Thrilled with the work Dolly Jewellers did on jewellery given to me my aunt. At Bev's suggestion they took an amethyst beaded necklace and turned it into a bracket and a shorter necklace. They also took an amethyst brooch and turned it into a necklace. Now this jewellery is much more wearable and every time I wear it I can think about my beautiful aunt. The service and conversation with Bev and her husband is also wonderful and part of their incredible customer service experience. I would highly recommend this business.

One of the Best Jewellers in Ontario and here in East York, Leaside. Best quality I found it here. Please disregard the Negative Reviews, that they are coming from a competitor. This is easy to see because there is one review, only for this store. Who does that, seriously?! Like I said, there is nothing better then this place! Try it out and see. I did!

My mother and I were strolling along Bayview Avenue and we happened upon Dolly Jewellers. There was the most beautiful jewelry box in the window. We had to go in and take a closer look. We were greeted to the world's friendliest yellow lab and the personable owners of the shop. They gave us a history of where the the jewelry box originated from and how it was made. We were SOLD! I can't say enough about how warm and welcoming the owners are as soon as you walk in. I will definitely be back for some jewelry repairs and ring resizing. Thank you very much for such a pleasant shopping experience.

Would never go here again. Firstly, the staff were quite rude. Did not greet me when I entered the store. They immediately told me the bracelet I brought in might not fit the watch (even though they had not taken it out of the bag to inspect it) and that they would "try their best." I was firmly quoted $20 and that it should be done the same day if not next. I was told I'd receive a call when it was ready. I did not. I called them several days later to check on the status and only then was it ready. I was then charged $25 (because why not squeeze an extra 5$ out of me right?). Several days later, the pins holding the bracelet links fell out. They didn't even screw them in properly. Horrible service from start to finish, would not recommend this place to anyone. These people must be writing fake reviews about their own business because they all lack detail and none of them align with what I've seen.

I took my watch in there to get the band resized. It only took him a few minutes and he did a phenomenal job. Nice people who do great work. Don’t waste your time anywhere else!

The couple that own Dolly Jewellers are the nicest ppl around, so friendly, kind & honest, not looking to cheat you in anyway. Most importantly their work is outstanding , I would never trust any other jeweler with a repair or cleaning. They are worth the drive if you don't live in the neighbourhood.

Dolly Jewellers could adjust my ring to the size of my finger at a very good price. Some other jewellers could not do it after 7 attempts. I am very pleased with Dolly jewellers on Bayview. I’ve been to Dolly Jewellers twice now and I can’t wait to go back again! The first time I went, I found a unique host/hostess gift that I gave my cousins for Christmas - they absolutely loved it! (as did I!) Today I went in looking for a necklace for myself and I found the perfect one! The woman who helped me (one of the owners, I’m pretty sure) was kind and patient and just overall lovely. She spent time with me, finding a chain that was the perfect length! I am thrilled with my purchase and the whole experience was terrific!

Can’t say enough good things about my experience here - dropped off 4 different watches from omega to tag - they all had stopped working over the past year The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful both on the phone and in person. They quickly found any and all issues and fixed my watches perfectly They called me to pickup and once I returned I found the watches sparkling like new and all ticking away happily Prices are right in line with what it should be anywhere else and the location is easy to find with plenty of parking I would highly recommend this store to fix and repair any type of decent watch you may have - don’t go to a big retail watch store or back to manufacturer (unless still under warranty) go here and save your money Cheers and good luck

Dolly Jewellers has been our family jewellers for years. Whatever you need, they have the expertise to guide you. Their latest miracle was saving a ring that accidentally got crushed! They’re the best on Bayview and beyond.

Such a "rare gem" of a store!! The owners are SO committed to taking the time to ensure you are happy with your purchase/service. They really have an eye for detail and know what looks great. Their pricing is very fair. It is no wonder they have been in the business for so long:)

I had a beat up chain that I needed clasp repair and polishing services to bring it back to life. When I tell you this chain was beat up, it is an understatement. When I got the chain back they had affixed a lobster claw that was far too large for the chain itself, and so put a flimsy o-ring on the other side without soldering it together. I went back to ask her to fix it and she started yelling at me telling me that it was my fault, that it was my o-ring, and that despite having paid almost $100 for a clasp and a polish, she was going to charge me an extra $15 to fix something that she had put on. She was so beyond rude, so I would not recommend using this place. A one-time customer turned into an ever again customer.

We have been using Dolly Jewellers for lots of our little jobs like cleaning and fixing necklaces and have always been happy with their service. For our 10 year anniversary we wanted to get a “crown” ring made that would complete the engagement and wedding ring that I had. Alex did a beautiful job creating a mirror image of my wedding ring to stack on top of my other two rings. When we went to pick it up the new ring was slightly too small as it sat higher up on my finger, just below the knuckle. They fixed it right away so it fit better and we are both so pleased with how it all turned out. It’s stunning. The husband and wife team are amazing with customer service, are friendly, work quickly, and continue to be a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them for any and all of your jewelry needs.

And the service is excellent. I know quality when it comes to watch repairs and Alex is one of the best. Highly highly reccomended.

I wanted to write my review on Dolly jewelers because I was so impressed with the excellent service and beautiful design of my new rings! I want others to know this is an incredible husband-and-wife-owned business that cares! I was referred to Alex and his wife from a friend, she experienced the same level of customer satisfaction, so I knew I would not be disappointed. I needed to get my eternity ring and wedding bands redesigned because one broke and the other bands I outgrew. Alex drew up a beautiful new design for my eternity band that would complement the other two stackable wedding bands. He even came up with a creative solution that would provide a low cost alternative if I needed to further resize my bands in the future. Alex's expertise with diamonds and the various metals is excellent and his creativity shined in my new ring designs. I simply love them and so glad I went to Dolly jewellers. Initially before knowing about Dolly, I had looked around at other jewellery designers in the area for quotes, but it was the reasonable pricing and quick turnaround time combined with Alex's experience and creative vision that made it an easy choice. I would not hesitate to go back with any future repairs or designs and highly recommend this wonderful business.
