Horrible place I havent even gotten a chance to go in yet and I'm already annoyed. I have called 6 times trying to get information on when my phone appointment will be. and 5 times there was no answer. and when they did answer I got transferred and they didnt pick up. and as someone who has waited 4 years for hormone therapy I am not happy because I was given the opportunity to start and now I feel stuck again. i get that places get busy. but 6 times is ridiculous

The one leader of this "beating the blues" has treated my friend very poorly! It could've been handled more professionally. The leader kicked my friend out of this group just for standing up for herself and my friend was having a bad day but she still had the courage to come to the group and she tried to use great composure and inspite of her mental health sickness all she wanted was a little more respect and care. She felt discriminated and thrown in the garbage. They suggested she go to a new group that would be better suited for her and still be in the one group she's in. If anyone suggests to you the "beating the blues" group just say EAT MY SHORTS!

Friendly staff and knowledgable doctors - a great place in Orillia. Would be a 5 stars if the phones were attended to more often - it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of someone using their line, and it was like that way before COVID. I'm not sure if the receptionists are always away? It's just a bit discouraging to not be able to get a hold of anyone.

The lady at the front deck in diagnostic imaging (ultrasound) is cranky with a very bad personality. We went in there and she was rude and unpleasant. Place like this need planar receptionists. Over all I have had great experiences but I do not recommend there ultrasound department.

Just had my first visit with Emily Greb Nurse practitioner. I originally spoke with her on the phone to set up an appointment to have my IUDput in. I was told to take medicationon the day of and have blood work done the day before. When I arrived for my appointment I had forgotten my mask at home knowing that her time is important I didn't take the time to go home again I asked to have a disposable one from them when I got there When Emily came in to see me she brought up the fact that I didn't come with a mask and was rude about it I tried to tell her that I got one when I got here because I knew I needed one she cut me off and talked over me sayingthat there are signs posted exc. Then ask me where the IUD was? The one that I assumed would be there and ready because no one told me otherwise. She proceeded to be ignorant toward me Told me that she didn't have time for me and that she was doing a favour by booking me in She couldn't book me a new appointment And I would have to do it myself. I tried to explain that I would have picked up the IUD had I known but nobody told me that I needed to pick up from drugstore! needless to say I will be booking with somebody else to have my IUD put in! Never in my life have I been treated so poorly!

Charging $5 for entering the parking lot for a 15-20 min appointment. What a rip off!

Dr.Mike was absolutely amazing. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I did not feel rushed,or made sure all my questions were answered. He would also Repeat over again if I did not understand it. He took great lengths to go over my MRI and show me on the skeleton. Thanks Doc.

Best Family Health Team in Orillia, I have been a patient here for the last few years. The thing that I like the best is my primary Doctor is not available I have his wife or the Nurse Practitioner

They are doing a pretty good job of getting everything for patients in one spot

Reception literally called me 20 minutes out on my way to my appointment and said the nurse was out sick same day. I used uber to get to my appointment and she said there was nothing she could do about it. So unprofessional, how can u call a client so last minute to cancel. Not cool, I was a new client now im glad I see how they operate.

The doctor himself was good but, the staff needs some training no, the staff needs lots of training. I have chronic bronchitis, and illness I have had since the 1980s which as a non-smoker doctors have told me it is likely from being around smokers all my life. I went in today with issues in my ear and my sinuses and whenever I have issues like this it does affect the bronchitis. The woman in the front was very unsympathetic with me and when I told her that I had chronic bronchitis she told me that I would have to wait outside in the rain which is not good with bronchitis and not good for any other problems that turned out I had which was Infections in my ears lungs and sinus. I felt like I was treated like I was a criminal because I have a chronic illness. As for bronchitis being contagious, that is not chronic bronchitis, that is a viral bronchitis which is also known as a chest cold.

Good doctors, lovely building just message machines are excessive. A lot of the informations relayed in the first message before you press the number to contact your specific doctor. Then your sitting for multiple minutes listening to what you just heard.
