    It can get super busy. Nice BIG patio. Friendly and efficient staff. They really move the drive-thru. Bobby is exemplary of what people who work in the food service industry should strive for. He really puts a lot of attention to customer service and makes sure people who drink/eat there feel welcome. This is one of the better Starbucks in the city

    All I can say is wow!! I was having such a bad day and the baristas in this store made me feel so much better. I had asked for something a little complicated and they had gotten my order correct right away and it was delicious. For such a busy store with a drive through its crazy how they had gotten my order out at a very reasonable time. I have been at other smaller stores that were empty and this store finished my drink faster than them. Although the patio was busy I would still come back here because of your amazing baristas.

    Fast service, friendly people who remember names and drinks within just one transaction. They even know people just by their voice when you’re ordering on drive through. I don’t know why people are trying to give them a hard time, they’re so sweet, if you don’t like it just leave and go to another place!!!!

    Convenient location, but not a convenient plaza. Little to no parking and the drive-thru gets very busy. The line is so far out from the drive-thru that you can’t even turn onto the small street because cars are just lined up to get their coffee and food. Your best bet is to turn on to the street and park along the sides and walk in to get your coffee. Other than that, the staff are very friendly and efficient here. They have a lot of seating inside and outside on the patio.

    Great experience with the polite staff. Got the order right and delivered within a couple of minutes. Well cleaned and hygienic place to sit and chat or to have a nice morning study session. COVID protocols are met and well socially distanced through out the cafe. Drive thru is quite busy usually all the time and the cafe gets filled quite quickly if you don’t go early enough.

    DO NOT GET ICED COFFEE FROM HERE - I ordered iced coffee from here today and found chips of metal coats in the drink. I noticed something in my mouth, and it was a very sharp piece of metal. I poured some coffee out and found even more pieces at the bottom. I took the drink back to the store but got no apology and nobody seemed to care how these metal chips could have possibly ended up in the coffee. They simply said "take a picture and call the customer service" ' what a nice way to avoid responsibilities. Perhaps the employee, Cass, did not think i was capable of making formal complaints in English because I am eatern asian? When I asked, she didnt even bother to give me the number for customer service. She refunded me the $$ but im very concerned how many more people could have these metal chips sitting in their stomach right now. She said she would "go ahead and clean it" but do you even know where to clean when you didnt take a good look at the material i found?? I spoke to a Starbucks customer service agent and made sure to forward the matter to their district manager, but, again, what are they gonna do about it? Refund $4 and call it a day? I am attaching photos of the metal chips I found for reference. I really hope they find out where this is from to prevent further toxicating their customers.

    I didn't go inside. But the patio was nice and the location wasn't overly busy. My friend had gone inside and did not appear to have any issues with their order. Lemon loaf 😋😋😋...lol. that is all..😁

    this branch is one of the busiest ones. I go there once or twice a day for sure, only to have my amazing coffee made by Bobby. his knowledge about coffee and his detail recommendations are outstanding! exactly what to be expected from a professional and multitasker barista. well done Bobby! you are amazing

    No safety in washroom, its a stall style with main washroom door kept open. (Barrier free gender neutral washroom is kept closed.) If your a wheelchair user, be warned. Otherwise, good location, main doors of store are powered accessible doors.

    Great Location with a Drive thru. The staff here is super nice and even though there was quite a line the servers were so kind and polite to let us know that the order is coming please stand by. Ordered both hot and cold beverages which were all well prepared. Only downside is the banana bread was already sold out by 3pm.

    I was here, and a nice worker helped me choose a drink. She kindly offered me a really small sample. As she went to make it, another worker saw her and started yelling at her for assisting me and providing the sample. The entire store and staff were shocked by this outburst. I truly appreciate the lady who helped me with the taster, but I felt really upset that the other worker yelled at her. It was highly disrespectful to me and the helpful worker. The name of the worker who yelled was Sagal.

    Dreadful ! The place itself is ravishing , and nicely layout but you fell dreadful the moment you enter the door . There are no welcoming signs from the staff and the quality of drinks suffers in depth not because of Starbucks it’s the baristas ! Careless staff ! They never make your order right and at the end they give an inferior look like you owe them an apology! Common guys wake up !

    Every time you go there for mobile pick up and wanting to ask for something all the staff just have their heads down trying to avoid eye contact, even ignores you when you try to get their attention. Or if you're patiently waiting there for almost 10mins, still no one acknowledges or asks if there's anything they can help with. I understand that it's a very busy location, however, perhaps something like coffee stoppers and trays should be either left out for customers to take themselves or have the stoppers on the drinks already? Also considering there there are two drinks or more in one mobile order, maybe an option to have a tray should either be added in the app or already given. Despite the long lines, every time I go thru drive thru it has been great!

    honestly the worst starbucks ive ever been to, ive been there w few times because i live close but i try my best to avoid it. staff are most times rude and the last two times ive been there the order i ordered want available even though it said it was on the mobile app, i also did not get a refund. hope the store improves overall.

    One of my favourite Starbucks cafe in north of toronto. Professional staff and great environment; they make your drink just the way you want. Moreover, there are many spots here to sit; both regular chairs and bar high. There’s always good music playing in this cafe. Additionally they have drive-thru as well. I recommend this place if you want to have a meeting or just want to grab your daily caffeine.

    It was my bdy a few days ago but I made a mistake, I didn't register my bdy properly in the app and my bdy was 3 days before. But anyways, the manager and the casher gave me a free drink for my bdy! I'm so grateful! Great costumer service. The guy was super kind. I really appreciate it. Next time I'll go here for café! I been here before with my friend. The place is very clean and comfy. I really recommend this place. ❤️❤️❤️💋💋💋

    Ordered a hot matcha latte but they didn’t mix it whatsoever, I ended up eating clumps of matcha throughout the drink and especially at the bottom. Also, waited for my drink for 20 minutes for sure. It took 10 more minutes than the app had said.

    It's raining and cold outside but I had to take my espresso outside of this Starbucks store to drink it. Two staffs wouldn't allow me to stay indoor to enjoy my espresso today. I'm a triple-vaccinated US visitor but do not have Canadian QR code. They insisted that no QR code no sitting but they're ignorant of the Ontario government law that allows out of country visitors who cannot legally obtain Canadian QR code to prove his vaccination by showing appropriate (see attached) documents that I was ready to show them. I've told them about this but they will have none of it! embarrassing me! made me look like a fool in front of other patrons. Btw, I was able to sit inside of this same Sbucks two days ago when another staff allowed me to stay inside. So today's response was both surprising and upsetting. Well anyhow I'm going back to States in a couple of days and will enjoy Sbucks indoors there. No QR code needed there! I like Starbucks but staffs in this location need to be trained better; both in rules-wise and in being cordial to their patrons.

    I didn't order anything this time around, but was giving a free ride home to a colleague who insisted on buying me a drink on the way. Got my usual favourite, Java Chip, at the largest size (venti?) and it hasn't failed me yet. Can't say much about what happened inside since I was outside the whole time in my car.... haha

    Quick and easy drive thru. Service was friendly and quick. It's a small parking lot and drive thru but they are quick so no issues. If you are ordering something complicated you might want to take a walk inside.

    This is my favourite Starbucks of all time! The staff greet you as soon as you enter and they wish you a great day on your way out! Always kind and accommodating, drinks are made perfectly most of the time! Drive thru is a plus for those who use it!

    This is one of the bigger Starbucks in the area so you can almost always find a seat. There’s also a large outdoor patio which is great in the summer. Food and beverage selections are per usual. The baristas here are fantastic, always smiling and giving great customer service! The only downside is parking - the parking lot is quite small and fills up fast. But they do have a drive thru so it’s not really an issue!

    This certain location is more well known for drive thru service, for which I took take out within the store instead, and therefore the quality of the food I ordered and how long it took to recieve my order felt subpar for my expectations despite the little experience I have about starbucks quality. Despite this factor, I chose the rate the service of those who served me at 5 stars since they were incredibly well mannered and took my ordered well within the time I had before having to leave. Although, I prefer if the drink I had ordered was served neatly and had more beverage and toppings. The atmosphere felt slightly stingy, with multiple over the top decor, although it mostly looked cozy and felt nice for dining in. Otherwise, in general, I'd say that this location does have some points that shine perfectly, yet the same can't be reflected for the others.

    It's a Starbucks so you pretty much know what you're getting! I only go here for drive thru and I use the app to order ahead. The baristas here have come to know me and are very friendly and efficient. Same for the ones who don't know me! I have no complaints

    Order 2 cups of black coffee as a double cup and pick it up There is also my fault for not checking on the spot. When I went to the office and checked, the cup was neither a double cup nor black. Come to the store and explain. I was refunded the price of a drink saying I gave it to you by mistake. However, I felt that the process was very unkind. because He gave me the coffee I ordered and said he didn't like it. "I'll refund you", "How did you pay?" in a very unpleasant tone It felt very unkind to me.

    I love spending time in this place. The quality of drinks are excellent and the staff are very nice and friendly. There is a lot of room to read or work here and there are power outlets if you’re going to work with a laptop. Highly recommended!

    Stopped for a coffee after a nice meal and had splendid service. I don't normally talk about the bathrooms but these ones were unique, both bathrooms were universal ones that had a shared sink and private stalls. Accommodating for anyone.

    Been to many starbucks with you know good days and bad days and most of the time they taste terrible... this place has the best staff and the best drinks. They make it so well! Every drink tastes AMAZING. The only time I've been disappointed was when I ordered something through the drivethrough and ended up getting something completely different (guess they misheard me) XD but the drink still tasted great! =)

    I was shopping and I couldn’t hold it. I didn’t buy anything but the bathroom was quite spacious and made for a good atmosphere. Imagine a gopher peeking its head out of its little hole to greet the sun after a long winter.

    It can become really busy. nice, large patio Staff members are helpful and quick. The drive-thru is truly being moved. Bobby is an excellent example of what everyone in the food service sector should aim to be like. He genuinely pays close attention to customer service and ensures that everyone who comes in to drink or dine feels welcome. This Starbucks is among the best in the area.

    Went through the drive thru last Saturday on the way to visit my grandmother who was dying in the hospital . I ordered my drink and just before I got to the window my mom had called me that she needed a small Amount of cream and sugar. I asked the sweet girl at the drive through window and she was so quick to give me cream and sugar. She wasn’t annoyed or frustrated. With a smile gave me half a tall glass of cream and a handful of sugar packets and stir sticks . She made my night. She is a great addition to your team at Starbucks .

    This is honestly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Been there a handful of times and my drink never tastes like it’s been made properly. Went in one day after they forgot to put caramel in my drink. Returned later to ask them to remake it because it honestly was not right at all. They forgot the white mocha and caramel once again. Will not be visiting again

    I think this is my favourite Starbucks. A big, bright, modern space with a huge outdoor patio, the usual innovative Starbucks products and (tonight anyway) a friendly, exuberant and outgoing staff who go the extra mile and seem to really enjoy being there. A great place to spend a few hours --and even when i'm just picking up an order to go, this Starbucks lifts my spirits!

    Staffs here are very friendly, fast paced and very clean environment. Show them pictures of the drinks you want to try from sns and they will absolutely make and taste it as you imagine. Try this drink if love sweets. They make it the best in this starbucks location.

    This place has a very terrible service and incompetent staff, yesterday I had a bad situation, I came to the institution with a bicycle, because it did not have a locker and I could not leave it outside, one of the staff asked me to leave the bicycle outside, on that I explained that I don't have a locker and I can't leave it on the street, after that they set me conditions either you leave the bike on the street or no one will serve you, after that I asked to call the manager, this request was also ignored, I never got any explanation and all the staff refused to serve me, this is terrible service!!!

    Horrible service, they pour half a glass of drink, the rest is foam, and they try to prove that we are not making the order correctly. And this is not the first time. The girl who took the order is very aggressive. Such silly situations only with this location.
