Various varieties to taste over here. It was amazing experience to taste delicious😋 double chocolate bubble waffle.

Employees have constant difficulty hearing your order and will often say they don’t have a topping you name until you show them a picture of their menu. As well as their menu up top is almost always closed. The bubble tea itself is pretty mediocre.

Spacious with good service. Employees were friendly and they also had iPads for customers to use while waiting for the drinks.

Excellent bubble tea place, but parking is difficult and the online menu is different from the in store menu. Food items listed on North American Website aren't on the in-store menu. Try the matcha pudding with red bean dessert! It's fantastic compliment to a bubble tea. Also there's more parking in the back

Sadly this place will close next week, because the construction in Keele makes the access impossible. I went there few times and the bubble waffle was good and the difference drinks as well. My favorite is the coco and the Thai milk tea.

Fair prices and a wide variety of bubble tea offered! Wasn’t out of this world taste but comparable to other bubble tea shops. Would come back here for convenience if I ever pass by again!

Large selection of bubble teas. Excellent customer service! Cleanliness was good. Seating area was nice. They have ipads for entertainment. Charging stations as well! Definitely recommend visiting here!

The staff there were super friendly and helpful. This was my first time here and they answered all of my questions and made suggestions when I wasn't sure what kind of dessert I should get. The tapioca in the BBT was nice and chewy too. The place looks lovely. Too bad it's covid season. Otherwise, I'd love to chill there.

This is a very nice place to have coffee or tea, very clean, new in the area. Strawberry hibiscus tea with clear tapioca was awesome. Looking forward to try more. I recommend this place, service is extraordinary. I enjoy my time there.

Calm and clean. I stayed for maybe 2 hours and completed some of my reading and eventually started sketching ( such a good environment with amazing music choice ).

I love this place. We always try different drinks everytime we order, so far we loved everything we tried, and oh my god their bubble waffles are amazing when they're freshly baked 🤤 This comment has been edited due to our recent order where I got a not so fresh waffle and the strawberry jam didn't look very appetizing.

The milk tea is yummy and the staff is very kind. They have samples of different types of milk tea if you cant decide what flavour you want (which is useful for me because I’m indecisive lol)
