Honestly, if I could give a lower review I would. This store is honestly not the place to buy jewelry for your loved ones. Take my advice and go somewhere else in the mall. They have a no refund or exchange policy, if you need anything done to your item (resizing, fixing links, or placing jewels back in) they will charge you extra+tax. Please be careful when you are making a purchase, please check the receipt after the transaction, the numbers on there display versus the computer are different, I was over charge by $20 on a necklace that I had purchased. Also if you see Swarovski items on sale online, do yourself a favour and drive to masonville mall, the location in White Oaks Mall does not follow the same policy, there will be no sale. Take my advice, go to another store, or go to a different Swarovski.

Terrible customer service. They don't stand behind their products and don't honor warranties. I bought my daughter a pair of earrings and they constantly open. The gentleman yelled at me there's nothing he can do because all earrings do this! Save your 200 bucks and shop elsewhere.

If I could rate this worse I would. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I am warning you I wish someone had wrote a review this bad so we knew not to look in this store . I've tried reporting this place to so many websites etc. My boyfriend bought me a gorgeous pendant and chain from here on "SALE" which was still rediculously expensive. Long story short I honestly wore this necklace for two days and when I was getting dressed one day I heard the chain and pendant hit the floor. I only had it for two days ! I took it in and the one lady who worked there was supper nice and said she would sent it out to be fixed. Got a call a week later to pick it up. There was a HUGE gold coloured solder bubble on my brand new white gold chain ! When I picked it up I told the manager I was not happy it looks terrible for a brand new EXPENSIVE necklace chain. The manager then INSTANTLY put down her scratch and win cards and started yelling at me infront of other customers saying how I couldn't return it or get a new chain that I broke it so its my fault she wouldn't do anything about it. Didn't just talk to me about it she instantly yelled and screamed because I called her out on it. I told her I wanted them to redo it for the price I paid I was not happy and the bubble on the necklace actually cut into my neck it was sharp. I was so embarrassed and beyond mad we spend this much money and its that cheap of a product !!! I wore the necklace because It was gorgeous and my boyfriend spent so much. Well two weeks later it broke AGAIN and now I lost the pendant he bought me from there as well. I am furious with this manager and store. She robs people and lies and tells people her product are "Swarovski" I never write bad reviews ever, I usually understand most policies. But this place is wrong and needs to be shut down. So many other people have made complaints and I've heard NOTHING bad bad things. Please don't support this terrible business. I got a chain from people's for less then 100$ looks 1000000times better and it has not broken in all the ten years I have owned it. And if you accidentally break it or it breaks when you get changed they replace it.

The store closes at 8 pm, we got there at exactly 7:50 pm and the store was already closed while the rest of the mall was still open. Never going to this location again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! 2 stones fell off of my ring after just one week of wearing it. They took my ring and did a terrible job at fixing it. I had to ask them to fix it 2 other times because the stones they replaced were Literally bulging out. They also never called me to let me know when my ring was ready. This back and forth took about 4 months, and at the end of the day the ring looked as if they had not fixed it from the first time. I wanted to speak to a manager so the CSR told me to “come back on Friday when the manager is here.” I went on Friday and the manager never showed up. They take no returns and when I asked the CSR to please contact the manager through the phone, I was told they “were not allowed to disturb the manager”. I had to call them myself and they screamed at me through the phone and then hung up. I was forced to either keep my distorted ring or trade it in for a more expensive ring. Save yourself the headache and your money... the customer service is disgusting and the quality of the product will disappoint.

Purchase some nice jewelry during time pandemic and all the staff were protected and followed the rules of covid. I felt very comfortable. The staff was warming and very helpful. Would recommend for nice quality jewelry for those seeking good pricing 👍🏼

Buyer beware. This is not an official Swarovski boutique, they are an authorized retailer and there is a world of difference, which I learned the hard way. If they sell you a faulty product (my husband picked up a little bracelet as a surprise gift for me and didn't notice the sliding clasp wasn't working), and you bring it back for exchange within their 15-day terms of sale, they won't have another in-stock and will offer to order one for you, but it will take 4-6 weeks - WEEKS! They claim that they have to send it back to Swarovski for assessment before they are allowed to order a new one. That is not how an exchange of goods works and that is certainly not how the supply chain process works with authorized retailers for most companies and I've reached out to Swarovski Canada to confirm what the process actually should be. I suspect they are either processing these types of exchanges as warranty claims or are sending them out for an unauthorized repair (which would be a fraudulent business practice) and will pass off the repaired version as the newly order one to complete the exchange. I would order a new one myself directly from Swarovski Canada's website and have it delivered to my home within 4-6 business days (not weeks), but the store's no return policy is ensuring that people are held hostage to whatever product they ultimately provide in the exchange, in whatever time frame suits them. I will NEVER shop here again and am warning everyone I know to do the same.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE! I bought my husband's wedding ring here. Sold as white gold paid $500 for a fake hollow ring. Took his ring to be engraved by a real jeweller and this is when I found out. It has been less then a month and it is dented, lost colour and looks like a cheap knock off. I am heartbroken. I now have to go purchase another ring and have it engraved. I will be reporting them to better business bureau. This is a first for me. My advice stay away from this cheap junk!

Was gifted a very nice and expensive ring by my boyfriend several weeks ago. The ring needed to be resized, we sent it away, paid $40+tax to resize it. Wrote down my phone number, didn’t receive a call when my ring was in after about two weeks so I ended up calling in myself and was told it’s ready for pick up. Picked up the ring last Friday and went back today because we noticed the jewel is loose and overall quality is not the same as when it was purchased initially. The lady working proceeded to tell us that the manager by the name “Tim Van” is not in today and that there is nothing she can do. Told us he is in on Friday at 3:00 until Saturday end of the day. Being our fourth time back here, it is very inconvenient that the manager is not in the store until “Friday” and that we need to come back and talk to him. I asked if she could contact the manager while we were in the store so that we don’t have to come back. She refused to give me her managers phone number and said “that’s just how it works”. She said the only way she could contact anyone was to call the head office and they wouldn’t do anything about it either way. Giving us no choice but to come back on Friday. I have never received worse customer service than I have at this place. Do not shop here it’s not worth your money. You can get way better quality jewelry at a higher end store for close to the same price.

This store is a real scam. Honestly i will never visit this store again. Worst customer service i have ever experienced till now. Lady who is working in the store is very very rude and real liar so far. If there is a option I would give rating this store less than a zero. I asked for swarovski product but she didn’t allow me to try swarovski products but she forced me to go with their own products even I wasn’t interested. She denied that we can not allow you to try swarovski products but gave their own brand products to try forcefully so we don’t buy swarovski products and instead buy their own brand product. Manager should take some strict action against that liar lady who is working their. She talk very rudely to customers. I recommend never stop here for shopping for your loved once. I repeat never. My bf gifted me a ring but size doesn’t fit properly so we went to change the size. But that rude lady clearly denied to change the item or size because it was swarovski product. She suggested me to return swarovski product on masionville place and buy their own product from this store. She gave me the reason that swarovski don’t make your size so don’t go with swarovski products and i checked online they make size 50 rings so far. So clearly she is a liar with bad intensions. She ruined my Black Friday and shopping as well. Manager should fire this this kind of workers. Workers like that rude lady can affect store’s reputation in market. I would suggest as much as my friends i can to not to shop with this store.

My fiancée bought me an engagement ring, within 4 days of wearing it 3 stones fell out. When we called they said absolutely no returns and didn’t offer any services to help fix it. Do NOT shop here. Look at all the other one star reviews as well. Lots of people seem to have a bad experience here with the customer service and quality of jewelry being sold.

Bought my wedding ring here. Was told it was white gold but turned out to be plated silver. They are just scammers selling cheap junk Also charged me for sizing on a ring that can’t actually be sized. Basically just charged me the fee and ordered the ring in the right size.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in there on Oct 2 to look at men's wedding rings. First off staff basically ignored us, when she did finally come over she was quite rude. They had rings displayed in trays, asked to see 2 of the trays of rings as we wanted to compare the rings up close. Was told that they could only bring out 1- 2 rings at a time, how can you expect to compare and ultimately purchase rings that way. The rude and dismissive manner of the staff was unacceptable and we left. I have to add we went to another jeweler in the mall and we were shown multiple trays all at once and ended up purchasing 2 rings there. I will never shop at Elegant Goldsmiths and will make sure I let everyone I know to not shop there.

Bought a ring for my at the time fiancé, things didn’t work out so I tried to return it, it was brand new never worn and they wouldn’t refund me, I paid over $200 for the ring was supposedly on sale from $289 to $189 now with researching it it’s sold online for $85, this business is a SCAM
