Jess started this beautiful tattoo for me the other day. (A second sitting at the beginning of Dec to finish the background and color more) She was patient and understanding of my needs for sitting comfortably, as I have knee and hip issues. Tattoo looks exactly as she had drawn it and she was receptive to changes that I wanted (on the drawing before tattooing it). While having this tattoo done, there was another artist next to us who did a beautiful job on a demogorgon (stranger things) tattoo as well and a 3rd artist (who might have been the owner) did a wonderful tattoo on someone else as well. It was a busy Saturday! I highly recommend this studio for tattoos as all of their artists do great work. I can't wait to see Jess for all my future tattoos for years to come!

I waited on posting this because I wanted to give time for healing before reviewing. I got a second set of holes in my lobes about four weeks ago. Salem did my piercing, and they were amazing. I asked them after the first lobe, if they had numbed my ear when they disinfected, because I didn’t feel anything! Salem said, “I’m just that good,” and I sure can’t argue. There was hardly any swelling afterward, and honestly it was like a non-event in terms of any sort of trauma to the tissue. A month later, I’ve had absolutely no troubles with them at all. Also, everyone I spoke to at the shop was friendly and helpful, including emailing with Brandon when I set up the appointment. Note the jewellery cost is included in the piercing cost. Really have to give this place my highest recommendation, and Salem in particular.

Wonderful experience only got a nose piercing this time the gal that runs the "STABBERY " was very professional. Pleasant and very informative. The prices are fair and they were nice of enough to fit both of us in minutes juggled things around so we could do a walk In. To me that's great service Bravo we will be back

Mutiny is an AMAZING shop! Kurt is so talented. He's completing a sleeve for myself, and my wife (who was terrified to be tattooed) was so impressed by his work she was convinced to go in and get two pieces, which he did incredible work for as well. Can't say enough about this friendly shop, who make you feel right at home there, and everyone is laughing and joking with one another. Great place, and the only spot I'll be getting my work done. My adult daughter is heading there tomorrow for a consult. Everyone who sees his work is blown away by what he can do! Front desk staff is also very friendly and accommodating. 100% recommend!

I received another tattoo by Apollo and I swear by her. Her technique is impeccable and I would 100% recommend her to anyone and everyone. She is so kind and always makes sure I feel comfortable. The overall energy at Mutiny is amazing and I love it !!!!

My friend and I were pierced by Salem. Brandon at the front counter was welcoming and had great customer service skills, even when it got busy. Salem did such an amazing job with our piercings. She made us both feel comfortable and like we were in good hands. She thoroughly explained everything. Great experience!

Super kind and understanding when changing my piercing. I had gotten my nose pierced in Asia and was changing out a stud for a hoop. Piercer was super nice and navigated a bit of a different removal seamlessly.

I got my second lobe piercings here today, I called to ask about availability and 15 minutes later I was in an out of the shop. Super friendly staff and a practically pain free experience. Great pricing and very helpful aftercare tips, I will definitely be back for more pokes

Salem pierced my tragus and it was a great experience! She talked me through it and distracted me as I was very nervous. Went through after care very well and added key details. Everyone at the shop was so friendly and kind! Would recommend going!

I love the atmosphere they’ve created. Very welcoming and fun people to be around. I’ve had a piercing done by Salem and a tattoo by Chloe and both have done excellent work. They have a nice variety of artists and styles to chose from. By far the best shop in Kingston that I’ve been to.

Had to get my ears repierced and my youngest had been there so called up and made an appointment. Was able to get in early and was less expensive than I thought it would be. Extremely pleased! Thank you again

Such a welcoming and funny staff, I’ve been several times and won’t bother going to anyone else because of how great the experience is. All tattoos and piercings have healed up beautifully, and easily!

Got a nose piercing done a couple months ago and everyone is super friendly! i enjoyed the experience however now changing the piercing i’ve had other piercing artists tell me it is on a major angle (and visually with a stud in it is noticeable) 😅 would return maybe in a year or two or with a different piercer :)

Usually I don't leave reviews, but I would recommend going elsewhere for a nose piercing. Both my friend and I had negative experiences with the healing of our piercings, which we got done in October. Mine was done on an incredibly harsh angle. I went back to the SAME piercer who did it months later to get a jewelry change, and even they said "who did this piercing?" and mentioned that the angle was off. 2 other piercers (for jewelry changes) also mentioned that this angle was incredibly brutal. Because of this angle, the inside of my nose has had a really hard time healing. Moreover, I went back to Mutiny a few months after getting the initial piercing to change it to a hoop. The size of the hoop squished my nose, caused tearing on the hole itself, and was visibly too small. The piercer told me it would settle into my nose and look less tight when my nose swelling went down --- it never did. I had to go to another shop to get it taken out, to which they were shocked the piercer let me walk out of the store with that size. That caused months of slow healing. They were very friendly here, but they need to take more time with each customer and do the piercing properly. I noticed another review mentioned the exact same issue. I highly recommend going to Inkwell instead, they also have higher quality jewelry and the piercers there take their time to walk through everything with you.

I went in today to see about a cover up. The person at the counter was professional enough but this place is dirty. The smell of weed was overwhelming. I would not set foot back in this place for a tattoo for my dog. I am not sure how a shop looking and smelling like this could stay in buisness. When i get a cover up it will be by someone not stoned and a clean shop with the smell of a hospital.

Have had 3 tattoos done by Kurt, he’s a great guy, amazing artist and the work he does is excellent quality. All healed well and look great even years later!

Salem is the absolute best!! Highly recommend her and her delicate angel hands for any & all piercings. Not only is she hilarious, she makes you feel so comfortable in her chair. 12/10 the best person to get piercings from!

My artist is Apollo, she is amazing every time I go in. She has done my past 3 tattoos and they have all been exactly what I wanted. She is also very concerned about your comfort throughout the whole process. I very very highly recommended this tattoo shop!
