I
dread
going
into
the
store
as
it's
always
a
terrible
experience.
Not
just
one
location
but
all
I
have
been
to.
I
went
to
return
a
coat
today
at
the
yorkdale
location
and
was
told
I
only
had
10
days
from
the
shipping
date
of
Nov
14
to
return.
I
told
the
employee
that
I
had
14
days
for
a
full
refund.
She
was
insisting
10
then
said
I
could
only
have
a
store
credit
which
as
this
point
I
definitely
didn't
want
as
I
don't
know
if
I
ever
even
want
to
shop
at
Aritzia
again.
I
take
the
coat
and
leave
the
store.
I
check
the
return
policy
it's
14
days
for
a
full
refund.
I
go
back
into
the
store
and
get
a
different
cashier.
I
tell
her
the cashier
beside
her
told
me
I
have
10
days
and
I
do
not
I
have
14
days.
The
original
cashier
came
over
said
no
I
said
14
days.
I
said
no
you
didn't
and
even
if
you
did
it's
within
14
days.
Both
girls
couldn't
calculate
Nov
14
to
Nov
27
being
13
days.
They
were
wanting
a
calendar
and
struggling
to
do
the
math.
Even
when
they
did
do
the
math
they
got
it
wrong
saying
it
was
the
14th
day
not
the
13th
day.
They
tried
blaming
it
on
the
system
not
allowing
the
return.
But
the
first
girl
didn't
know
the
return
policy
then
lied
about
what
she
claimed
it
was.
The
second
girl
did
do
the
return
but
never
got
an
apology
from
either.
Ridiculous,
every
single
time
and
they
are
so
snobby
and
unhelpful
and
look
at
you
like
you're
the
incompetent
one.
