Cashier stations too close together. Male cashier pressured me to move up in line to complete my purchase while another person was paying for her items at other register... we would have been a foot and a half apart. People ignored red placers on floor and male cashier was not enforcing social distancing. 1st and last time I will ever go into that store.

The store does nothing to combat people harrasing customers for money. Not just asking. But following customers in the store and consistently bothering them. This has gotten bad recently and I probably won't go back until something is done about it. I really don't feel safe.

Some of the cashiers are okay. But almost every time that I've gone in I've been short changed when paying with cash, and despite me calling them out on more than one occasion they still persist in doing it nonetheless. It's truly disappointing, that they seem to think I don't know. Some days it's just not worth the hassle.

Worst 7/11 in canada, worst employees ever, they lie saying they don't have the products you looking for. Bunch of lazy people. Just close down this location and open a real convenience, 0 stars

Convenient and overpriced, it's still 7-11. The downside is that despite the fact that some of the staff are totally great, helpful, pleasant people, well, some aren't, some are groggy, slow, and disinterested - I can't blame them, I was once asked by another customer in line if I wanted to buy cocaine or MDMA, so it gets it's fair share of creeps but still! At least move faster than a dying snail when I'm trying to get TTC tokens!!!

Be careful when you are giving cash. Because they don't give back right change. Very old Bangladesh ( look like) man gave me 5$ less.

The laziest staff I have ever seen in my life. Asked for a brand of smokes, and they obviously can't find it in their hand-drawn schematics that a 6-yr old can make. And when they can't find it, because /disorganized/ they claim they don't sell it, when I purchased the exact same pack the previous week. Absolute nonsense.

Order some snacks on UberEATS and they forgot to put the cola gummies and one chocolate chunk cookie in my bag. I'm so disappointed Edit: Order again and this is one of the worst order yet. My cookies came extra stale. They were as hard as rocks. Never ordering from here again

Terrible. Last time I come here. Last time I came I asked for two jalepeno and cheese taquitos, I took a bite and it was chicken. I’m vegetarian!!!! I didn’t think as the customer it would be my responsibility to make sure of something like that when my request was clear. Today I went to get nachos, no salsa!!! There was 3 olive containers, 3 jalepeno, and 3 saurkraut... The employees had almost no understanding of my simple request for salsa, they had no idea what it was! Also, I asked to add two taquitos to my order, she said she would put it in a second transaction, I said nevermind because I would be charged twice, she still didn’t put it all together! She caused them to lose out on the sale of two items. They didn’t even offer to refund the nachos when they clearly saw I was upset!

So I've been purchasing reusable Slurpee cups when Igo to 7eleven but now I've been told I cannot purchase the reusable cups anymore because they are only sold through online delivery orders. I had checked the 7 eleven app Multiple times and cannot find the option to purchase the reuseable Slurpee cup. I don't want to make an order for delivery if I am 5 mins away from 7eleven. It doesn't make sense not to sell the reusable cups in-store if that's what 7 eleven is known for.the manager doesn't seem to care he send you in another direction when the issue is in store only. This is the only 7 eleven That has told me I cannot purchase reuseable Slurpee cups and it's only for online orders.

There is something about this place that is unnerving. It needs to be redone and kept up to standards of other locations. I avoid going here if possible and would suggest you do the same.

The staff members including the night manager was extremely rude and ignorant they continue to speak in their language meaning the customers can understand what they're saying in regards to being criticized and alienated it's rude and ask them numerous times to stop and they continue to do so places untidy and very unsanitary

The lady is very kind, I keep my things in a bag🤗

Haven't had a bad experience yet , this store has very courteous employees who greet everyone as they enter the store.

Saturday at 11:55pm-12:05am December 17th the workers were being super discriminating. While buying stuff with my partner they were super rude and told in our language “watch out for that theif”. They mentioned watching him leave to due his skin colour. He bought everything, paid in debit prior to us leaving. I live less then a block away. Not only they have seen him multiple times but why is this discrimination happening when the workers are not only his colour but speak the same language after he said “have a great day”.
