Today, I was told to wait about 40 minutes when submitting my prescription. Then I went to McDonald for lunch. When came back from lunch, I was told to continue wait at the pharmacy. At the end, it took about one hour to prepare my medication !!! I will remember this pharmacy and never come back.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Most of their staff members are incompetent and useless. I have had nothing bust negative experiences with them.I came here to save money on my dispensing fees, but I've decided to just go back to my shoppers. I'd rather spend a few dollars more to go to a pharmacy that is actually reliable and helpful.

I mean, I guess you can't expect much, but I'm surprised the rating is over 3... Consistently, every time I come here, I'll have to wait around 10 minutes before I can talk to a person. I don't come to this Walmart too much other than to pick up some beauty/drug store products and my prescription since it's the closest pharmacy.

I come here all the time but I will be changing my main pharmacy soon. I understand it’s a busy location and there are lots of traffic and questions. But i am constantly rushed to finished, while not getting a chance to ask all my questions and get answers for my concerns. The head pharmacist is very flustered and through my observation and in my opinion, is very overwhelmed. Although I don’t think it’s intentional, I feel like there is no care and attention as a consequence . Something that is very much needed when handling something so important in our lives. I hope it’s something that can be fixed as I’ve been coming here for years for my needs. I’ll go to somewhere more reliable till then.

They filled my prescription promptly all the time. Contact my doctor if repeats run out. And keep the prescription for me even when I am over a week late to pick up. As well, they always filled my prescription with my requested brand of generic drug, as not all generic drugs are the same.

The female customer service representative was extremely rude and discriminatory. She was rolling her eyes and belittling but the other pharmacist was very helpful on answering my questions

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Too slow, one of the associates just walking and doing nothing. Waiting for dropping my prescription more than 15 minutes. While I had sore throat and couldn’t even talk, the guy was lazy enough to not reading information from my documents and asked me for louder voice. rude and mean to other customers as well.

Avoid at all costs. They’re extremely slow, the lady was ignoring customers to longingly stare at the wall and pretend to work. She told another girl who had obviously never touched the computer program in her life to charge me for my prescription. Not only did she take forever, she also forgot to give me one of my items. I drove back later after realizing, waited another hour, and the lady rudely gave me a long speech about how i should’ve identified i was picking up a second prescription. They also charged me about 5x what i was charged for the same prescription at shoppers

Extremely slow even when there's no line up and 3 people are working behind the counter.

Not satisfied with customer service, some staff are rude. Very slow in processing refills and prescriptions.

I got severely mosquito bitten while on vacation. I asked the pharmacist what is the best bug spray for my next vacation, coming up next week. The pharmacist (I think his name was Adi or Ali) wrote down for me what medical ingredient to look for and how many hours of protection the bug spray provided. He also informed me that mosquitoes lay eggs in still waters and that was how I got bitten-I thought mosquitoes are just in the woods! Really great customer service!

Efficient, and consistent. It's Walmart so it is what it is. Slightly lower price than my local pharmacy. Four stars because I get the inpression that they know their Walmart. As such they don't have to give the personalized service one would usually receive at your local pharmacy. I suppose a smile would go further. But it's Walmart.

Never had a problem here, fast and friendly service. Made a few exceptions for me too. Probably the best medicine prices you can get in the area.

Do yourself a favour and go to shoppers instead. It’s super slow here.

The worst experience i ever had usually i go to Costco they are fast experienced and nice. This one especially the lady who works mostly in the evening is a nightmare i lost my dose and medication because of her not understanding a bit won’t come back ever even though it’s very close to my house and won’t recommend to anyone.
