    I never leave reviews and I know how notorious Aritzia staffs are with their bad customer service so I keep my expectation low but today just hit the mark for me. The person who packed my purchase was incredibly dismissive. But honestly, whatever is Aritzia doing to their employees for them to be that miserable in their job, it has to stop. I feel bad for those ladies who act they’re forced to work there. I hope they find better and can have something positive happen with their life.

    The shopping assistant was very nice and useful. We were able to find the right coat with the right fit quickly. They didn't have the color we wanted in the store so we had to order it. Shipping is free and we were able to use Yorkdale gift cards so it was better than ordering online.

    I dread going into the store as it's always a terrible experience. Not just one location but all I have been to. I went to return a coat today at the yorkdale location and was told I only had 10 days from the shipping date of Nov 14 to return. I told the employee that I had 14 days for a full refund. She was insisting 10 then said I could only have a store credit which as this point I definitely didn't want as I don't know if I ever even want to shop at Aritzia again. I take the coat and leave the store. I check the return policy it's 14 days for a full refund. I go back into the store and get a different cashier. I tell her the cashier beside her told me I have 10 days and I do not I have 14 days. The original cashier came over said no I said 14 days. I said no you didn't and even if you did it's within 14 days. Both girls couldn't calculate Nov 14 to Nov 27 being 13 days. They were wanting a calendar and struggling to do the math. Even when they did do the math they got it wrong saying it was the 14th day not the 13th day. They tried blaming it on the system not allowing the return. But the first girl didn't know the return policy then lied about what she claimed it was. The second girl did do the return but never got an apology from either. Ridiculous, every single time and they are so snobby and unhelpful and look at you like you're the incompetent one.

    Consider twice when shopping for this company. I have a friend who works for the company and we decided to go to the shopping centre during the weekend and visited a few stores and afterwards stopped by Aritzia. I ended up just trying few things on and she ended up spending over $800 and wanted to use her employee discount at a checkout. I was standing next to her when I saw how much the clerks and manager humiliated my dear friend in front of me. Once she mentioned she works for a company on checkout the friendly face of store employee changed to aggressive and she called the manager right away. Manager took her to the side and scolded her for not “following the company rules”, which my friend was never instructed on. I saw manager telling my friend that as an employee she is not allowed to shop on weekends, use the dressing room unless there are no customers nearby, not allowed to use any assistance from store clerks and anything she tries on needs to be returned back to the floor by her. She also need to let the manager know when she arrives and manager would decide IF SHE IS ALLOWED TO SHOP. Also, manager had to walk both of us out of the store and check her bag next to the exit, while I was never checked. I saw my friend tearing up due to the humiliation she was put through. I was beyond shocked by the way company treats people who work for them as criminals and second class people even on their day off. I used to spend thousands of dollars in a year and be on their clientele list for years but I am not planning on shopping there anymore. One of the most sickening corporate culture there is.

    I don’t usually complain about service, but the service I receive at Aritzia Yorkdale is consistently horrendous. Staff act like they are doing the customer a favour by selling them a product. Both cashiers that served me today were incredibly rude and dismissive; I received no greeting, she asked for my phone number multiple times and then was very rude when she misunderstood the number I gave her. Likewise, the person that bagged my items refused to greet me and acknowledge when I greeted her and thanked her. Unfortunately, this behaviour is not unusual when shopping at this location. The clothes are still good though!

    The biggest aritzia store I've been to, but did the company sacrifice good customer service for more space? Your employees look and act like they are doing you the world's biggest favour helping you and are condescending. Stop hiring highschoolers that act like they work at Zara and start hiring people that actually make customers want to shop. Every time I've been here, my interactions with your employees make me not want to shop at Aritzia anymore. And clearly this is a sentiment that not only I share.

    Manager is the rudest person I’ve met. I was entitled a return and she wouldn’t grant me it. I had to call head office to get them to send an email To grant the return. This store needs a new manager. Other people are helpful/ nice.

    Im very surprised to see all these negative comments about the Customer service in this location and not one reply from the corporate. Truly the customer service is below standards and the fact that Aritzia doesn’t even bother to address all these reviews just goes to show that WE should stop pouring our money into brands like this. The sales associates recruited their should be constantly reminded by the corporate that they’re there to serve people not to walk a runway and the corporate should be responsible for how the brand is represented by their workers. I for one will not be even browsing in Aritiza anymore let alone spend a dime. They need to realize its the customers money and satisfaction that will keep the brand going. Hope things change for the better or customers realize that this is not an acceptable shopping experience and stop spending their hard earned money to help companies like this stand.

    I walked in this store today just after 4 pm and no one even asked if I needed help until I asked. The girl who initially started my change room ran off.. then every other associate kept sending me ro someone else and running. I had I would say only one girl at the end of 3 hours who tried to help. Otherwise I was so exhausted in the store and wanted to spend a lot! I have to say for the price you pay there it was the worst experience I ever had at Aritzia. Never been this long in a store.. The staff is just not very knowledgeable with their stock or helpful in picking items/ outfits. You have to ask for everything.. and they don't always bring it.. Needless to say I was so tired at the end of my experience I left the store. I will visit another location.

    I visited the store on Friday, August 5 and was pleasantly welcomed by an advisor named Angelica. She was extremely friendly and offered assistance to me from the second I walked in which showcased her great customer service and interpersonal skills. When the time came that I did request her help, I knew I could approach her and she was excited to assist me. She offered many suggestions and took me around the store dedicating a significant amount of time to ensuring I was a happy customer. She was patient, honest and informative. Great work Angelica and thank you for all your help!

    I took my 17-month-old child to the store today. My baby was standing (not running) near the fitting room entrance with my mother behind him. While a store worker, a tall man with long hair, was engrossed in conversation with a colleague and walking briskly in their direction, he accidentally kicked my baby hard, causing him to fall to the ground. I was right there and witnessed the entire incident. My mother quickly picked up the baby, who was crying inconsolably. The worker glanced at him briefly, then resumed his conversation with his colleagues, seemingly unaffected by what had happened, and walked away. My baby's cries grew louder, indicating his distress. When I confronted the worker later and questioned him about his actions, he raised his voice and offered an excuse, stating that the store was busy and I shouldn't let my child roam freely. It's astonishing that he wasn't even watching where he was going, yet somehow my baby blocking his path was blamed on me. The worker displayed a complete lack of remorse and an impatient attitude, which I found extremely disrespectful. I had to escalate the matter and speak to the manager to express my frustration.

    I’ve been here with my lady and found a chair to sit while she was shopping. A moment later a girl came and asked me to leave because those chairs wasn’t meant to be seated on. So what the heck those are for? What kind of service is this?

    I went to Aritzia to purchase a jacket over the winter break and I was so impressed with the service my family and I received. The sales associate that helped us ( I believe her name is Aisha) was extra friendly and personable she was willing the help us in every way possible and was knowledgeable about the products and service offered in their particular store. She assisted us all the way to cash where we had the pleasure of being cashed out by another amazing sales associate by the name of Sam. We ended up coming back to purchase more items on the same day. I’m in love with all the products I purchased. The store is beautiful and the vibes are unmatched.

    I’m giving one star Because there’s no zero. They’re helpless and rude. At this location They’re not even bothering to help you even if you ask for help. Offer very dollar to someone who is willing to help others. You are just losing money at this point

    Today was my second day of ever shopping at this place and it was horrible experience. I have waited in the fitting room more than 10 minutes to get another size of pants the girls work here look down people based on what they expect please do better. Hire someone that’s willing to help others. The gurle was walking outside and chatting while I’m waiting in room . I want to get the tna pants but I walked out with disappointment 😭sad

    The change rooms are pretty with the mosaic tiles, however, they should upgrade the curtains to doors because they feel really flimsy. Overall though, the store has lots of things in stock and is very neat and tidy, something that I appreciate in a clothing store. The staff are super nice because they really try to help and ease your experience. In terms of prices and quality, most things are of good quality, but price points vary. I would recommend TNA as a beginner brand since quality is nice and price point is not bad at all, compared to other brands at aritzia. Happy shopping!

    Cara is hands down the best stylist Aritzia Yorkdale has!! My best friend and I walked into this location for the first time in a while. Because we have been shopping there for years, we are well aware of the negative vibes some of the sales associates give off. Cara was not only helpful but for the first time in years, we felt like she actually had our best interest at heart. Because of her, I will DEFINITELY continue shopping here. If management is reading this, GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!

    Usually ignored until you’re seen carrying more than 2 items in your hand. The male stock associates who are either stationed at the front or when replenishing have greeted and ask if I required any assistance. On the bright side, there are a few wonderful associates at this location with phenomenal customer service skills which makes this location a bit better.

    I had the best experience here today. I rarely ever leave reviews when I shop but the ladies here were so friendly and kind. They went out of their way to make sure I was able to find what I wanted and the style manager went above and beyond to really help me out. The sweetest group of ladies, thank you for making this a memorable visit!

    Bad costumer service experience. The store refused to exchange a pair of pants that my husband gifted to me. I didn’t have the receipt, but they could confirm my husband’s purchase in the system and I saved the tags after just trying the pants on. The stuff (pants and shirt) run a bit small, so I wanted a size up. Because I just tried the pants and the tag was not placed as the original one, the store rejected to exchange. Despite speaking with customer service, they still refused to exchange the gift. So I am not using this gift, which was about 200 dollars.

    I had a great experience here on Tuesday. I was buying a super puff snug for the first time, Jay (I think that’s his name, he was working in the super puff section) went above and beyond ensuring that I receive the jacket I wanted (they didn’t have it in store). Jay and his fellow worker communicate as they called several stores across Canada with attempt to find my jacket. For the time I had to wait, they gave me a token to receive a free coffee. I ordered my jacket and it arrived one day later and I absolutely love it! Thanks again!

    Out of approximately 7-10 sales representatives I spoke with or saw on the floor, none offered to help and 1 was nice enough to respond to me when I went into the change room. Not sure what’s wrong with the culture at Aritzia that enables representatives to be so dismissive and poorly communicative, especially when being asked a simple and direct question like where the change rooms are, but Aritzia’s reputation of horrible customer service really lives up to itself in Yorkdale.

    This store I visited was in yorkdale mall in toronto. And these clothes are very pricey, You better have deep pockets. I didn't see too many people walking out with a lot of items or even annie at that time.

    📢...Announcing new space in Yorkdale..bigger, better, brighter, more spacious, cafe, lounge and the whole 9 yards, still getting organised so be patient. It's a place for anything apprell, staff are nice, helpful and like little ninjas everywhere, fast and efficient. Love it and highly recommend it for good quality clothes.

    Visited this store yesterday with my sister to shop for a coat. We were greeted and assisted by a wonderful girl named Whitney. She was very helpful throughout our time in the store. We ended up leaving to check out a couple other stores but ultimately decided to go back and purchase here. When we went back Whitney was able to assist us again to finalize the purchase. Great customer service.

    I was helped by Syan and she provided an experience customer experience. She was patient and helped me pick up all the sizes and outfits. Showed very professional and friendly environment. On the cash I was helped by Kara and she as well was very friendly, answered my questions. Overall a great experience, I will be definitely coming back

    Good store and variety of items and sizes. Came to try one of the puffers, but that style didn't fit me well. The first consultant vanished after a few minutes, not the best first impression. But I want to say big thank you to the second girl Stephanee for her great customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, suggested options and helped me find a parka I felt the most comfortable in.
