One of the few eye doctors I trust. Thank you for your attention and care towards my family. My kids are so happy with you. Your advice is valuable to us as you have changed our view points (literally!) As far as prices go, please shop around and our conclusion was that Dr. Zargar Eyecare's service, care and attention is far more valuable. Prices were not very different than others, but the health care service for my eyes was night and day! Thank you Dr. Zargar!!!

Dr Zargar is a business woman and not a good doctor. When she looks into your eyes, she is thinking how much more money she can make from your eyes. If you care about your eyes, do not visit this doctor.

It was the third time we were in this clinic to check up my kid’s eyes but first time we had appointment with Dr.Zargar herself and it was awful.Despite of the other asian doctors we met before who were so nice and on time and caring,Dr.Zargar herself was so irresponsible about her timeline and patients’ time and energy.Even if they are kids and just 2 year old.It was unbelievable that after 20 minutes she asked me to go home and reschedule my appointments if we cannot wait too long since she was behind her schedule!!!! Although I had picked up my kids from school/daycare and they were tired and sleepy and couldn’t stay still for a long time ,we waited for more than 1 hour and still she was not caring about us,though she could come out and go for selling glasses to others meanwhile.Unfortunately I found the other negative reviews on different websites correct and I wish I saw those before.I won’t go there ever again even if she was the best optometrist in GTA and don’t recommend this clinic to anyone. P.S.ALSO I SHOULD ADD THIS to the nice and perfect !!!!answer you wrote under my review afterwards, your office called me the night before to OFFER me (and not ask me)to reschedule my appointments for half an hour LATER,since apparently you were already overbooked for that day and nobody never told me it’s better or I should book for my 2 year old son in the morning or we can come before school time. New services needs quality time and less patients and shouldn’t led you become overwhelmed so you return your small patients from your door and unfortunately I’m pretty sure by these information you posted here,nobody can believe you were so compassionate about your patients,but actually like the other reviews I read about you afterwards in other websites,all you care is just MONEY and not people time and energy. Of course I wouldn’t accept your advice to come back home and reschedule,since taking two kids from daycare and school is not something can be repeated shortly and I INSISTED on waiting,but not for a long time. Unbelievable!!! I have been suffering head ache for almost one year then finally I was told my prescription was not as accurate as it supposed to be...it was prescribed by Dr. Zargar!!! Dr. Zargar's assistant told me. She is visiting patients these days...probanly it was my luck she visited me...besides, too many issues in submitting claims to my issurance. I totally lost my trust and most likely my eyes damages due to inaccurate prescription for my lenses. DO NOT TAKE ANY RISK to damage your eyes in this eye clinic!!!!

She is in hurry and want to finish very fast. she just wants to sell her products, she couldn’t scan my eyes correctly to give me suitable eyeglasses, this is the minimum which a doctor could does but she couldn’t, I don’t recommend anyone, don’t waist your time and money and try to find responsible doctor.

This was my first eye examination in the past several years. I was long overdue for an exam, and after spending over a year working from home and spending long hours on the screen my eyes were becoming very dry and I was getting a lot of eye strain. Dr. Zargar was extremely patient and listened to every single concern that I had, I never felt rushed or that my concerns were overlooked. I am enjoying my new glasses I will be returning to buy another pair of glasses because I love them that much. I was given options for high quality dry eye products to help relieve my symptoms and my eyes feel worlds different. Thank you Dr. Zargar and Staff for showing me what an authentic health care provider is, I will be recommending her clinic to all of my friends and family!!

I highly recommend this eye clinic for having good customer service and complete eye exam equipment!! Dr. Tang was really helpful and answered all my inquiries. She also did a thorough eye examination that clarified my problems. Plus, the receptionists were very friendly. Will definitely go back!

I have been seeing Dr. Zargar for more than 7 years. She is the best optometrist. She is very professional and super friendly. Everyone in her office is really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful specially when you are choosing your glasses and they are really patient. Dr. Rana Zargar is excellent. I had a blurred vision and she asked me to undergo some tests. She went through each test result in detail and gave me great advise. The staff was excellent and looked after me very well. I would strongly recommend Dr. Rana Zargar for eyecare.

Hi everyone, so I want to make a very long story short. For 2 years, I have suffered with dry eyes, and gradually, it got worse. I almost decided to even fly overseas to see if maybe someone, anyone could help me stop going through the pains I was feeling throughout the night. Almost like velcro ripping (lids from eyeballs) each time I even moved my eyes with my eyelids closed. After seeing a 4th opthomlogist who only added more drops to my very long regime, I decided to have another search and came across Dr Zargar. Guys, I can't even begin to tell you what mental point I was in just before getting in touch with her office. After 5 sessions of IPL and RF with Dr Zargar, my nights are now peaceful. My eyes are finally better, and for the 1st time in 2 years, the excruciating pain I feared each night is now almost non-existent. Dr Zargar and her team were so understanding, so thorough and very tentative. If you are someone who alps suffers with any sort of eye pain, don't wait. Just go see them, trust me, I can't thank the team and especially Dr Zargar and Gabrielle 🙏🙏

Terrible place! They deserve no star, but i gave one star only because some of the receptionists are pleasant. I bought a frame and lenses for my eye glasses ($800). Its poorer quality than Dollarama product. One full year i kept asking the frame be fixed (pulls hair; i get headache if I wear it, slides on the nose...etc) and they kept taking it back and 'fix' it. Then Zargar herself showed up, downplayed the issue, was evasive..! Kept glasses for two more months. Problem not fixed; money not refunded; replacement not offered. I lost &800 and these glasses will be thrown in the dumpster. Dont ever buy lenses/frames from them. Its a bad shop!!!

Dr. Zargar has been very patient and understanding at every appointment. She takes time to explain the medication and treatment. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful.

My kid goes there to check her eyes every year but this year, they made us do an eye exam not even necessary. The doctor had not even checked her eye yet and the receptionist took us to do the exam right before we actually met the doctor. My daughter only watches 30 mins television on weekends. Is the $55 exam really necessary for a 4 year old? And when the receptionist saw i am wearing glasses, asked if my husband wears glasses too. I said yes and the receptionist replied “let’s see if your daughter need one too?” The experience this time was awful. Clients are not stupid. We can tell how eager they wanna make money. I know the economy is bad now but I personally will not go there ever again. Losing a long term client for a $55 exam that is not necessary. Is that worth it? They said they asked clients to do the eye exam for children over 2 years old. Nice

This is a very professional ophthalmologist, Dr. Zarger has conducted a very professional and specific analysis of our situation, and has been very responsible in helping us solve the problem. And Stephanie, the assistant at the front desk, is a very cute girl, very nice. She has provided us with great help and service, and this is a very good and professional ophthalmic clinic!

First off, I want to sincerely thank Dr. Zargar and her amazingly warm and welcoming staff. I’ve been suffering for about seven years from Dry Eye symptoms since my Lasik procedure. Jumping from one optometrist to another and various Dry Eye clinics, I’ve almost given up hope. It was debilitating at times. I decided to make one last attempt and made an appointment at Dr. Zargar’s clinic . Her and her staff, have been absolutely caring, patient, and attentive. They have gone out of their way to see positive results. After few therapy sessions, corrections to my eye drop practices, along with a few other adjustments (I won’t bore you with details) I feel and see major improvements. I can see with detail again. Everyone at the clinic is personable and are happy to take the time and answer any questions. Dr. Zargar will also take her time and walk me through my results and explain the next steps and procedures. When I had thought my situation was hopeless and beyond repair, Dr. Zargar refused to give up and was determined to see great results. Dr. Zargar, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am eternally grateful!!

Dr Zargar is very professional and cured my injured eye within one day! After her treatment my eye felt released and comfortable immediately. Plus, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, also knowledgeable!

Saw Dr. Zargar after getting a metal shaving stuck in my eye at work. She was able to get the shaving out quickly and painlessly. I’ve heard horror stories from my co workers about having to go through this and I am so happy I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Zargar. The staff were great as well.

We have been very pleased with our recent experience with Dr. Zargar. She recommended a few options to address my daughter's myopia. Given she is an active child that participates in a wide variety of sports, we thought Ortho-K was the best option for her. Although I was hesitant at first, Dr. Zargar did an excellent job at answering all of our questions and teaching my daughter how to put in and take out her lenses. She has been thrilled with the results so far and loves that she can see clearly without glasses or contact. We'd highly recommend considering this option for your child.

Very pleased with Myopia Management Treatment from Dr Zargar. My sons near sightedness has changed quickly in the past year and Dr Zargar suggested we start a Myopia treatment plan. She thoroughly explained the options to us and answered all our questions, we never felt rushed. We decided to try Ortho K and Dr Zargar was very supportive of our decision and helped my son learn to take the lenses in and out. It’s been challenging for him to learn this but she’s assured us within a short time he will be able to do this easily. He is 10 years old, extremely active boy loves sports and already loves that he doesn’t have to wear eyeglasses daily. Very happy Dr Zargar is looking out for our child’s best interest and trying to slow the progression of his near sightedness. Her secretary Melissa is so friendly, professional and polite and always a pleasure to speak with. The treatment was not inexpensive but looking at all the benefits my son will have from Ortho K I think it is well worth every penny

I was looking for place can fix the nose pad on my mom's glasses, after refused by few other store I found Dr.Zargar eyecare on google , the store /clinic was located in a little house,I called before I went inside. I was greeted kindly, Dr.Zargar fixed nose pad ,he also did extra to tight the glasses screws and clean the lenses. Highly recommend this place !

I have had a very good experience with Dr.Zargar and her team. I found her very knowledgeable, kind and professional. she helped us to choose the best treatment for my daughter's Myopia which was getting worse. After consulting with Dr.Zargar we decided to try ORTHO_K and result was amazing as my daughter doesn't have to wear eyeglasses daily basis. once again, I would like to appreciate Dr.Zargar's efforts and care towards my daughter.

I recently visited this clinic for the first time. Dr. Zargar and her staff are very friendly. I visited them as an emergency patient. Depsite of me having no previous appointment, Dr. Zargar spent a good time with patients and I did not feel rush at all. They have lots of equipment to do a through assessment of your eyes.

Unfortunately Changing my review. After speaking to some people about my experience with this doctor it became apparent that in super simple terms I got milked for my money. 1. This is a business not an actual place for genuine eye care. 2. I was told that the current glasses I had were outdated even though I could see clearly through them and that she would have to inform the ministry and unless I get new glasses in 1 week I would not be able to drive. Apparently it's the law but I still felt taken advantage of because the older glasses I had I still use them to this day when driving or reading etc. 3. Conveniently she also sells glasses at her store so that you'll likely just buy the glasses from her at a higher mark up and then be sold expensive lense packages. Which from a business perspective makes perfect sense because she just informed me if I don't get a new pair I won't be able to drive in 1 week since she will have to report me and then conveniently sell glasses herself. However from a customer perspective it makes me feel like I got coerced into buying new glasses. 4. I had went in originally to actually discuss my eye ptosis and ended up having to buy new glasses from her or else she would report me to the ministry. 5. Of course she can say that she only did it because it's the law but one could also say that she uses it to her advantage by invalidating any old glasses and then conveniently selling her customers new glasses at markup prices.

Came here on recommendation. A lot of what I thought standard tests were done and at the billing stage I was surprised I was tacked on with a lot of additional charges. Also surprising was that on top of OHIP coverage for my children I still owed fees to this office which I personally never experienced. I think that a lot of these charges should be explained so people don’t feel cheated visiting here, I myself had no coverage and was a bit stunned that I was charged 75$ for a contact lens prescription while my optician does this for free. Ultimately I would decline a lot of your services should you had been more upfront regarding the charges.

Dr zargar is so friendly and helpful whether it comes to finding glasses or a prescription check. The front staff is also so nice and patient, makes the experience 10x better.

My daughter and I have been Dr Zargar’s clinic patients for a while. She, herself is very polite and professional. The clinic is very clean and quiet and well organized. My recent experience with front desk staff specifically Stephanie amd Kamelia has been fantastic. I had to reschedule twice in a week and Stephanie was exceptionally accommodating with her professional and respectful attitude, was wonderful. I usually do not get such service at most dr offices that’s why I had to let patients know, both Kamelia and Stephanie were very kind and welcoming. Also, Edward and Dr Li both were super nice. Thank you and I definitely recommend this clinic. Specially for families with young children.

Doctors are very thorough. I was dealing with a major eye issue, and I called with an emergency and was treated with the upmost care, and compassion. My only negative comment is the reminder calls for upcoming appointments are Excessive!!! They call all day and in the evenings after you have already confirmed 7 times that you are coming for your appt.
