I have been a client of Regenesis Pain Management for several years now. They are amazing at everything that they do. I have seen a chiropractor, an acupuncturist, and several of the RMTs there. Kim is very good and I really like Joyce too. My regular RMT is Huy. His kind demeanor and soft warm hands deliver the very best 90 minute massages I’ve ever had! I am always happy with the team’s service, and they are always very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and cozy. The professionalism never waivers and they are compassionate and conscientious.

I had my first appointment there yesterday. The staff is friendly and courteous. Im always nervous trying a new RMT because they all work so differently. I loved that this clinic accepted my health insurance directly. Most places do not. Joyce was my RMT(and the owner). She has 16 years experience. She did a fabulous job. Her pressure and technique was perfect and she kept checking in with me to see if the pressure was okay. Afterwards, I was able to feel the difference dramatically in how my body felt. I visited Grand Genesis Physiotherapy clinic on the advise of my family doctor. And I’m so glad that she referred me to this clinic. I was suffering from terrible headaches and low back pain for years. Had few Physiotherapy treatment sessions with Saeid, the physiotherapist, and my back pain got already better. Then he referred me to Nazanin, the Osteopath, who works in the same clinic. After 3 sessions with her my headaches went away. She also did magical work on my back. I’m still attending the clinic on weekly basis but already feel much much better. I recommend their services to everyone. The environment is very friendly and staff are very professional and caring. Hi, I would like to share with you my positive experience with Regenesis. First, they have an easy to use website that has a booking feature where I can book my appointment based on my schedule. Once I got to my appointment I did not need to wait to get service. The front desk person is very polite and very efficient. The therapist is very professional and clearly communicate to me the objectives of the session. The room is clean and the equipment is new. The actually therapy was done as per the objectives and the positive results were noticeable. The end of the session was informative.
