sweet for some reason. And now I know why I should never see tiktok videos about food chains and go order food. This is absolute waste on money and time

Overall it was a okay experience at this particular location. Ordered a 7 layer bean burrito and later found out that there were no rice in it instead they put just more lettuce and tomatoes and they did not inform me that they were out of rice.

I got 3 packets of sauce for 6 tacos. Cheap people. Terrible customer service. A disgrace to the Taco Bell brand.

Hey all never ever buy from here , a very poor and indecent staff with attitude . I asked for veggie tacos but they gave me a beaf tacos. They replaced it .I absolutely disappointed. They did not even apologize for the mistake. The staff ridiculous. I request to the the store owner please teach them some basic greeting gestures towards the customers.the customer service was very very poor at this location .

Like others have said...this place legit has a legally blind person making food. Ordered a crunchwrap supreme and there was nothing supreme about it. I had all tortilla and literally no beef. Felt like it was some vegan transition food or something.

Food court outpost of the beloved fast food taco chain at Fairview Mall. Service is prompt and efficient, Baja Blast seemed a bit syrup-heavy last time I was there but otherwise it lives up to the usual standard.

Told the worker that there is black dirt inside the drink. On top of that he used the same cup and filled it 60 percent. Not coming here again

A friend and i came to the mall and stopped for lunch in the food court. We ordered a chicken quesadilla as well as cheese fries and 2 baja blasts. They threw the quesadilla in the bag upside down which then all fell apart. They did not give us the cheese fries and when we asked for the cheese politely the worker simply said “you got them” and walked away. only giving 2 starts because the baja blasts never seem to disappoint.

We got the cheesy chalupa big box, Doritos bean taco and the cheese rice & bean burrito. The food was better than other fast food places in the mall and prices were great too. For four people it came up to about $17. They have the tastiest hot sauce in my opinion it’s not spicy but it is tasty.

Ordered a grande nachos for to go but they said they can't separate everhting. common sense, you'll put the chillis and cheese and i'll eat it in like half an hour? nachos will be mushy already and not crunchy...cancelled my order.

This place is my first choice site. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. when I want to go to a special lunchon, this is the place that comes first to my head. splendid and all kinds of food and a rich menu.courteous team, and great spirit. And very important, the expence is fair. I recommend this restaurant with no doubt.

My favourite fast food place! Who needs burgers and fries when you can get tacos and nachos? Gotta love their fire sauce. The other sauces are good too but the fire sauce is the best.

The package deals are not discounted deals, you simply are ordering and pay more or less the individual itemized prices together. The Doritos tacos should all be supreme with all the trimmings. There are no incentives to up buy a meal package to save money and better value. Staff are nice, there should be one other staff at the counter, the wait to order was 10 minutes, food pick up order was 10 minutes.

So bad, I came expecting the deal for $5 favorites that Taco Bell advertised and never received it. Poor service, the girls were talking in the backroom while I was waiting for service. Too bad they don't give refills anymore, there are still great Taco Bells that do this. Really bad value, I ended up paying $13 for a meal for a crunchwrap with fries supreme, like are they really trying rob me here? I ordered my food without cheese because of an intolerance and my taco came with traces of cheese in it. In addition my paper bag and wrapping were dirty with nacho cheese and sauce!

Really enjoyed my food that I ordered here. Everything was packed really well and my tacos tasted delicious. The service staff will really friendly and got my order right.

The worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. I waited for my food for over 20 mins while all the workers, including the cashier were standing in the back talking. Extremely unprofessional don’t recommend going to this location.

Order from here once in a while after a hangover. They always seem to mess up the order. Whether it be they UberEats or Door dash. Today received 2 of 4 of my tacos and mild instead of hot sauce. Previously also would miss items or sauce altogether. Worst customer service, feels like they employ people who can not read.

I've had Chicken Chalupa Supreme multiple times at many Taco Bell locations but never had one so horrible as here. I could barely chew the Chalupa and chicken inside was also very dry. Did not try anything else but after trying this Chalupa, I hardly think I'll try anything else here. And, please teach your employees to smile a little and not behave as if they're forcibly working there. A little customer service doesn't cost you anything.

Zero experience I bought the value meal for 9$. And i told the cashier dont put sauce and change chalupa to beef. But unfortunately he didn’t. My tacos 🌮 was full of sauce 🤢

Ordered a value box and neither the “beef” chalupa or the “beef tacos” came with any beef. in fact nothing had any beef on it. Hands down the worse taco bell i’ve ever been to.

Girl working was today (Oct 27 at around 2pm) busy chatting to her friend while I was in line. When I walked up to the line she saw me and was still talking to her friend. While I saw placing my order she fully wasn’t listening to me and kept looking away to respond to her friend. I got on my phone quickly and she just walked away to go keep talking to her friend. I was left waiting again. I eventually just walked off cause it wasn’t worth spending money there. Absolute trash customer service skills.
