Beware of Shoppers Stop, I recently purchased a fossil chronograph watch from the site which got delivered within a week, experiencing defect of the product I returned the same as soon as possible, but till today I didn't receive the refund. You will often get to share your issue with the executives, no matter how many times you raise your complain regarding your issue, you will not get any response, and if you do, you can't expect for the refund. 🙏 Beware of such luxury shopping apps or sites. Thank you.

Shoppers stop alone just contains shops of 3 floors in prozone mall including mens ,womens, kids ,shoppers stop consists of every products such as dresses , accessories,home decoration,glasses ,perfumes etc Perfume in shoppers stop has really big variety of collection that ive ever seen in Coimbatore Shopper stop also had perfumes of popular brands like versace ,gucci and other ones I feel that Better discount sale would encourage customers for shopping

You will feel lonely inside the shop. There isn't any crowd or enough staff. May be the reason of limited staff is less customers. Prices are on higher side. They need to get more from the limited number of customers to meet the expenses. Wide area and good quality garments. If you like to shop freely and without any rush or crowd it will be ideal place for you. Definitely not for me.

Worst exp with the sales person @ Chambor cosmetics section. Showed me a foundation and gave a wrong shade. When I went back and asked, she refused to change arguing that it was the shade that she showed me. Bought a foundation and a lip gloss for Rs.1700 which doesnt worth a penny. Waste of money!!

The store at Fun Mall is closed permanently. Neighbouring stores told that Pantaloons or Lifestyle may come in its place.

@funMall ....Worst customer service. price is too High and options are very less. The sales person will not show you a other option other than 2 or 3. The girls in billing are behaving very cheap.

One of the staff there false accused me of shoplifting without any proof and ended up apologizing. This is in FUN MALL SHOPPER'S STOP One staff who behaved very rude and asked me to show my handbag as I come out of trail room after trying a piece. There were tags to all the pieces and I don't know why this happened. This is the most rudest behavior a staff could ever show to their customer. If there's something lower than one star, I would've given it.
