Beware of the old man in the store! Cheap sales technique that people in 80s used to do. Grow up and start valuing your clients. $100 would be less for you guys as you must be multi-millionaire but it can be a lot for someone who value them! Very bad experience! The guy tried to hit my affordability when I went in the store by saying "This is too expensive for you" and things like "You can look for a cheaper frame" and also "choose 1 out of 3 frames, as all of are just $100 apart from each other"!! This guy is not adding value to the store, if you are not the owner then you must look for a new work! I feel I was being judged for what I was wearing at the time of purchase! Also don't judge someone based on their budget, budget of $600 for a pair of glasses can be too much for someone and nothing for you!!

I wanted to measure my PD, and the girl in the office told me the doctor would do a comprehensive check for $80. However, I didn't need a comprehensive check, only my PD info. They provide glasses, and for them to do so, they must measure ones PD, yet I was told they don't do that service! I wasn't looking for it to be done free. I asked for the cost to do it, but it seems they won't because I am not purchasing glasses.

Very bad experience. Keep wasting my time. They kept me waiting for contact lens for more then 1 yr. Then thier store got closed on peter Robertson. I m sure it got shut because of bad customer service. I called today before coming in to store . They said come to take it. I need traning . I see they had staff of 3 people here . But denied to do training. They asked me to come back . I came to do this more then 4 times. Better look for some together shop . Who care about others time .

Stay away from these scammers. I had bad experience with Harsh Kanda at Trinity commons location. He tried to scam and not doing refund for his unasked service , but when I used some legal language he simply refunded my money. This guy tried to sell me a dusted frame from 80's branded as Kanda for $279, and kept on pushing me to buy it.

This review has been a long time coming. I wanted to share my experience with Kanda optical since Ashwani and his staff went out of their way to help me out. I ordered Cartier glasses from Kanda optical around the time of my wedding and they promised me they would have them ready by the time my wedding events would start. Unfortunately due to covid delays the glasses were not ready and I needed them for my photo shoot. Ashwani went out of his way to go to the lab and create a custom pair of lenses for my frame so I could wear them for my shoot. When the original pair of lenses were ready he let me keep the extra pair of lenses he made for me as good faith. This is very good customer service and he should be recognized for this thanks.

Everyone in there was so nice. From the time we walked in, all staff was so professional but very warm feeling. The lady who helped us was so fun to deal with, and she helped us decide which was the best glasses to go with. The gentlemen that was there took care of everything for us. He made sure we enjoyed the experience of choosing our glasses and making sure the process was easy and fun. The doctor who did the eye exam was great, kind and gentle. They treated our kids with so much care that even our kids want to go back. Great experience, we can't wait to see all of you again :)

It was really a good experience dealing with Kanda optical, I ordered my prescription Sunglasses. I was thinking May be I’ll not get the same colour like original. But they give me perfect pair, same colour as original. They are providing excellent service.

I tried this place after getting disappointed at 2 optical. Since my prescription for glasses are bit tricky and it is hard to get the correct vision, so I expressed my concern to their optician Mr. ASHWANI who insured me a good service. I was so happy with the prescription glasses they made for me and had zero complaints when I tried those glasses on. Very professional and customer oriented place and they have lots of variety of glasses. I definitely recommend this place for people looking for prescription glasses with high precision.

Poor customer service. Scammers using their clients for money and docotr was not efficient at all. I would consider that fake as they prefer customer paying cash and delay any other and the tests weren't even done properly. I had to wait 2 hours for a dilated eye appointment. SCAMMERS!!
