It was for EACH Then she was very UNWILLING to refund the difference According to the rules of the government, I remember they must pay the full amount under $10( I’m not sure the specific number) After all, it’s their mislabeling If every customer is profited by them in this way, What amount will it be?!! Pretty clean and spacious one, much varied in terms of items, self check out is fast and staff are helpful. Lots of parking spots as well.

If you cannot do your job as a customer service representative, then quit it. I have to cancel a pick up order as I am away from the town for a long time. First, they told me order can only be cancelled once it has arrived at the store. Then, they told me I have to call the store myself to cancel it, and I did what they asked. The average wait time on the call was around 20 minutes, and they hang up on me every single time?! That’s ridiculous. One of the representatives said only two words, “wrong number”, then he hang up. I have been calling the store for 4 hours, they all hang up on me. Why??? Is it that difficult to communicate?

I made the card because they told me that making a reward card could save money. But it was a credit card, also double paid. The interest was insanely high. It's really bad. It was difficult to cancel that. I still got a letter asking me to pay another $0.60 interest. It's really the worst card ever. Don't trust the people who work at the self-checkout counters..

This Walmart has high quality and fresh meat. I don't even smell it. I went to buy meat to make beef bone soup. I bought beef bones, suji, and arongsatae. The price is cheap compared to other places. I also bought la galbi. There are some that are sliced ​​in the freezer section, but if you tell the meat section the thickness you want, cut them yourself. There is a Korean-speaking staff at the meat corner.

My favourite Walmart in the area! The fruit selection is amazing, especially fruits common in East Asian cuisine.

Very conveniently located with huge amount of free parking and surrounded by various other brands. It's a quite big store of Walmart. Easily accessible through york transit too. I suggest that Walmart should tie up with a eating outlet other than Mcdonalds so that vegetarians have an option to eat something.

No service in electronic department After waiting for 18 minutes after multiple pages were made for me from the photo department, someone showed up to help another customer look for a wire and told me I must pay at the front of the store (where there was curving cashier lines because of Canada day the next day) even though a sign states that all electronics must be paid for in the electronic department. When I said all I want to do is buy this keyboard after all the waiting, I was told I need to to line up at the front of the store and there was nothing if that could be done

I like the vegetable and fruit aisles very clean and nicely packaged. We usually do pickup orders which are convenient and process is very smooth. We used to do this before the pandemic too and to date not been disappointed

It was a good location for getting some Chinese groceries, however the store has started putting confusing signs up to limit the quantity customer can buy, sometimes they use ‘limit 2 per family’, sometimes use ‘limit 2 per customer’, then staff saying per customer = per family , which to me is two different things. Unclear signs make it confusing and waste people’s time at checkout. Disappointing management

Well maintained Walmart. I typically order my groceries online and go there for pickup. The process is always smooth and I like that they have a separate parking section that is easy to get in and out of without having to deal with the usual traffic in their parking lot.

This is a very Great and convenient location, it has amazing manager with great and supportive staff. The manager, Mano, went above and beyond to help me today. I don’t know how to say thank you for his big favor today. I left my car key in the car, and the door got locked.I asked him if he knows any places to build another key for the car. He suggested me he can go to my home, and got another key from my daughter, and he brought back for me quickly. Not only he is a great manager and manages this Walmart very well, but also he is a very kind and nice individual. Mano, I never forget what you did for me today!

Location. There are no shopping carts as you enter the grocery area. Appears to be an issue given earlier reviews This is a high volume area and very busy on the weekends. Well stocked. Produce section can be a bit cleaner. Hand sanitizers in this area would be helpful. There are two self checkout entrances. It's confusing and one is often slower since not all tills are in operation. Let's stick with one entrance and direct people as there is staff already there.

Please remember to bring your own bag. They don’t offer plastic bags anymore. Good for the environment. They do have Walmart brand reusable bags for sell at the checkout area for less than $2 each.

Very convenient location with everything we need at the store. Plenty parking. Great business hours from 7-11 everyday even during holidays. Always have good deals for their customers.

Had a horrible experience at this location today. Went to purchase a minecraft toy that was labeled as $9.97 on the shelf. There was more than five of the same item on the shelf. Went to the cash, was told that this item was $24.99? I explained to the manager “Mona” that I spoke to an employee in the toys section and once I notified her and asked why there was a sign that the toy was $9.97 she removed all of them off the shelf? What type of dishonest store is this. It is not the customers fault that the item is labelled incorrectly. Instead of honouring the price she argued and walked away. Very unprofessional. Never shopping here again.

Just an average Walmart, with lots of great prices. I've never seen produced packaged in saran wrap at a Walmart before so it was nice that no one else is actually touching the food, but sad to see all the plastic waste. We were able to find everything we needed and the store had an easy to follow lay out. Lines moved fast and self-check out helps to speed things up.

Disappointed with the extended wait at Walmart due to a credit card promotion. The line was excessively long, seemingly prioritizing sales over customer convenience. While the discounts and cash back offer are appreciated, the execution left much to be desired. I'm pretty sure these credits will lower credit scores. Cashier's rudeness added to the frustration. Whenever I come to the store there are always long lines to get to cashiers self service or regular ones. They created the self checkouts, but instead of getting quickly through you are always waiting long time. The Walmart owners save money compromising the quality of service and wasting its consumers time. They don’t care about our time they just care to make more money by laying off cashiers and forcing the customers do the check outs by themselves. Disgusting service

A standard Walmart with loads of excellent deals. It was wonderful that no one else was actually handling the food because I've never seen produce packaged in saran wrap at a Walmart before, but it made me sad to see all the trash plastic. We were able to discover what we required, and the store's layout was simple to understand. Self-checkout expedites the checkout process, and lines moved quickly.

Visited the pharmacy. The pharmacist, I guess it’s Dr Hannan, was cool, slow, unaffected, and definitely did not want to be there. Asked her about a medication that I have the empty tube with me, after 20 minutes of wait she indicated she does not have it. When I asked if she looks for equivalent of the medication she said she doesn’t know. Once I clarified with her that indeed she was a doctor in pharmacy she agrees to look/see if there is an equivalent however I have to wait another unknown minutes while she was serving non existence clients ahead of me. One other person was at the counter at the time. I promised myself not to visit this store once again since the management and staff are clearly have not regards for customers.

Customer service never picked up phone . Don’t like it how they have replaced cashiers and I am doing their job . Where is my T4 from Walmart ?! And all my benefits with it ?!I am a free worker for Walmart . I wish cashiers would come back ! Big mistake on taking their jobs away . Slowly we won’t need them , because all the self checkouts are taking their place ! The employees are nice ! Never had a problem with them . Oh and just off the topic , I bought there a 10 pack children’s socks . Only got 9 and a half pair! I saw it at home when I opened the package . So again workers are nice(that is why the second star ,so it doesn’t look so bad ) , but I want them back at the registers ! Not wanting to do their job for free , just so big corporation wins again ! More money in their pocket . 👎

This Walmart has the worst customer service. You can never find any of the employees and when you do they try to push you on to another employee. This has happened several times. The few times when I have been overcharged for an item and you go to the customer service desk they are annoyed that they need to correct it. Horrible attitudes. They don't even know the store policies.

I give this Walmart 3 stars because it has good selections and Lots of good fresh produce. On the other hand, some of the produce they freeze or refrigerate in the back before putting it out to make it last longer, I wish they would not do this because the fruit doesn’t ripen properly. Also there is often long lines in this store, they need to have more self checkouts open, I thought the point of self checkout was to cut lines because people can do it themself, but the machines just sit closed while long lines form I don’t understand this. Lastly, the staff are hit and miss. There is one Asian guy with longer black hair with a beard who works in produce section stocking, he will shove right into you and past you without saying excuse me, so beware.

Why is it that half of the self checkout machines are always closed? There is always a long lineup of customers and the staff are just standing there. I addressed this issue to one of the staff members and she said they don’t have enough staff working. Meanwhile, there were 3 other staff members standing in the area not doing anything. Why do self checkout machines require staff? …. They are self checkout. I wish to speak to the manager about this issue because it is ongoing.

This location is situated in a big-box retail park close to other similar stores, making it popular among local and regional shoppers. It features a somewhat convoluted layout but nevertheless easy to get used to with friendly associates to guide us to the right locations. Some departments which are normally nearby in other stores (like grocery and health and beauty) are situated on opposite corners, but those who aren't tired of walking long distances should appreciate coming here to shop!

Just visited the store, a very well-mannered cashier called ANA helped me to check my purchases out very quick. I got surprised how she could keep her gentle smile when she was working hard and helping and managing lots of customers at a time. From my point of view such employees should be appointed in a higher levels and leave the trivial positions to the students.

I don’t normally review non-eateries on here, but I’ve just had 3 consistently terrible experiences here I just want it to be made known to the management. I’m at a Walmart so my expectations for customer service are already the bare minimum, but I still end up frustrated with each experience. Don’t bother asking questions at this location. They’ll ignore you, and begrudgingly answer any inquiry if you really need help. They’ll try to make it sound like your fault that their isles are disorganized, and they’ll try and make you find other people to help you so that they don’t have to bother. I just don’t understand what the management is doing so wrong here to make these employees hate everyone and their job so intensely.

This branch of walmart is very clean. I like all the accommodating staff and they really have a good sushi bar that I really like for its very affordable and delicious rolls. Parking is spacious too! They also have mcdonalds inside

This lady working the self check out around 430 on October 8th at superstore in Richmond hill should not be working with the public with an attitude like she has started giving dirty looks and being very rude when I went to ask her something so I went to customer service because I feel like I was disrespected by a Her thought Walmart has a higher standards for their workers I think she should find another job if you cant be nice

Their bathroom lock for the male doesn't work. Pressed the lock button 3 times and twice someone walked in. There is no lock on the door. Even the cashier and people in line were able to see me. Also, because it's push activated the door was stuck open. Until a person waiting pulled the door as hard as he could. There were also no paper towels at all. Plus, the bathroom was disturbingly filthy. I would like to take legal action against this location.

Harriot is such a sweet staff in this store. Helping us with patio furniture. She was so proactive asking us if we need help. She saw we were lost struggling to find a right item.

This was my first visit to the store after the quarantine and I was so surprised to see the store after the renovations. The store is much more appealing to visit. I was so surprised they now sell seafood (fresh and frozen) and have a butchery section.

On two occasions, I was at the OSL photolab looking to get some prints done, being my first time, I was lost and not knowing how to do it. Jasdeep, the supervisor there, came to help me. What a pleasant experience being served by him. He was so knowledgeable, so patient listening to what I wanted, how I wanted and Voila, the prints came out perfectly fitting the frames. His willingness to serve and his friendly customer service impressed me tremendously....We need more people like Jasdeep to make shopping at Walmart an enjoyable one. Nutshell, he is a valuable asset to your Company.....Thank You....Jasdeep ..

The washroom by electronics section is GROSS! Not only did it smell of urine, but majority of the stalls had unflushed toilets and no toilet paper. Management didn't care when I brought it to their attention. You'd think with the pandemic, things would be different. Nope!

Much better from other nearby branches. Staff are friendly and all the lines are full of variety of brands. But the clothing part is not suggested in quality.

This is the best Walmart where you can buy varieties of fresh veggies, fruits and deli.

I had called to ask a question and the person that was talking to me was very rude and disrespectful she was giving too much attitude for a simple question. But overall Walmart is a very good in my opinion.

0 star for sure. 1. The price is always wrong, I have to walk around between inside and the cashier counter just to take photos to confirm the price. It was ridiculous and wasted my time. 2. The lady (senior) manager was so rude and not helpful at all. She took the product and kept saying that checking price was not her responsibility, is it my responsibility then? Totally unacceptable. Definitely not recommend anyone to go this walmart.
