Updated - March 2021. Philip was great - 5 stars! My mask was too old and was leaking. Philip was able to answer all my questions. We re-ordered a bunch of items for me as my benefits covered all of it. He was really knowledgeable about what was covered by my insurance benefits. Thanks so much. Btw, my machine is life changing. Sleep apnea affects my life! ? 3 years prior - Ben Leung was a great help. I had a difficult time adjusting to my masks and he was very, VERY, VEEEEEEEEEEEERY patient with me. He even made sure my insurance covered everything prior to my purchases (aka getting a quote) Thanks so much.

Just bought the Cpac machine from MRC, the technician Philip there is knowledgeable, service and appointment are good and fast, highly recommended.

We visited the Richmond Hill Store for some Mask Wipes but had purchased a CPAP machine/mask elsewhere. Philip ended up helping us with a problem mask that was oversized which was the reason for leakage. Very nice of him to analyze and solve the issue.

I highly recommend this location for anyone interested to buy a sleep apnea machine. I tried several other locations... no one in those other locations had the information or the knowledge to answer my questions about differences of sleep ap machines or masks. Finally, I decided to try MRC Richmond Hill location, BENJAMIN was very thorough. He seemed to me that he had the whole package...He was genuine, professional, nice and honest.
