Such an amazing store to visit and to buy pet food. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and always willing to help. I have visited a couple of other pet stores prior and did not have the same experience as here at this Global location. I am very happy that as a new pet owner I can rely on great staff for their patience and help when every I have a question. Thanks again 😁

I was formerly a client of a large chain but only when I moved to Global Pet Foods I found the proper combination of good inventory and excellent service. The stores are smaller, sure...but I don't live there - I purchase there. Nothing is missing from the inventory and in case of risk things are ordered in advance. The service is superb!

Much better selection for brands higher up on the tier list than say Pet Smart, for honestly not that much more price (especially for dry foods. A $5-10 more for much better and tastier foods isn't much since they'll last for months. As for wet food it can stack up overtime but still getting more premium products at least). Coupons and promotional events too here and there.

Greta service the gentleman helping me was super friendly. They truly appreciate clients and introduced me last year to ZIWI food for my fussy dog I was able to now buy ZIWI treats and a new Canada Pooch jacket that I loved in blue for my baby. Great store and amazing service.

The most AMAZING pet food store I have ever entered. Once I stumbled upon this place I refuse go anywhere else! The staff goes above and beyond to help you, as well as being super friendly and helpful. I love having a chat with the Manger Rachel, as she gives King (dog in the photo) loads of love, pets and the occasional freebie treat. They honestly treat him as one of their own pets! The store is always clean and well stocked, and if they don't have what you're looking for they are more then willing to order it for you to pick up at a later date! This store and their staff are a 10/10, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who lives nearby and has a pet! (Or even someone who enjoys buying gifts for other people's pets!)

I’ve been here many times now and was aways met with helpful and attentive staff! I really appreciated the annual sale and when they give out extra food samples for our pets to try. Hoping there will be more frequent sales in the future.

I love this place! My dog always gets treats there. They have lots of stuff for pets. If they don’t have anything, they will order it for you! Very friendly and committed staff!

I recently called this store to enquire about their selection of raw food for dogs. Spoke with a gentleman on the phone who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! I later went to the store where he went over everything with me from my goals and expectations of switching to raw food as well as the type of dog I have and their health and activity level, among other points. It must be said that this is the kind of attention to detail and care that I’d expect (but never received) from a veterinarian. It will come to no surprise that my dog is much healthier after making the switch. So very thankful to have this store with knowledgeable staff in our neighbourhood!

The store is a bit cramped, but the staff is very friendly and helpful in finding the right nutrition for your beloved pet. Expect them to ask you if they can give your pet a treat. On our last visit, they also provided us with some samples. This is our go-to place for anything for our dog.
