I am not covered by OHIP so I paid 60$ to get nothing from Doctor Stein, not even a referral. The 60$ I paid only resulted in him giving me "phone numbers", which did me no good without a referral, and he had a neglectful attitude. I suspected I needed medication for blood sugar levels, which is why I felt I needed a referral or a blood sugar test at least... but nope... just phone numbers that told me to get a referral.

Dr. Stein misdiagnosed me two times in one week, then when I call back to get some paper work, I got told off and hung up on. There glorified receptionist, who isn't fit to take care of her own kids, hung the phone up on me on the follow up call. How a doctor's office can treat you like this is beyond me. If anyone knows away to have the staff reprimanded at this place please comment below.

The receptionists were very helpful to me over the phone and in person. Dr. Stein was kind and helpful. The office is a little dated but I dont go to clinics based on interior design, and I loved the medical posters in the waiting room.

I take antidepressants. I ran out because dr stein absolutely ''needs'' to see me and doesnt do renewable prescriptions. I called this morning to be a renewal, I was told he would call me at 4h30. He never did. This clinic is trash. Do not use that clinic.

Waited two hours for Dr. Stein to finish his lunch. By the time I saw him for an allergist referral, he tried to convince me that immunotherapy was a waste of time. Lol This guy is a quack based on his outdated objective dr philosophy.

The receptionist is straight up rude, the doc is okay, but the waiting time is hours. The working hours is a joke, too. Go there on your own risk.

Receptionist is rude and disrespectful. She seems biased depending who she talks with. Look for another clinic.

The receptionists are extremely helpful and understanding. Dr. Stein has always been helpful and will make sure you understand doctor terms. Thank you so much

The Lady at the receptionist should be fired immediately, extremely rude, disrespectful, and outright terrible! I feel for Stein as he was quite nice towards me, but the lady is dragging the place down, no wonder theyโ€™re losing clientele. Do not come here!

I messed up my foot at soccer, so I came here. Big mistake. The receptionist I spoke with on the phone was passive aggressive and weirdly hostile. The doctor omitted important details about how I could get in touch with him. This practice is an absolute joke. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone! Stay away!

That women at the reception truly it terrible.. extremely confrontational and argumentative. I have no idea what her deal is, she works in the line of healthcare - yet seems to loath people. With the amount of flak sheโ€™s gotten on the reviews, how she maintains employment is baffling..

I went to see Dr. Stein and heโ€™s very nice and respectful, I have no issue with him but when I had to do a urine sample I was shocked to see the washroom. No toilet paper, no hand paper, no soapโ€ฆ NOTHING! All the life lab gave me was these little wipes to clean the container. The toilets are filthy and nobody cleans these washrooms. This was my third time seeing the washroom look like this. Somebody needs to clean that washroom every couple of hours.

This place is really lacking in hygiene and cleanliness. The teapots are cute, but inappropriate for a medical environment. They are also very dusty and serve to conceal the fact that the office is generally poorly kept. Although the receptionists were fine to me, I overheard a phone call one of them had with someone else, where she was blatantly rude and unhelpful. When I finally saw Dr. Stein, he touched an infected area of my ear without gloves or washing his hands. He also cut me off repeatedly throughout the consultation. Keep in mind I have been to other doctors for the same issue, so I have a general idea of what is usually recommended. He recommended none of those things and basically told me to put polysporin on the infection. There are other doctors who are clearly more hygienic and knowledgeable. Go somewhere else.

I always do my blood work at the Lifelab and itโ€™s never caused me any issue but their washroom is EXTREMELY disgusting and filthy! The washrooms have no toilet paper, hand paper and soap and if you donโ€™t believe me then go check it out. Every single time I checked the washroom it has looked horrible. Nobody cleans the washrooms and they have no idea what goes on in there. The toilets are covered in urine and there needs to be people checking the washrooms every couple of hours. I feel so bad for the elderly people that have to deal with this!
